    The Effect of Leader Member Exchange on Employee Performance at PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan, Penajam Paser Utara

    ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the role of the leader in improving the quality of work relationships. Leader member exchange has a role in creating a quality working relationship between leaders and employees. This study aims to determine the effect of  leader member exchange which consists of affect, loyalty, contribution, and professional respect on employee performance at PT Gawi Makmur Kalimantan. The sample technique using systematic random sampling obtained 86 samples. Partial test shows loyalty, contribution, and professional respect partially influence employee performance, while affect has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test shows affect, loyalty, contribution and professional respect have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 26.835 ≥ 2,48 with a significance of 0,000 ≤ 0,05. The dominant test results show that professional respect has a dominant effect on employee performance with the value of standardized coefficients beta of 0,350. Keywords: Affect, Loyalty, Contribution, Professional Respect, Employee Performance

    This study aims to determine the effect of price, product, location, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Borneo Coffee Shops in Samarinda City. Both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study was 96 respondents both simultaneously and partially. Sampling is carried out using a nonprobability sampling technique with the sampling technique used is snowball sampling. The results showed that partially the price has a significant affects on the purchase decision at the Borneo Coffee Shop with a significant level of 0.002. The product variable partially showed an insignificant influence on purchasing decisions at the Borneo Coffee Shop with a significant degree of 0.810. The location variable partially showed an insignificant influence on the purchasing decision of the Borneo Coffee Shop with a significant degree of 0.367. The promotion variable partially has a significant effect on the purchase decision at the Borneo Coffee Shop with a significant level of 0.000. Simultaneously the influence of price, product, location, and promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Borneo Coffee Shops. The magnitude of the influence of price, product, location, and promotion on the purchasing decision of the Borneo Coffee Shop is shown by the coefficient of determination of 0.669 or 66.9% where the ability of free variables in this study, namely price, product, location and promotion together in explaining the purchase decision of products at the Borneo Coffee Shop as a dependent variable is 0.669 or 66.9%, and the remaining 33.1% can be explained by other variables outside of regression model of this studyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo Di Kota Samarinda. baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo dengan taraf signifikan sebesar  0,002. Variabel produk secara parsial menunjukkan pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,810. Variabel lokasi secara parsial menunjukkan pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian  Pada Kedai Kopi Borneo dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,367. Variabel promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000. Secara simultan pengaruh harga, produk, lokasi, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo. Besar pengaruh harga, produk, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo ditunjukkan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,669 atau 66,9% dimana kemampuan variabel-variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu harga, produk, lokasi dan promosi secara bersama-sama dalam menjelaskan keputusan pembelian pada Kedai Kopi Borneo Samarinda sebagai variabel dependen adalah sebesar 0,669 atau 66,9%, dan sisanya 33,1% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari model regresi penelitian ini

    Cocoa farming is a business developed by the community in Batuparigi Village, Tobadak District, Central Mamuju Regency so that cocoa is one of the leading agricultural sectors there. However, there are several inhibiting factors, such as; The increasing price of cocoa seedlings has made it difficult to obtain quality seeds. In addition, the cost of fertilizers and pesticides has increased in price from year to year and has become an obstacle for cocoa farmers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in the study was 30 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables (land area, fertilizer costs, seed costs, pesticide costs, and labor) had a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable (farmer income). Partially, land area has a significant effect and is positively related, while the variable cost of fertilizer, cost of seeds, cost of pesticides, and labor has no significant effect on farmers' incom

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Gambaran gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, 2) Gambaran motivasi pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, 3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi  seluruh jumlah pegawai pada Kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 147 0rang. Penentuan jumlah sampel sebesar 25 persen dari jumlah populasi sehingga diperoleh 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis infferensial dengan uji normalitas data, analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif menggambarkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan pimpinan pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah baik, motivasi pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tergolong tinggi. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan . Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi kerj

    Perilaku konsumen wanita memiliki ragam kebutuhan dan keinginan dalam melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perilaku pembelian konsumen wanita secara impulsif yang dalam hal ini adalah produk UNIQLO, dengan mengetahui pengaruh dari Gaya Hidup Belanja dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis dengan Emosi Positif serta dampaknya terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 108 responden dari konsumen wanita produk UNIQLO. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini hanya mendukung tiga hipotesis diantara seluruh hipotesis yaitu variabel gaya hidup belanja dan motivasi belanja hedonis signifikan dalam memengaruhi emosi positif, serta pengaruh variabel emosi positif secara positif signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif menjadi tingkat hubungan tertinggi dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,559 atau 59%, sedangkan dua hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak dengan nilai original sampel hanya sebesar 0,028 atau 28% yaitu gaya hidup belanja dan motivasi belanja hedonis tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konsumen wanita di Kota Samarinda lebih mementingkan produk yang ingin dibeli sesuai dengan kebutuhan bukan dengan gaya hidup berbelanjanya dengan menghabiskan waktu dan uangnya serta tidak ada motivasi hedonis ketika berbelanja produk UNIQLO dengan pengalaman seperti berpetualang saat berbelanja

    The purpose of this study is to determine the internal conditions (Strengths, Weaknesses) and external (Opportunities, Threats) of Cahaya Modern SMEs using SWOT, so it can be identified which strategies can be used for business development. The type of research used is kualitatif. The conclusion of this research is there are strength and weakness factors that influence the internal conditions of Cahaya Modern SMEs. Those are the workers that live nearby the business location and sales promotion that are still offline. The opportunities and threat factors that influence external conditions are fostered by the government and the existence of substitute products. Based on the calculation of IE Cahaya Modern SMEs matrix lies in quadrant II which means Grow and Build. There are alternative business development strategies obtained from data processing using QSPM. First is making alternative products using additional raw materials, incorporating technological sophistication in producing products, maintaining quality and showing excellence, adjusting consumer demand, optimizing marketing, being active in government activities, and utilizing technological advancements as an act of promotion. The main priority result of the analysis is to make alternative products using additional raw materials with a TAS of 5.62

    Tahapan proses pengiriman bahan peledak PT XYZ memiliki berbagai proses yang berhubungan langsung dengan alat-alat bantu yang besar dan bergerak selain itu dalam proses kegiatan ini juga berhubungan langsung dengan bahan-bahan yang mudah terbakar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif, dengan fokus penelitian adalah: identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, strategi pengelolaan risiko dan mitigasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam kegiatan menaikan truck AN  ke LCT, tingkat risiko yang ditemukan daalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 8% Proirity 1, presentase sebesar 15% Substansial, 46% Proirity 3, dan 31% Acceptable. Strategi pengelolaan risiko yang dipilih dan dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah hyerarchy of control dan melakukan upaya mitigasi dengan 4 cara yaitu: standard Operation Procedure, Plan Task Observasi, On The Spot Monitoring, Job Safety Analysis. Saran yang diberikan adalah perusahaan melakukan identifikasi risiko dan penilaian risiko secara merata dalam masing-masing proses kegiatan, pengawasan dalam setiap titik lokasi tentang fokus karyawan dan unit kendaraan yang selalu dikontrol keadaanya, dan melakukan review secara bertahap terhadap setiap kegiatan dan pembaharuan Standard Operation Procedure jika diperlukan

    Social Capital in the Capital Region of the Archipelago (Case Study of Telemow Village, Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan)

    Most of the people of Telemow village are immigrants, but can live in harmony and peace. This study aims to determine the social capital that becomes the grip and glue of the community in Telemow village. The type of research used is qualitative research and is described descriptively. Determination of informants by means of purposive sampling and saturated sampling technique. In obtaining research data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques, namely the data is reduced, then presented, and finally concluded or verified. The researcher uses data/source triangulation in examining the data. The results of the study are: 1) Forms of social capital, namely a) Mutual cooperation. Gotong royong activities are in accordance with needs and are not scheduled and the funding comes from non-governmental organizations in the form of environmental cleaning activities, repairing small-scale village infrastructure, and helping communities affected by disasters such as illness, accidents, and so on. In addition, there is also a scheduled mutual cooperation that is carried out simultaneously in all village areas every year and the funding is sourced from the Village Fund called Bulan Bakti. b) Formal and informal forums. Formal forums include Gapoktan, Pokdakan, PKK, KB Village, and Dasawisma. Meanwhile, informal forums take the form of patrols, sports, and Gerakan Sedekah Harian. 2) Factors that influence social capital are trust, norms, and social networks. The social capital that is built in the Telemow village community becomes the glue that is able to arouse a sense of concern, tolerance, togetherness, trust, and brotherhood among the community so as to create harmony, unity, and oneness. Sosial media adalah salah satu bentuk alat digital marketing yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM dalam memperluas pangsa pasarnya ditengah pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada UMKM Kopitan yang berada di Samarinda dalam memperbaharui strategi pemasaran berbasis internet selama pandemi covid-19 berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memanfaatkan sosial media instagram. Instagram dianggap sebagai sosial media yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, dengan memanfaatkan fitur instagram ads diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak konsumen khususnya yang berada disekitar kota Samarinda untuk berkunjung ke beranda instagram Kopitan. Selain instagram, metode lain yang digunakan yaitu pemanfaatan website qrmonkey dalam pembuatan katalog menu digital dan Go-food serta Google Maps yang digunakan dalam pembaharuan konten untuk menunjang pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan kegiatan ini membuat UMKM Kopitan dapat memanfaatkan sosial media secara optimal dalam memasarkan produknya. The industrial revolution 4.0 brought a positive impact on the nation, especially for businesspeople. The utilization of information and communication technology has begun to penetrate the field of digital marketing. Social media is one of digital marketing tools that can be used by MSMEs in expanding their market during the Covid-19 pandemic. Community service activities carried out by the KKN 127 aim to aid Kopitan MSMEs in Samarinda city for updating internet-based marketing strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is social media Instagram. Instagram is considered a very influential social media in global business, by utilizing the instagram ads future expected to attract more consumers especially those around of Samarinda city to visit Kopitan’s Instagram homepage. In additions to Instagram, another method used are the qrmonkey website for making digital menu catalogs, Go-food and Google Maps which are used for updating content to support product marketing.     The Influence of Economic Conditions and Psychological Conditions of the Community on Government Readiness in the Development of the National Capital

    The determination to move the capital city to Eastern Indonesia is expected to reduce inequality and realize sustainable development in Indonesia, as well as create a new capital city that is in accordance with the nation's identity. This study aims to determine the effect of the economic condition and the psychological condition of the community on the government's readiness in the development of the National Capital City (IKN). To achieve the research objectives used associative quantitative research. The population in this research is the people on the island of Kalimantan. The selected sample is 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the economic and psychological conditions of the community had a positive and significant effect on the government's readiness to develop IKN. Meanwhile, simultaneously only economic conditions have a positive and significant impact on the government's readiness to develop IKN. This research is a new thing with a new discussion that relates the economic condition and the psychological condition of the community, especially regarding what is currently a trending topic in the community, namely the development of the nation's capital city
