    Application of Halanay Inequality to the Establishment of the Exponential Stability of Delayed Compartmental System

    The dynamical convergence of a compartmental system with transport delays is studied. An easily verifiable delay independent sufficient condition for the system to be globally exponentially stable is obtained.     This study aims to examine the effect of pesantren-based contextual learning approach on students' achievement on civics educations viewed from social attitudes for the eighth grade of MTs Mualimat NW Pancor, Selong NTB. This study is an experimental study using a post only control group design. Data on social attitudes were collected learning social attitudes, and tests were used to measure students civics educations learning achievement. The research sample was determined by using a random sampling technique which gathered 146 students as the sample. Data were collected by using the test of civics learning and social attitudes questionnaire. The data and hypotheses were tested using a two-way ANAVA. The research results show that: (1) pesantren-based contextual learning approach and social attitudes have a significant effect on civics learning achievement in the eighth grade students of MTs Mualimat Pancor, Selong NTB. (2) there is a significant interaction betwen the implementation of pesantren-based contextual learning approach and social attitudes of the students on civic educations learning archievement. (3) for the students having high social attitudes, the civics educations learning archievements of the students joining pesantren-based contextual learning approach is higher than those joining conventional learning model. (4) for the students having low social attitude, the civics educations learning archievements of the students joining conventional learning model is higher than those who join pesantren-based contextual learning approac

    Pengaruh Penerapan Model Problem-Based-Learning Berbantuan Computer-Based-Test Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah dan Kemandirian Belajar Matematika

    Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Kuta ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan problem-based-learning (PBL) berbantuan computer-based-test (CBT) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemandirian belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ekperimen semu ini menggunakan disain post-test only control group design pada populasi siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Kuta yang tersebar ke dalam 11 kelas dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 392 orang. Selanjutnya, metode cluster random sampling digunakan untuk menetapkan kelas X MIA 3 dan kelas X MIA 5 sebagai sampel penelitian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 orang. Data penelitian ini berupa data pemecahan masalah matematika dan kemandirian belajar siswa masing-masing dikumpulkan dengan tes essai dan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji Manova dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data menujukkan bahwa nilai F dari uji wilks lambda sebesar 11,488 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000. Jika nilai signifikansi 0,000 dibandingkan dengan alpha 0,05 maka nilai tersebut jauh lebih kecil dan dapat diputuskan untuk menolak H0. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran PBL berbantuan CBT berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemandirian belajar siswa SMA Negeri 2 Kuta

    Round-Robin Algorithm in Load Balancing for National Data Centers

    The Provincial Government of Bali assumes a crucial role in administering various public service applications to meet the requirements of its community, traditional villages, and regional apparatus. Nevertheless, the escalating magnitude of traffic and uneven distribution of requests have resulted in substantial server burdens, which may jeopardize the operation of applications and heighten the likelihood of downtime. Ensuring efficient load distribution is of utmost importance in tackling these difficulties, and the Round Robin algorithm is often utilized for this purpose. However, the current body of research has not extensively examined the distinct circumstances surrounding on-premise servers in the Bali Provincial Government. The primary objective of this study is to address the significant gap in knowledge by conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the Round Robin algorithm's effectiveness in load-balancing on-premise servers inside the Bali Provincial Government. The primary objective of our study is to assess the appropriateness of the algorithm within the given context, with the ultimate goal of providing practical and implementable suggestions. The observations above can optimize system efficiency and minimize periods of inactivity, thereby enhancing the provision of vital public services across Bali. This study provides essential insights for enhancing server infrastructure and load-balancing strategies through empirical evaluation and comprehensive analysis. Its findings are valuable for the Bali Provincial Government and serve as a reference for other organizations facing challenges managing server loads.     Pengaruh Pendekatan Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Ditinjau Dari Tingkat Kecemasan Belajar Siswa

    This research aims at investigating the effect of realistic mathematics approach on mathematics learning achievement viewed from anxiety level of fourth grade students of Cluster III elementary school Pancor. It was an experimental research with the analysis of two-way analysis of variance. 120 students of fourth grade students of Cluster III elementary school Pancor were used as the population and the sample. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a significant difference of mathematics achievement between students following realistic mathematic approach and those following conventional learning (Fhitung = 1.409 > Ftabel = 0,361), (2) there is an interaction between learning approach and anxiety level on students' mathematics achievement (FABhitung = 6,200 > Ftabel = 0,005), (3) for those having high level of anxiety, there is a significant difference of mathematics achievement between students following realistic mathematic approach and those following conventional learning (Qhitung = 1.147 > Qtabel = 0,361), (4) for those having low level of anxiety, there is a significant difference of mathematics achievement between students following realistic mathematic approach and those following conventional learning (Qhitung = 1.147 > Qtabel = 0,361)

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous model of problem-based learning on critical thinking skills, motivation and learning outcomes of social studies students of the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. This study is a quasi-experimental. Data were collected with the critical thinking skills tests, questionnaires, and tests student learning outcomes. Overall the data and hypothesis testing is done using Manova analysis. Based on the above results, the conclusion can be formulated as follows: (1) In a partial implementation of the model-based problem pembelajaarn have a relationship with the critical thinking skills of social studies students in the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. (2) In a partial implementation of the model-based pembelajaarn have relationship problems with the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. (3) In a partial implementation of the model-based pembelajaarn have relationship problems with motivation to learn in the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. (4) In the simultaneous application of problem-based pembelajaarn models have a relationship with the students' critical thinking skills, motivation and learning outcomes of social studies students in the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok

    Pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Terhadap Sikap Dan Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah Matematika Siswa Kelas V Gugus 3 Suralaga Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013

    This research aims at describing the effect of problem-based learning on attitude and ability to solve problems. It was a quasi experiment of the posttest only control group design. The population of this research is all fifth grade students of Cluster 3 Suralaga Subdistric. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data were collected using test and questionnaire of attitude. The data were analyzed using Manova. The result of the reearch shows that: (1) there is no effect of problem-based learning on students\u27 attitude (tobs = 0.13, p<0,05), (2) there is an effect of problem-based learning on the ability to solve problems (tobs = 2.021, p<0,05), (3) there is no effect of problem-based learning on students\u27 attitude and the ability to solve problems (Fobs = 13.96, p<0.05). Based on those findings, problem-based learning affects the ability to solve mathematical problems, but it does not affect students\u27 attitude of students following the two learning approach of fifth grade students of Cluster 3 Suralaga in the academic year 2012/2013
