Notre travail vise à identifier le rôle revêtu par les pratiques discursives qui animent la blogosphère politique dans la construction des nouveaux “cadres contestataires”. Fondée sur les méthodes de l'observation et de l'analyse de contenu et portant sur le cas italien du Mouvement 5 étoiles, l'enquête montre comment le dispositif du blog du comique italien Beppe Grillo contribue à définir le processus de cadrage et, d'une manière plus générale, à façonner la conscience protestataire du mouvement. Conçu en tant qu’espace anti-hégémonique et oppositionnel, le blog fonctionne à la fois comme un producteur de contre-information et comme un outil puissant de mobilisation et d’action politique.Our work aims to identify the role played by the discursive practices that are hosted in the political blogosphere in the construction of the new “collective frames”. Based on the observation and content analysis methods and focused on the Italian case of the Five stars movement, this inquiry shows how the apparatus of the Italian comedian Beppe Grillo’s blog contributes to define the framing processes and, in a general way, to shape the protesting conscience of the movement. Ultrasonography is today the method of choice for distinguishing between benign and malignant adnexal pathologies. Using pattern recognition several types of tumors can be recognized according to their characteristic appearance on gray-scale imaging. Color Doppler imaging should be used only to perform a semiquantitative color score or evaluate the flow location. International Ovarian Tumor Analysis group had standardized definitions characterizing adnexal masses and suggested the use of 'simple rules' in premenopausal women. Recently, the use of 3D vascular indices has been proposed but its potential use in clinical practice is debated. Association of kidney disease measures with risk of renal function worsening in patients with type 1 diabetes

Background: Albuminuria has been classically considered a marker of kidney damage progression in diabetic patients and it is routinely assessed to monitor kidney function. However, the role of a mild GFR reduction on the development of stage 653 CKD has been less explored in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) patients. Aim of the present study was to evaluate the prognostic role of kidney disease measures, namely albuminuria and reduced GFR, on the development of stage 653 CKD in a large cohort of patients affected by T1DM. Methods: A total of 4284 patients affected by T1DM followed-up at 76 diabetes centers participating to the Italian Association of Clinical Diabetologists (Associazione Medici Diabetologi, AMD) initiative constitutes the study population. Urinary albumin excretion (ACR) and estimated GFR (eGFR) were retrieved and analyzed. The incidence of stage 653 CKD (eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2) or eGFR reduction > 30% from baseline was evaluated. Results: The mean estimated GFR was 98 \ub1 17 mL/min/1.73m2 and the proportion of patients with albuminuria was 15.3% (n = 654) at baseline. About 8% (n = 337) of patients developed one of the two renal endpoints during the 4-year follow-up period. Age, albuminuria (micro or macro) and baseline eGFR < 90 ml/min/m2 were independent risk factors for stage 653 CKD and renal function worsening. When compared to patients with eGFR > 90 ml/min/1.73m2 and normoalbuminuria, those with albuminuria at baseline had a 1.69 greater risk of reaching stage 3 CKD, while patients with mild eGFR reduction (i.e. eGFR between 90 and 60 mL/min/1.73 m2) show a 3.81 greater risk that rose to 8.24 for those patients with albuminuria and mild eGFR reduction at baseline. Conclusions: Albuminuria and eGFR reduction represent independent risk factors for incident stage 653 CKD in T1DM patients. The simultaneous occurrence of reduced eGFR and albuminuria have a synergistic effect on renal function worsening

La politisation de l’ordinaire. Enjeux et limites de la mobilisation numérique

International audienceThis article examines the politicization processes of ordinary digital practices as well as its role in the constitution of new protester groups. Its interest is also represented by the construction of an original theoretical framework aiming to underline the complementarity between different theoretical perspectives. By encouraging a connection between the sociology of social movements, the critical Theory and the studies of “information practices”, the author elaborates a new approach to mobilisation focused on the emergence of a more and more citizen's engaged position with regard to the “information world” and not only based on militant uses of the media. While claiming a critical approach, the enquiry shows the role played by the “resistant info-communication practices” in the construction of new “collective action frames”.Cet article interroge le processus de politisation des pratiques numériques ordinaires ainsi que son rôle dans la formation des nouveaux collectifs contestataires. L'intérêt de ce travail est constitué par le choix d'un cadre d'analyse original visant à souligner la complémentarité entre des perspectives théoriques rarement mises en regard. En encourageant un rapprochement entre la sociologie des mouvements sociaux, la Théorie critique et les travaux portant sur les pratiques informationnelles, l'auteur élabore une approche nouvelle de la mobilisation informationnelle non plus uniquement axée sur l'usage militant des médias mais sur l'émergence d'une posture de plus en plus engagée du citoyen face au monde informationnel. Tout en adoptant une approche critique, ce travail révèle l'importance revêtue par les « pratiques info-communicationnelles résistantes » dans les processus de mobilisation et de construction des nouveaux cadres contestataires
