Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Alih Fungsi Lahan Sawah Menjadi Tambak di Desa Beurawang Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Beurawang Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen pada bulan November 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan sawah menjadi tambak di Desa Beurawang Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Desa Beurawang yang melakukan alih fungsi lahan sebanyak 48 kepala keluarga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa alih fungsi lahan di Desa Beurawang Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh faktor modal, pendapatan petani sawah, pendapatan petani tambak dan lokasi. Hasil analisis secara parsial, hanya variabel pendapatan petani padi, dan pendapatan petani tambak yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap alih fungsi lahan di Desa Beurawang Kecamatan Jeumpa Kabupaten Bireuen, sedangkan untuk variabel modal dan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan

Implications of the Visible and X-Ray Counterparts to GRB970228

The gamma-ray burst source GRB970228 has been observed after a delay of 8--12 hours in X-rays and after one day in visible and near infrared light. This marks the first detection of emission at lower frequencies following the gamma-ray observation of a GRB and the first detection of any visible counterpart to a GRB. We consider possible delayed visible and X-ray emission mechanisms, and conclude that the intrinsic gamma-ray activity continued at a much reduced intensity for at least a day. There are hints of such continued activity in other GRB, and future observations can decide if this is true of GRB in general. The observed multi-band spectrum of GRB970228 agrees with the predictions of relativistic shock theory when the flux is integrated over a time longer than that required for a radiating electron to lose its energy.Comment: 5 pp., tex, 1 figur

The prompt energy release of gamma-ray bursts using a cosmological k-correction

The fluences of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) are measured with a variety of instruments in different detector energy ranges. A detailed comparison of the implied energy releases of the GRB sample requires, then, an accurate accounting of this diversity in fluence measurements which properly corrects for the redshifting of GRB spectra. Here, we develop a methodology to ``k-correct'' the implied prompt energy release of a GRB to a fixed co-moving bandpass. This allows us to homogenize the prompt energy release of 17 cosmological GRBs (using published redshifts, fluences, and spectra) to two common co-moving bandpasses: 20-2000 keV and 0.1 keV-10 MeV (``bolometric''). While the overall distribution of GRB energy releases does not change significantly by using a k-correction, we show that uncorrected energy estimates systematically undercounts the bolometric energy by ~5% to 600%, depending on the particular GRB. We find that the median bolometric isotropic-equivalent prompt energy release is 2.2 x 10^{53} erg with an r.m.s. scatter of 0.80 dex. Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional di PT Jenggala Keramik Bali

Komitmen organisasioanl merupakan keadaan seseorang untuk memihak atau mempertahankan keanggotaannya di dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasional, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional di PT Jenggala Keramik Bali. Objek penelitian ini yaitu kompensasi, motivasi  kerja dan  komitmen organisasional. Populasi  sebanyak 146 dan sampel  sebanyak 60 karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Peningkatan Kemampuan Menganalisis Unsur Intrinsik Cerpen Melalui Metode Diskusi Jenis Buzz Group Pada Siswa Kelas VIII a SMP Dwijendra Gianyar Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012

This study is a classroom action research. It was conducted for the students at class VIII SMP DwijendraGianyar in the academic year 2011/2012. There were three cycles planned. There were 36 students. The object of the study was the improvement of ability in analyzing the intrinsic element of a short story through Buzz group discussion method. The results revealed that there was improvement in analyzing the intrinsic element of a short story after implementing Buzz group discussion method. It could be found from the mean score of the pretest was 4.2. It improved to 5.22 in the 1st cycle, then up to 6.22 in the 2nd cycle until achieving 7.38 in the 3rd cycle. It means that the standard-passing score (SKBM) that is 7.00 was achieved

This research is the study of diplomacy and strategy analyzes about Indonesia and Iceland on cooperation in geothermal energy development in 2009-2014. The purpose of this research is Indonesia as fossil fuel users are faced with the depletion of oil reserves of Indonesia due to increasing needs of Indonesia society.This makes the Indonesian government seek and develop new energy sources such us geothermal energy, so cooperation with Iceland which has succesfully in developed geothermal energy to tackle national energy security.This research used qualitative methods which is done by explaining the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official documents, report, magazine, paper, and website. The theoretical framework applied in this research are neorealism perspective, national interest concept, nation-state analysis level and decision making theory.The result of this describes the forms of cooperation between Indonesia and Iceland in geothermal energy development is to include the exploration, exploitation, the use of geothermal energy and geothermal dispatch experts to Indonesia to study Iceland regarding geothermal energy development and investments
