Peranan Kh. Muhammad Anshari Dalam Pengembangan Dakwah Islamiyah Di Kota Samarinda

The aim of this research is to reveal the role of KH. Muhammad Anshari in propagating Islam in Samarinda. Thus, this research is a descriptive-qualitative research applying observation, interview and documentation as its primary data collection techniques. Findings suggest that the roles of KH. Muhammad Anshari in propagating Islamic teaching in Samarinda, especially aspects related to his very religious life style, his action oriented ideas regarding the implementation of Islam in everyday life, and his observed behavior in family, pesantren, and small group gathering settings, is significant in shaping the religious behavior of people in his community

Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Pada Industri Rokok Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Purpose of this research to analyze effect current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, return on asset and price earning ratio on earnings growth partially and simultaniously. Research object are the cigarette industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of data is quantitative data and qualitative data. Source of data use secondary data. Population of this research are 4 cigarette company with total sampling technique. Collecting data used documentation and literature. Techniques analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis that current ratio no significant effect on earnings growth. Debt to equity ratio no significant effect on earnings growth. Net profit margin has significant effect on earnings growth. Return on assets has significant effect on earnings growth. Price earnings ratio has significant effect on earnings growth. Current ratio, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, return on assets and the price earnings ratio influence on earnings growth simultaniously

Ancestors Legacy: Response of Using People to Sacred Values and Social Function of Seblang Ritual

This article discusses the response of Using people to sacred values and social function of Seblang ritual in the context of Using society's social structure in Banyuwangi, East Java. Library study, participatory observation, and in-depth interview are methods used in this research, while the analysis uses functional-structural method. The result of this study shows that the Seblang ritual is a social institution functioned by Using people as an integral part of their social structure. The sacredness of Seblang also become a meeting point between “alam alus” and “alam kasar”; between the spirits of village's ancestors (dhanyang) and human beings; between macro cosmos and micro cosmos. The existence of the Seblang ritual's institution crosses over the temporal boundaries, so until now Using people still maintain the practice as their social and cultural condition support its preservation. The cultural condition relates to religious and knowledge system, while the social condition relates to social structure and geographical environment of village. Such cultural and social conditions become the belief of Using people toward socio-cultural function of Seblang, particularly for fertility in agriculture and their welfare. “The outer power”, both state's authority and political parties, cannot intervene the Seblang ritual. Implicit memory and meta-cognition constructed in the minds of the public have contributed to their belief in the value of sacred Seblang ritual. They believe the negation of ancestor's legacy will cause disharmony, both socially and psychologically, which will also lead to disharmony in the social structure of Using society. Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Dan Berpikir Kritis Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Argumentasi

The purpose in this study is to learn the influence of learning method and critical thinking toward ability in writing argumentation. This study was conducted on 4thgrade students of SDN Sukapura 3 Cirebon in 2015 by taking 32 samples. Data is acquired using two-way varian analysis test (ANAVA) utilizing treatment by level 2x2 design. The result study showed that: (1) the writing argumentation skill student\u27s problem based learning method is higher than that of using recitation method, (2) there is no interaction correlation between students\u27 learning methods and their critical thinking, proven by their writing argumentation skill, (3) the writing argumentation skill students with higher critical thinking using problem based learning method is higher than using recitation method, (4) the writing argumentation skill students with lower critical thinking using problem based learning is higher than using recitation method. The results of this study illustrates that using  problem based learning method by considering the their critical thinking can increase toward ability in writing argumentation.   Keyword:  Learning method, think critical, ability writes argument   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan menulis argumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sukapura 3 Cirebon pada tahun 2015 dengan 32 sampel. Pengambilan data diperoleh melalui tes analisis Varian (ANAVA) dua jalur dengan desain treatmeant by level2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil menulis argumentasi siswa yang menggunakan metode problem based learning lebih baik dari pada siswa yang menggunakan metode resitasi. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi anatara metode pembelajaran dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap kemampuan menulis argumentasi.  (3) Hasil menulis argumentasi siswa yang berpikir kritis tinggi dan belajar dengan metode problem based learning lebih baik dari pada metode resitasi, (4) Hasil menulis argumentasi siswa yang berpikir kritis rendah dan belajar dengan metode problem based learning lebih baik dari pada metode resitasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode problem based learning dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis argumentasi.  Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, berpikir kritis, kemampuan menulis argumentas

Hubungan Antara Kompetensi Profesionalisme Guru Dan Kinerja Guru Di SMA Xxx Tangerang

Setiap individu yang bekerja pada suatu organisasi diharapkan dapat mencapai hasil kerja yang terbaik. Hasil kerja yang terbaik ini dinamakan kinerja. Kinerja guru didukung oleh kompetensi profesionalisme seorang guru. Guru yang berkompeten mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang berkualitas. Akan tetapi, ada juga guru dengan tingkat kompetensi yang kurang memadai dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang berkualitas. Kemudian fakta juga menyatakan ada juga guru dengan tingkat kompetensi yang tinggi,kurang mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang berkualitas

Pengaruh Biaya Produksi terhadap Harga Jual Produk Marmer pada Politeknik Aceh Selatan

Industri UPT Batu Marmer Politeknik Aceh mengalami ketidakmampuan dalam menghitung unsur biaya produksi secara menyeluruh, hal ini dapat dilihat dalam penghitungan biaya tenaga kerja dan biaya overhead pabrik belum dilakukan secara betul. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh biaya produksi terhadap harga jual. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Produk industri kecil Batu Marmer yang ada di Kampus Politeknik Aceh Selatan, penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana, pembuktian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 11,0 for windows. Persamaan regresi sederhana dapat diketahui adanya pengaruh positif biaya produksi terhadap harga jual. Artinya setiap kenaikan biaya produksi akan diikuti pula dengan kenaikan harga jual dan penurunan biaya produksi akan diikuti pula dengan penurunan harga jual. Biaya produksi dengan harga jual terdapat pengaruh sebesar 93,8 % sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, faktor ekstern seperti elastisitas permintaan, sasaran produk dan persaingan pasar, selera konsumen, kondisi perekonomian, pengawasan pemerintahan. Saran yang dapat diberikan penulis bagi industri UPT Batu Mamer sebaiknya dalam penghitungan biaya produksi memasukkan semua unsur biaya selama proses produksi dengan terperinci dalam satu rangkaian produksi dan melakukan pembenahan administrasi atau mengadakan pembukuan dengan baik
