British Attitudes Towards Sexuality Of Men And Women With Learning Disabilities: A Comparison Between White Westerners And South Asians
This study aimed to investigate public attitudes towards the sexuality of people with learning disabilities within a UK residing sample, and compare such attitudes between people from White Western and South Asian backgrounds. A mixed-method approach using an online questionnaire was employed. Three-hundred and thirty-one UK residing adults were recruited. Participants provided demographic details, completed five attitudes towards sexuality scales, in addition to measures of recognition and prior contact of a person with a mild learning disability. One of the sexual attitudes scales measured attitudes towards sexual openness in the typically developing men or women. The other four measured attitudes towards the sexuality of men or women with learning disabilities. These included four different aspects of sexuality (sexual rights, non-reproductive sexual behaviour, parenting and self-control). Participants completed either a male or female version of these scales. One open-ended question that asked about the sexuality of either men or women with learning disabilities was also included and responses to this question were analysed via a thematic analysis. Mean scores indicated that compared to White Westerners, South Asians had significantly more negative attitudes towards the sexual openness of men and women in the developing population and also towards the sexual rights of men and women with learning disabilities. Recognition was found to be poor in both ethnic groups, although White Westerners were found to be significantly more likely to be able to recognise mild learning disabilities compared to South Asians. These findings implicate the need to develop culturally sensitive interventions in improving knowledge and awareness of learning disabilities in addition to being aware of the differences in attitudes towards the sexuality of people with learning disabilities that may exist between different ethnic groups. These implications, the limitations of the study and suggested directions for future research are discussed

Efficient resource Utilization in Cloud Computing Using Revised ROSP Algorithm (ERROSP)
Computing world these days is occupied by the Seventh Heaven. The most important question, it is necessary in this visualization is it to play an important role in the enterprise. Through this rapid development in the enterprise the most varieties of personal desire to save a lot of cash, time, hours and properties, which may increase in the area of electronic commerce. The cloud computing world is spreading rapidly on the Internet. Therefore, the basic definition of analysing cloud computing from around the world, often too, because it tells the calculation under application of services to assist the network and access to hardware and software running on the system may give the service. "A standardized IT capability (services, software or infrastructure) technology pay-per-use, self-service manner provided by the Internet." In the cloud of the most important research is Buckley RAD defines cloud computing as. The service itself has long been known as software as a service (SaaS). Data center hardware and software is what we call clouds. When the cloud is made available to the public in the way of a pay-as-you-go, which we call the public cloud; business being sold is utility computing. We use the term private cloud is an enterprise or other organization, not available to the general public within the data center. Therefore, SaaS, and cloud computing is the sum of utility computing, but not including private clouds. People can users or SaaS provider, or user or utility computing vendor. "Analysis goal of this paper is to find the user's needs, the best cloud service provider and cloud metaphysics programming algorithm is mainly based programming techniques. Actually speaking, cloud computing, programming side measure died in a cloud computing environment to take advantage of cloud computing provides a convenient broker execution management system to bring good prescription measurement programming techniques
A retrospective study of drug utilization pattern in the outpatient department of pediatrics in a tertiary care teaching hospital of Rajasthan, India
Background: Though irrational prescribing is known throughout the world, but in developing countries because of small amount of funds available in the overall health budget for drugs, it has become more meaningful to prescribe drug rationally for optimum use of the allocated funds. The objective of this study was to study drug utilization pattern in paediatric patients attending paediatrics outpatient department, J. L. N. Hospital, Ajmer, Rajasthan. Methods: Study was carried out retrospectively, for a period of one year, by analysing a total 2100 carbon copies of prescriptions of patients who had visited the O.P.D. of Pediatric of J. L. N. Hospital Ajmer. Results: Among the total of 2100 patients, 67.71% patients were in age group of 1 to 14 years. 56.76% of total prescriptions accounted for the respiratory system followed by gastrointestinal system (26.62%). The most frequent classes of drugs prescribed were: antimicrobials (77.42%) followed by analgesic-antipyretics (69.28%). Cephalosporins were the most common among the antimicrobials prescribed. Total 7531 drugs were prescribed. The average number of drugs per prescription was 3.59. Of total medicine formulations prescribed, only 13.09% were prescribed by generic names and 38.03% were matching with those listed in model list of essential medicines. 50.68% medicine formulations were in the form of fixed dose combinations (FDCs) of which 26.96% were form the essential medicine list. Conclusions: There is a lot of scope in prescribing pattern regarding poly-pharmacy, medicines prescribed by generic name and from Essential Drug List and usage of fixed dose combinations
Study of efficacy of oral ivermectin in comparison to commonly used topical antiscabetic drugs gamma benzene hexachloride and permethrin
Background: Scabies is an infectious disease, contagious in nature and caused by Sarcoptes Scabiei, is transmitted readily, often throughout an entire household, by prolonged skin-to-skin contact with an infected person. The objective was to know the efficacy of oral ivermectin in the treatment of scabies infection in comparison to commonly used topical antiscabetic drugs gamma benzene hexachloride and permethrin. Methods: Using prospective, longitudinal, comparative randomized design, study was conducted for a period of one year in 299 patients, in the age group of 5 to 60 years, belonging to both sexes, attending outpatient department of dermatology of J.L.N. Medical College and associated hospitals Ajmer (RAJ), India. Pregnant and lactating women, children below 5 years, elderly patients more than 60 year, patients not willing to come for follow-up and patients with any serious systemic illness were excluded. Data so collected, were analyzed as per the aims and objectives with the help of appropriate statistical software (primer statistical software version 6).Results: Efficacy of oral ivermectin therapy was comparable with topical permethrin therapy but more efficacious (statistically significant) than topical gama benzene hexachloride therapy. Conclusions: Ivermectin can be a very useful weapon in patients who do not show compliance with topical therapy

Non syndromic synchronous multiple odontogenic keratocysts in a western Indian population : a series of four cases
Odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) are developmental odontogenic cysts affecting the maxillofacial region and their association with a syndrome especially Naevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS) is a common occurrence in comparison to non syndromic multiple OKCs. In a first, we present a series of four non syndromic cases with multiple OKCs in western Indian population. The presence of multiple OKC in our present case series may be because of the multifocal nature of the lesion rather than its association with any syndrome. Thus, a comprehensive evaluation of any patients reporting with multiple cysts/OKCs always has to be undertaken and the dental practitioner may be the play a key role in early detection and subsequent follow-up
