Influence of Heat Treatment After Arc Discharge Route on Structure and Loading Capacity of SBA-15 Encapsulated By Iron Particles
For the first time, the influence of heat treatment on the structure of SBA-15 encapsulated iron particle has been investigated after arc discharge methods. Molecular sieve silica SBA-15 was prepared by self-assembly route using block copolymer P123 as soft templating agent and tetraethoxysilane as silica precursor involving acid treatment. Arc discharge route was followed by heat-treatment of SBA-15 for 4 h at 400, 700 and 900 âC. The change of sample structure was studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques, VSM and FTIR. It is found that after arc discharge step, the magnetic properties of SBA-15 encapsulated iron particle reached stable crystal at high temperature. In the other way, the massive structural change in a significant part of SBA-15 encapsulated iron particle during high temperature had an impact on the decreased surface area, total pore volume, and post size distribution. The loading capacity performance of SBA-15 encapsulated iron particle was investigated by ibuprofen molecule impregnation as a drug model. The result showed that high-temperature treatment of SBA-15 encapsulated iron particle decreased the loading capacity which was firmly related to the shrinkage of mesoporous nanopipe of SBA-15.

Dividend Policy and Corporate Value (a Meta-Analysis)
This study aimed to understand the effect of dividend policy on corporate value, as wellas to examine and analyze the variation of result study on corporate value in Indonesia.Dividend Signaling Model was the grand theory used to explain the effect of dividendpolicy on corporate value. This study used meta-analysis approach with the sample were70 researches in Indonesia, both the published and unpublished in 2007-2015. The resultof this study, meta-analysis strengthens the findings of the previous study which statedthat the dividend policy could increase the corporate value. The differences of the previousstudies were due to the presence of moderation effect from the measurement model ofcorporate value and dividend corporate
Measurement of Sound Noise Levels and Light Exposure in the Bedroom to Minimize Health Problems
Sleep is an activity to give our body and soul a short break. Sound levels and light exposure can affectsleep quality. Therefore, this study aims to measure the level of sound noise and light exposure in thebedroom, so that it can be a recommendation for sound levels and sound levels that are safe for thebedroom. The research method was used to measure the sound intensity in the bedroom which wasgenerated from two sound sources, namely air conditioner (AC) and from the fan by using the SoundLevel Meter application, then the light intensity was also measured from two light sources, namely themain lamp and light sleeper, each light source was measured using the Luxmeter application. The resultsshowed that the noise level from the air conditioner was 37-38 dB and the fan was 68-69 dB, while thevalue of the light intensity level from the main lamp was 84 lux and from the night light was 0 lux.Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), that the noise level in thebedroom should not exceed 40 dB and a maximum light intensity level of 5 lux, then the results of thestudy can be concluded that if you have to use a bedroom temperature controller, the use of AC is morerecommended than a fan and to get safe lighting, you should use a special lamp for sleeping
Critical success and moderating factors effect in Indonesian Public Universities' business incubators
This study aims to examine the effect of critical success and moderating factors in Indonesian public universities' business incubators. The study of business incubators benefits university professors in their roles as managers and advisors, university faculty entrepreneurs and start-ups/tenants in the knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship learning processes, and government officials in effective policy making. For the universities, the incubators serve as a platform for the commercialization of their research efforts. The incubators assist the universities' stakeholders in fulfilling their newly identified responsibilities towards building the nation's economy and giving the faculty members and graduate students the chance to conduct research. Regarding the economic environment, the incubators help create job opportunities, increase the country's economic value, and reduce poverty. This research employed the quantitative method approach, and the data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS version 23 and Smart PLS version 3 statistical software packages. The samples of this research were comprised of 31 business incubator managers from Indonesian public universities. Although there have been previous models about critical success and moderating factors for business incubators in other countries, this study is the first that was conducted in Indonesia and found direct and indirect relationships between critical success factors and moderating success factors for Indonesian Public University Business Incubators. The results of the research demonstrated that good system and infrastructure showed a strong direct relationship with success factors and that information technology showed a strong relationship with the moderating factors, namely age and quality of facilities. Furthermore, mentoring and networking showed a strong relationship with the moderating factors good system and infrastructure and that university regulation had a strong relationship with moderating factor credit and rewards. Entry criteria, exit criteria, and funding support showed strong direct relationships to success factors. These findings could improve the management of business incubators in Indonesian Public Universities and allow them to more successful
Somatic mutation and gain of copy number of PIK3CA in human breast cancer
INTRODUCTION: Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases (PI3Ks) are a group of lipid kinases that regulate signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, adhesion, survival, and motility. Even though PIK3CA amplification and somatic mutation have been reported previously in various kinds of human cancers, the genetic change in PIK3CA in human breast cancer has not been clearly identified. METHODS: Fifteen breast cancer cell lines and 92 primary breast tumors (33 with matched normal tissue) were used to check somatic mutation and gene copy number of PIK3CA. For the somatic mutation study, we specifically checked exons 1, 9, and 20, which have been reported to be hot spots in colon cancer. For the analysis of the gene copy number, we used quantitative real-time PCR and fluorescence in situ hybridization. We also treated several breast cancer cells with the PIK3CA inhibitor LY294002 and compared the apoptosis status in cells with and without PIK3CA mutation. RESULTS: We identified a 20.6% (19 of 92) and 33.3% (5 of 15) PIK3CA somatic mutation frequency in primary breast tumors and cell lines, respectively. We also found that 8.7% (8 of 92) of the tumors harbored a gain of PIK3CA gene copy number. Only four cases in this study contained both an increase in the gene copy number and a somatic mutation. In addition, mutation of PIK3CA correlated with the status of Akt phosphorylation in some breast cancer cells and inhibition of PIK3CA-induced increased apoptosis in breast cancer cells with PIK3CA mutation. CONCLUSION: Somatic mutation rather than a gain of gene copy number of PIK3CA is the frequent genetic alteration that contributes to human breast cancer progression. The frequent and clustered mutations within PIK3CA make it an attractive molecular marker for early detection and a promising therapeutic target in breast cancer
Identifying Prototypical Components in Behaviour Using Clustering Algorithms
Quantitative analysis of animal behaviour is a requirement to understand the task solving strategies of animals and the underlying control mechanisms. The identification of repeatedly occurring behavioural components is thereby a key element of a structured quantitative description. However, the complexity of most behaviours makes the identification of such behavioural components a challenging problem. We propose an automatic and objective approach for determining and evaluating prototypical behavioural components. Behavioural prototypes are identified using clustering algorithms and finally evaluated with respect to their ability to represent the whole behavioural data set. The prototypes allow for a meaningful segmentation of behavioural sequences. We applied our clustering approach to identify prototypical movements of the head of blowflies during cruising flight. The results confirm the previously established saccadic gaze strategy by the set of prototypes being divided into either predominantly translational or rotational movements, respectively. The prototypes reveal additional details about the saccadic and intersaccadic flight sections that could not be unravelled so far. Successful application of the proposed approach to behavioural data shows its ability to automatically identify prototypical behavioural components within a large and noisy database and to evaluate these with respect to their quality and stability. Hence, this approach might be applied to a broad range of behavioural and neural data obtained from different animals and in different contexts
