Alabama county Extension agents\u27 circular letters and newsletters (2.5 million pieces in 1998) were found to be two grade levels higher than the reading level of the average U.S adult, and 85 percent of Alabama 4-Hers
Design & Analysis of Cost Estimation for New Mobile-COCOMO Tool for Mobile Application
Software cost estimation is a resource forecasting method, which is required by the software development process. However, estimating the workload, schedule and cost of a software project is a complex task because it involves predicting the future using historical project data and extrapolating to see future values. For cost estimates for software projects, several methods are used. Among the various software cost estimation methods available, the most commonly used technology is the COCOMO method. Similarly, to calculate software costs, there are several cost estimating tools available for software developers to use. But these released cost estimation tools can only provide parameters (i.e. cost, development time, average personnel) for large software with multiple lines of code. However, if a software developer wants to estimate the cost of a small project that is usually a mobile application, the available tools will not give the right results. Therefore, to calculate the cost of the mobile application, the available cost estimation method COCOMO II is improved to a new model called New Mobile COCOMO Tool. The New Mobile COCOMO tool developed specifically for mobile applications is a boon for software developers working in small software applications because it only includes important multipliers that play a vital role in estimating the cost of developing mobile applications. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to propose a cost estimation model with a special case of COCOMO II, especially for mobile applications, which calculates the person-month, the programmed time and the average personnel involved in the development of any mobile app

IN VITRO ANALYSIS OF ANTICANCER POTENTIAL OF TRIGONELLA FOENUM-GRAECUM
Objective: The recent work was carried out to evaluate the presence of bioactive compounds and anticancer activities of selected plant Trigonella foenum-graecum extract.
Methods: The crude extraction of whole plant was carried out using petroleum ether as a solvent by cold percolation as well as hot percolation method (Soxhlet method) both. The presence of phytochemicals was determined using standard protocols. The anticancer activities were evaluated by sulforhodamine B (SRB) dye assay method using Mitomycin-C (anticancer drug) as a positive control.
Results: The qualitative analysis of plant extract showed the presence of bioactive compounds, namely, protein, alkaloids, steroids, phenolics, and flavonoids. The plant extract was tested for in vitro anticancer activity against human liver cancer (HEP-2) and colon cancer (HT-29) cell lines using SRB assay. The plant extract showed significant results against HT-29 and HEP-2 cancer cell lines.
Conclusion: The study concluded that the extract of T. foenum-graecum can be further carefully used in herbal formulations for cancer therapy

Efficient Neural Architecture Search for Emotion Recognition
Automated human emotion recognition from facial expressions is a well-studied
problem and still remains a very challenging task. Some efficient or accurate
deep learning models have been presented in the literature. However, it is
quite difficult to design a model that is both efficient and accurate at the
same time. Moreover, identifying the minute feature variations in facial
regions for both macro and micro-expressions requires expertise in network
design. In this paper, we proposed to search for a highly efficient and robust
neural architecture for both macro and micro-level facial expression
recognition. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to design
a NAS-based solution for both macro and micro-expression recognition. We
produce lightweight models with a gradient-based architecture search algorithm.
To maintain consistency between macro and micro-expressions, we utilize dynamic
imaging and convert microexpression sequences into a single frame, preserving
the spatiotemporal features in the facial regions. The EmoNAS has evaluated
over 13 datasets (7 macro expression datasets: CK+, DISFA, MUG, ISED, OULU-VIS
CASIA, FER2013, RAF-DB, and 6 micro-expression datasets: CASME-I, CASME-II,
CAS(ME)2, SAMM, SMIC, MEGC2019 challenge). The proposed models outperform the
existing state-of-the-art methods and perform very well in terms of speed and
space complexity
Functional Meat and Meat Products: An Overview
A food can be regarded as functional if it is satisfactorily demonstrated to beneficially affect one or more target functions in the body, beyond adequate nutritional effects, in a way that is relevant to either improved health or well-being and/or to a reduction in the risk of disease. They are very important for health and are classified on various basis such as Supplementation of functional ingredients in diets of animals which includes Conjugated linoleic acid, Vitamin E, Omega-3 (ω3) fatty acids and Selenium; enrichment of functional ingredients in meat and meat products which includes functional foods from plant sources such as Soy proteins, Wheat proteins, Fibers, Broccoli and other Cruciferous Vegetables, Citrus Fruits, Tomatoes, Flaxseed, Herbs and spices as well as functional foods from animal sources such as Fish and Dairy Products like Whey protein and Probiotics and finally production of functional components during processing which includes Curing, Fermentation, Production of antibacterial compounds like Bacteriocin and Enzyme hydrolysis of proteins. Current status of functional meat products in world and India, safety issues and future prospects has been discussed
