    Эффективность кинезиотейпирования у пациентов с начальной стадией синдрома карпального канала

    Background. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is one of the most common tunnel neuropathies. Early symptoms are often limited by periodic and slight discomfort in the area of innervation of a median nerve on the hand, so the patients are not willing to be treated invasively. Thus, a noninvasive therapy, such as kinesiotaping, could be perspective.Objective. Assessment of the efficiency of a kinesiotaping monotheraphy of patients on initial stage of CTS.Materials and methods. We included 120 patients with the initial stage of CTS: 51 men and 69 women aged from 24 till 54 years old. The main group included 70 people, and the control group – 50 patients. The main group was treated within 2 months by kinesiotaping only, control group was observed without any therapeutic intervention.Results. 60 % of the patients from the main group reported beneficial effect of kinesiotaping on clinical symptoms of the CTS.Conclusions. Kinesiotaping monotherapy at initial stages of CTS in our cohort relieves subjective symptoms in the majority of patients. To recommend kinesiotaping as an effective and safe method on initial stages of CTS to patients unwilling to undergo standard invasive treatment methods, a larger multicenter study is needed.Введение. Синдром карпального канала (СКК) – самая распространенная туннельная нейропатия. Часто первые признаки СКК ограничиваются непостоянными неприятными ощущениями в зоне иннервации срединного нерва и пациенты отказываются от эффективных инвазивных методов общепринятой терапии. В качестве альтернативного способа лечения пациентов с начальными проявлениями СКК предложен метод кинезиотейпирования.Цель исследования. Оценка эффективности кинезиотейпирования в качестве монотерапии у пациентов с начальной стадией СКК.Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 120 человек (51 мужчина и 69 женщин) в возрасте 24–54 лет с начальными проявлениями СКК. Больным основной группы (n = 70) проведена монотерапия кинезиотейпированием в течение 2 мес. Контрольную группу составили 50 пациентов, которые находились под динамическим наблюдением без терапевтических вмешательств.Результаты. По сравнению с контрольной группой у пациентов основной группы отмечено достоверное улучшение состояния: через 2 мес после начала лечения в 60 % случаев исчезли основные симптомы СКК.Заключение. Монотерапия кинезиотейпированием на начальных стадиях СКК в нашей когорте вызвала купирование субъективных симптомов у большинства больных. Для введения метода кинезиотейпирования в рекомендации в качестве альтернативного способа лечения пациентов с СКК на статдии начальных проявлений, отказывающихся от стандартных общепринятых способов инвазивной терапии, необходимо проведение дополнительного мультицентрового исследования по унифицированному протоколу на большей когорте пациентов

    The e+eηγ7γe^+e^-\to\eta\gamma\to 7\gamma process was studied in the energy range 2E=600÷10602E=600\div 1060 MeV with an SND detector on a VEPP-2M e+ee^+e^- collider. The decay branching ratios B(ϕηγ)=(1.343±0.012±0.055)102B(\phi\to\eta\gamma)=(1.343\pm 0.012\pm 0.055)\cdot 10^{-2}, B(ωηγ)=(4.60±0.72±0.19)104B(\omega\to\eta\gamma)=(4.60\pm 0.72\pm 0.19)\cdot 10^{-4}, and B(ρηγ)=(2.69±0.32±0.16)104B(\rho\to\eta\gamma)=(2.69\pm 0.32\pm 0.16)\cdot 10^{-4} were measured.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure

    СОВРЕМЕННАЯ СТРУКТУРА И ПРЕДПОЛАГАЕМАЯ ИСТОРИЯ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ЗЕМНОЙ КОРЫ ЮГО-ВОСТОКА СЕВЕРО-АЗИАТСКОГО КРАТОНА ВДОЛЬ ОПОРНОГО ПРОФИЛЯ 3-ДВ

    The article presents results of specialized processing of the deep seismic profile along a part of Reference Profile 3-DV which crosses the Aldan-Stanovoi shield in the meridian direction and goes across its buried northern slope. The study is aimed at determining frequency-energy characteristics of the seismic wave field which are related to physical conditions of geological features of the crust. Based on analysis and interpretation of the dynamic profiles, it is possible to reveal and contour the Archean cores of consolidation of the Aldan shield and its buried continuation that is covered by sediments of the Middle Lena monocline and to input new facts in the proposed geodynamic model showing formation of the crust in the south-eastern segment of the North Asian craton.Специализированная обработка глубинного сейсмического разреза вдоль части опорного профиля 3-ДВ, пересекающей в меридиональном направлении Алдано-Становой щит и его северный погребенный склон, выполнена с целью определения частотно-энергетических характеристик сейсмического волнового поля, связанных с физическим состоянием геологических объектов земной коры. Результаты анализа и интерпретации полученных динамических разрезов позволили «увидеть» и оконтурить архейские ядра консолидации Алданского щита и его погребенного продолжения, скрытого осадками Среднеленской моноклизы, дополнить новыми фактами развиваемую геодинамическую модель формирования земной коры юго-восточной части Северо-Азиатского кратона.

    The article gives analysis of criminological measures of stock market crimes counteraction. Negative economic trends define criminal capacity development in society. This development as long as government long-term official neutral position led to wide-spread occurrence of new criminal behavior forms of economic subjects (including those on stock market). Recent changes introduced into criminal law couldn’ t effectively counteract to crimes on stock market since they were only random and not based on scientific researches in economy and law. Significant difficulties rose in law enforcement process in terms of detection and legal evaluation of these crimes. Individual crimes are detected while organized groups’ activity goes under the radar. Legal regulation and practical realization of national policy on stock market crimes and crimes against interests of investors counteraction are raised in the article. The authors reveal reasons of securities-related crimes, factors of general order and circumstances that lead to individual crimes. The article presents conditions that result in crimes against stockholder rights, securities register-related crimes and crimes related to securities transfer violations.     Analysis of the Frequency Interaction of the Turbine Block in the Stand for the Magnitude of the Error in Measuring the Turbine’s Power

    An algorithm for constructing a dynamic analysis during the formation of a wave field of stand for testing turbines and the effect of the frequency interaction of the stand’s elements on the measurement of its magnitude is described. The research algorithm involves the use of theoretical solutions of nonlinear wave processes using linear oscillations, refined by experiments. The diagnostic model can determine the technical condition of the stand’s elements and also determine the causes of the discrepancies between the calculated and measured turbine power values. To clarify the stiffness coefficients between the stand’s elements, a modal analysis was used to obtain the range of their changes depending on the external dynamic load, which made it possible to assess the impact of changes in the frequency interaction conditions on the turbine power measurement at different test modes. The conditions for amplifying the amplitude of oscillations at their eigenfrequencies are obtained, and the value of the possible deviation of the expected power value at its measurement for specific modes of the turbine is calculated. The algorithm allows to estimate the dynamic state of the stand-in different research modes of turbines and give recommendations for reducing the level of frequency interaction
