Banyaknya data yang tercipta dan konten yang disebarluaskan dalam Abad Informasi telah secara mendasar mengubah cara kita berkomunikasi, terutama pada generasi digital saat ini. Ensiklopedia digital merupakan sebuah kamus yang menghimpun informasi secara teratur, memberikan penjelasan lebih mendalam, dan dilengkapi dengan Informasi visual. Penelitian ini mengevaluasI web based HTML5 sebagai perangkat digital yang tepat untuk penyampaian informasi songket tradisional pada ensiklopedia digital interaktif. Sehingga dapat mendukung penyampaian informasi yang menarik dan pemahaman informasi yang lebih cepat. Penulis menentukan empat penelitian sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan songket tradisional ditinjau berdasarkan tujuan, kelebihan, dan keterbatasannya. Diharapkan hasilnya dapat menentukanperangkat digital terbaik sebagai wadah infomasi songket tradisional pada ensiklopedia digital interaktif

Assessment of Coordination Between Units in Hospital by High Performance Work Practices

The survey about coordination in hospital showed that the coordinaton between units have low score including the lack of communication and problem solving between units. The objectives of this study is to describe coordination in hospital considered by high performance practices that consist of 5 items : selection for cross-functional teamwork, rewards for cross-functional teamwork, cross-functional teamwork conflict resolution, cross-functional meetings, and cross-functional boundary spanner. This research is descriptive study using cross sectional design. Samples or respondents are 16, selected using purposive sampling according to the units which their function and job still related with the medical service in the hospital. The result showed that there are a specific criteria to select their employee. The most responden said that education level is the most important criteria for the selection. There is a reward for the best employee those are trophy and some money given to the best employee and the best group of the months. There is conflict resolution through the meeting with the supervisor and director to discuss their problems. There is functional meeting that is weekly report, and there is boundary spanner to coordinated with the other unit if they have problems. This study conclude that coordination in hospital can complete four items of performance work practice, but aspect cross-functional meetings still not working properly. Therefore, it needs to be repaired because this meeting is important to discuss about development of the medical service in this hospital

Optimasi Amobilisasi Xilanase dari Trichoderma Viride dengan Matriks Zeolit

Amobilisasi xilanase dengan matriks zeolit dilakukan melalui metode adsorpsi fisik. Amobilisasi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas enzim xilanase, karena xilanase bebas tidak stabil terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan waktu pengocokan dan konsentrasi xilanase optimum. Pada penelitian ini enzim xilanase diisolasi dari Trichoderma viride, enzim yang didapat kemudian dimurnikan dengan metode pengendapan menggunakan amonium sulfat dengan tingkat kejenuhan 40-80%. Untuk menentukan waktu pengocokkan optimum amobilisasi enzim dilakukan pada 0,1 g zeolit dalam temperatur kamar dan kecepatan pengocokkan 100 rpm dengan variasi waktu pengocokan (1, 2, 3, 4, dan 5) jam, sedangkan untuk menentukan konsentrasi enzim xilanase optimum dilakukan pada 0,1 g zeolit dalam temperatur kamar dan kecepatan pengocokkan 100 rpm dengan variasi konsentrasi xilanase(2,244; 2,618; 2,992; 3,366: 3,740) mg/mL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan waktu pengocokan optimum pada 3 jam dan konsentrasi xilanase optimum terjadi pada konsentrasi 3,366 mg/mL dengan aktivitas 25,74 unit

Penegakan Hukum terhadap Peredaran Narkotika Jenis Ganja Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika di Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resor 50 Kota Sumatera Barat

Narcotic crime always increasing number of cases, suspect, and victim every years. Abuse problem and ilicit traffic in narcotic drugs have shown poor condition and a threat to the survival of the nation especially district of 50 Kota Sumatera Barat. Based of data obtained by author from Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat, law enforcement against narcotics type of marijuana have been implemented but still not optimally. There are still many obstacles and barriers perceived by members of the narcotics detectives that cause less maximal law enforcement in this area. Some of the barriers and constraints experienced in law enforcement against drug trafficking, among others, the limited number of police personnel in handling narcotic cases, limited operational funds, limited skills or abilities of the personnel, and several other constraints. That's a few things cause more illicit trafficking of narcotics, especially type of marijuana in the district 50 Kota Sumatera Barat.Based on the authors formulate three problems, namely, first, how law enforcement against illicit traffic in narcotic type of marijuana based on the Narcotics law in Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat, the second what are the constraints faced by the polres 50 kota Sumatera Barat in law enforcement against illicit traffic in narcotic type of marijuana based on the Narcotics law,the third what are the three attempts made Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat to overcome obstacles in law enforcement against illicit traffic in narcotic type of marijuana based on the Narcotics law in Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat.This type of research if the views of its kind, this research can be classified to sociological research. Sociological research is the study of law directly into the field to find the data in the institutions related to the research conducted. Source of data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study with the literature study and interviews.From this research we can conclude the authors first, law enforcement against illicit traffic in narcotic type of marijuana based on the Narcotics law in Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat was carried out to the fullest. Even so, in enforcing the law there are still some obstacles faced by police officers, The constraints faced by the Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat in enforcing the law against narcotic type of marijuana have two (2) factors: internal factors and external factors third, the efforts made by the Polres 50 Kota Sumatera Barat in overcoming these obstacles is to fix the flaws in the internal and external police

Tindak Tutur Ekspresif dalam Film Kehormatan di Balik Kerudung Sutradara Tya Subiakto Satrio

Film Kehormatan di Balik Kerudung dengan sutradara Tya Subiakto Satrio merupakan film berisi percintaan, kesedihan, dan kesetiaan sehingga sangatlah menarik dan bisa dijadikan sebagai contoh dalam pembelajaran novel di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film Kehormatan di Balik Kerudung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa tahap deskrpsi, klasifikasi, analisis, interpretasi data, evaluasi, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film Kehormatan di Balik Kerudung terdiri atas tindak tutur ekspresif berupa: a) memuji dalam konteks: memuji kecantikan dan ketampanan yang dimiliki petutur, dan terkesan dengan pakain dan wewangian yang petutur kenakan; b) mengucapkan terima kasih dengan ciri: mengucapkan terima kasih karena perbuatan baik yang sudah dilakukan petutur, mengucapkan terima kasih atas kenikmatan yang Allah berikan, dan mengucapkan terima kasih karena merasa merepotkan; c) mengucapkan maaf dengan ciri: karena telah mengecewakan petutur, karena tidak menepati janji, mengucapkan maaf atas perlakuan kasar dan tidak menyenangkan, serta berbuat kesalahan; d) kebahagiaan dengan ciri: situasi yang membuat nyaman, bersyukur atas apa yang dimiliki, tersenyum indah, saling menyukai, dan orang tua yang dikaruniai anak; serta e) mengeluh dalam konteks: perasaan sedih karena ditinggal menikah, perasaan sakit karena dilarang menikah, dan dikecewakan, diberi cobaan atau halangan dan rintangan. Dengan demikian, tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film Kehormatan di Balik Kerudung terdiri atas tindak tutur ekspresif dalam bentuk memuji, ucapan terima kasih, ucapan permohonan maaf, kebahagiaan, dan tindakan mengeluh. Pengaruh Living Values Education Program (Lvep) terhadap Penanaman Karakter Nasionalisme Siswa SD dalam Pembelajaran Tematik

Living Values Education Program (LVEP) is one of the educational programs that teachers can use to help students explore and develop the twelve universal values, cooperation, freedom, happiness, honesty, humility, love, peace, respect, responsibility, simplicity, tolerance, and unity. This research aims to know the influence of LVEP against planting characters SD class III student nationalism on thematic learning. This type of research is quasi experiment design with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this research is the grade III SD Negeri Pujokusuman school year 2017/2018. The selected sample was grade III A, B, and C by using cluster random sampling techniques. Class III B as the control group, while class III A and III C as group experiments. The control group was given preferential treatment by the method of storytelling, while the experimental group were given a treatment using the LVEP.Data collection techniques used is observation and interview.Guidelines for observation used to know conduct of students showing character nationalism before treatment (pretest), in treatment, and after treatment (posttest). Interview guidelines used to provide the observation that includes character of students, learning model character, and implementation of learning before it was given treatment. Data analysis techniques used was t-test with level ofsignificance0,05.The research results show that there are significant had been between planting character nationalism with Living Values Education Program (LVEP) by storytelling method in thematic learning in the class III of SD Negeri Pujokusuman. Distinction is evident in all sub character nationalism observed during the process learning, namely responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, unity, love, award, and peace

Libraries, museums and archives hold valuable collections in a variety of media, presenting a vast body of knowledge rooted in the history of human civilisation. These form the repository of the wisdom of great works by thinkers of past and the present. The holdings of these institutions are priceless heritage of the mankind as they preserve documents, ideas, and the oral and written records. To value the cultural heritage and to care for it as a treasure bequeathed to us by our ancestors is the major responsibility of libraries. The past records constitute a natural resource and are indispensable to the present generation as well as to the generations to come. Libraries preserve the documentary heritage resources for which they are primarily responsible. Any loss of such materials is simply irreplaceable. Therefore, preserving this intellectual, cultural heritage becomes not only the academic commitment but also the moral responsibility of the librarians/information scientists, who are in charge of these repositories. The high quality of the papers and the discussion represent the thinking and experience of experts in their particular fields.
