Il Valore dell'esperienza nei progetti di Alternanza Scuola Lavoro. Le testimonianze di giovani studentesse e studenti delle Scuole Secondarie di Secondo Grado del territorio di Cesena e Forlì

La tematica dell’avvicendamento dei giovani verso il mondo del lavoro in Italia è, da molto decenni, una tra le maggiori problematiche che definisce il grave tasso di disoccupazione dei i giovani adulti e che persuade le Istituzioni ad attivarsi in numerosi tentativi che mirano alla sua risoluzione. La Scuola e il mondo del lavoro hanno tentato e, tutt’ora, stanno tendando, di ridurre questo divario attraverso la realizzazione di progetti che possano, da un lato aiutare la Scuola a tramutare i saperi in competenze e, dall’altro, di avvicinare sempre più il mondo del lavoro ai nuovi giovani e alle loro realtà. L’alternanza scuola-lavoro e, i più attuali progetti per le competenze trasversali e l’orientamento PCTO, vogliono essere il mezzo attraverso il quale correggere questa distanza e collegare queste due realtà. Si avvia così un dialogo tra scuola e mondo del lavoro definito da una proposta educativo-didattica che si allarga al mondo delle imprese, delle aziende, degli enti e delle istituzioni con l’obiettivo di offrire agli studenti la possibilità di interfacciarsi a nuove realtà. L’elaborato prende in considerazione la tematica dal punto di vista esperienziale di giovani studentesse e giovani studenti delle Scuole Secondarie Superiori del territorio di Cesena e Forlì che, attraverso le loro dirette testimonianze raccontano l’esperienza vissuta. Le testimonianze, rilevate attraverso un’intervista qualitativa, hanno come obiettivo quello di cogliere le percezioni degli intervistati in relazione ai significati attribuiti all’esperienza vissuta. In particolare l’intervista mira ad indagare le dimensioni psicologiche e più nello specifico, quelle emotive, relative alla soddisfazione della esperienza, alla valutazione di coerenza tra le aspettative e la realtà incontrata, alla valutazione dell’impatto sul percorso scolastico e sulle scelte future – di formazione e/o professionali - e di come l’esperienza abbia o meno contribuito a mondificare e migliorare queste dimensioni

Monitoring Chemical Changes of Coffee Beans During Roasting Using Real-time NIR Spectroscopy and Chemometrics

Variations occurring in coffee beans during roasting are ascribable to several chemical-physical phenomena: to quickly track the whole process and to ensure its reproducibility, a process analytical technology (PAT) approach is needed. In this study, a method combining in-line Fourier transform near-infrared (FT-NIR) spectroscopy and chemometric modelling was investigated to get real-time and practical knowledge about the roasting effects on coffee’s chemical-physical composition. In-line spectra were acquired by inserting a NIR probe into a laboratory coffee roaster, running twenty-four roasting experiments, planned spanning different coffee species (Arabica and Robusta), four roasting temperature settings (TS1–TS4) and times (650–1580 s). Multivariate curve resolution-alternate least squares (MCR-ALS) was used to model the chemical-physical changes occurring during the roasting process, and information about maximum rate, acceleration and deceleration of the process was obtained, also highlighting potential effects due to the different roasting temperatures and coffee varieties. The proposed approach provides the groundwork for direct real-time implementation of rapid, non-invasive automated monitoring of the roasting process at industrial scale

Questo è il racconto del passaggio dalla presenza al remoto nella progettazione dei PCTO (ex Alternanza Scuola Lavoro) dell'Ufficio Orientamento e URP dell'Area Campus Cesena Forlì (Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna). Il fine è quello di condividere le strategie e attività elaborate per riuscire a mantenere vivi gli obiettivi dei PCTO nonostante la proposta delle attività da remoto, condividendo il nostro lavoro con tutti coloro che lo possano ritenere utile

Comparison of the biological effects of gadodiamide (Omniscan) and gadoteridol ({ProHance}) by means of multi-organ and plasma metabolomics

Gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCAs) are massively employed in radiology to increase the diagnostic power of MRI. However, investigations aiming at detecting possible metabolic perturbations or adverse health effects due to gadolinium deposition are still lacking. In this work, aqueous organs extract and plasma samples were analyzed by GC-MS and H-1-NMR, respectively, to investigate the effects of multiple administrations of one linear (Omniscan) and one macrocyclic (ProHance) GBCA, on the main metabolic pathways in healthy mice. Multivariate analysis revealed that plasma metabolome was not differently perturbed by the two GBCAs, while, the multiorgan analysis displayed a clear separation of the Omniscan-treated from the control and the ProHance-treated groups. Interestingly, the most affected organs were the brain, cerebellum and liver. Thus, this work paves the way to both the safest use of the commercially available GBCAs and the development of new GBCAs characterized by lower general toxicity

Dopo una sintetica ricognizione dei profili d\u2019indirizzo dell\u2019Unione Europea e dell\u2019evoluzione delle norme nazionali in materia, il presente contributo si sofferma sulle criticita\u300 e sui rischi ancora presenti, evidenziati dall\u2019Autorita\u300 per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni (AGCOM) nella \u201cSegnalazione al Governo\u201d pubblicata subito dopo l\u2019emanazione delle \u201cLinee guida sulle modalita\u300 attuative del divieto di pubblicita\u300 contenuto all\u2019art. 9 del c.d. decreto dignita\u300\u201d, quasi a giustificare i contenuti di queste ultime, che tendono a limitare l\u2019operativita\u300 del divieto assoluto introdotto dall\u2019art. 9, d.l. n. 87/2018. Con un recentissimo nuovo intervento legislativo, contenuto nell\u2019art. 102, d.l. 14 agosto 2020, n. 104 (convertito con modificazioni nella l. 13 ottobre 2020, n. 126 ), il Governo ha cercato di reprimere l\u2019elusione delle norme nazionali realizzata dalla pubblicita\u300 on line del gioco d\u2019azzardo offerto sul web. Le iniziative assunte da EGBA, associazione di imprendi- tori del gioco autorizzati ad operare nella U.E., che ha pubblicato un Codice di condotta ed ha sollecitato la Commissione ad inserire nella nuova Agenda dei consumatori della U.E. una specifica serie di diritti per l\u2019iGaming, indicano che l\u2019area del gioco on line e\u300 la piu\u300 rischiosa e sembrano seguire le linee gia\u300 indicate dalle istituzioni europee fin dalla Risoluzione del 2013: autoregolazione degli operatori e regolazione concertata almeno tra paesi europei.After a brief survey of the guidelines of the European Union and the evolution of Italian regulations on gambling advertising, the essay focuses on the critical issues and risks still present, highlighted by the Authority for Guarantees in Communications (AGCOM) in its \u201cReport to the Government\u201d published immediately after the issue of the \u201cGuidelines on the methods of implementing the ban on advertising contained in art. 9 of the so-called dignity decree\u201d, as if to justify the contents of the latter, which tend to limit the operation of the absolute prohibition introduced by art. 9, d. l. n. 87/2018. With a very recent new act, art. 102, d.l. 14 August 2020, n. 104 (converted by law n. 126-2020), the Italian Government tried to crack down on the circumvention of national regulations carried out by online advertising of gambling offered on the web. The initiatives taken by EGBA (an association of gaming entrepreneurs authorized to operate in the E.U) - which published a Code of Conduct and urged the E.U. Commission to include in the new Consumer Agenda of the E.U. a specific series of rights for i-gaming - confirm that the online gaming area is the most risky and seem to follow the lines indicated by the European Institutions since the 2013 Resolution: self-regulation of operators and public regulation concerted at least between European Countries

La protezione dell'incapace nell'attivit\ue0 negoziale tra annullamento e limiti alle restituzioni

Partendo dall'esame di due recenti pronunce della terza sezione della Cassazione Civile italiana, una in merito ai rimborsi conseguenti all'annullamento del contratto per incapacit\ue0 di una delle parti (Cass. n. 2460 del 2020) e l'altra riguardante il grado di inabilit\ue0 dell'autore necessario per procedere all'annullamento di un atto unilaterale (Cass. n. 11272 del 2020), il saggio esamina le linee evolutive della tutela dell'incapace e dei suoi beni dagli atti pregiudizievoli.Starting from two recent rulings of the third section of the Italian Civil Supreme Court, one regarding the reimbursements resulting from the cancellation of the contract due to the incapacity of one of the parties (Cass. no. 2460 of 2020) and the other concerning the degree of incapacity of the author necessary to proceed with the cancellation of a unilateral act (Cass. no. 11272 of 2020), the essay examines the evolutionary lines of the protection of the person unable to act by himself and of his assets from prejudicial acts

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) methodologies offer a comprehensive characterization of foodstuffs owing to the possibility to study a sample from different points of view including structural, compositional, functional, morphological etc. aspects. High resolution NMR spectroscopy applied to semi-solid food samples or to extracts in solution is used to determine the foodstuff composition. Here, some features of high resolution NMR methodologies related to food analysis such as quantitative analysis, chemometrics, and use of databases are included. Other NMR methodologies such as relaxometry and imaging described in this chapter give precious information regarding morphology and texture of intact food samples

Chapter 6. NMR applications in food analysis: part A

Applications of high-resolution NMR in liquid-state and in semi-solid matrices in the analysis of food components and entire food samples are described using examples of different food matrices and different problems related to food safety, traceability, geographical and botanical origin, farming methods, food processing, maturation and ageing, etc. Although NMR has not yet been recognized as an official methodology of food control for the numerous applications of NMR reported in the literature, the potenziality of this methodology also shows as an approach complementary to the other recognized conventional methodologies
