Perdagangan pasar sangat identik dengan kaum perempuan, karena memang selain aktivitas berdagang merupakan kegiatan yang (mudah dimasuki), tidak membutuhkan tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi, juga pekerjaan berdagang merupakan kegiatan yang memerlukan keuletan, kehalusan, dan ketelitian yang cocok dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan. Di Kota Pangkalan Kerinci, Kabupaten Pelalawan terdapat sebuah pasar (Pasar Baru), yang setiap hari menjadi pusat aktivitas jual beli beberapa desa di sekitarnya. Bahkan penduduk dari desa-desa kecamatan lain yang berdekatan juga melakukan mengalir deras, dengan proses jual beli yang terpecah- Melalui observasi awal yang peneliti lakukan di pasar ini, para pedagang perempuan (woman ) belum bisa dikategorikan sebagai suatu kelas pedagang karena belum terdapat perorganisasian diri secara formal

Identifikasi Kawasan Penangkapan Induk Udang Windu (Penaeus Monodon) pada Perairan Pesisir Kabupaten Aceh Jaya

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menetapkan kawasan penangkapan induk udang windu (Penaeus monodon) dan kondisi lingkungan perairannya ditinjau dari aspek fisika kimia perairan pada kawasan perairan kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey dan teknologi system informasi geografis. Kawasan penangkapan induk udang di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya pada umumnya terdapat pada titik ordinat: (1) H 950 34\u27 bujur timur dan 040 38\u27 lintang utara, (2) H 950 33\u27 bujur timur dan 040 39\u27 lintang utara, (3) H 950 34\u27 bujur timur dan 040 40\u27 lintang utara, (4) H 950 34\u27 bujur timur dan 040 33\u27 lintang utara. Parameter fisika kimia perairan yang diukur pada kawasan penangkapan induk udang menunjukkan kondisi yang sangat sesuai bagi sistem kehidupan udang.The aims of this study was to establish the broodstock catchment areas of tiger prawn (Penaeus monodon) and the condition of the waters which was surrounding their habitat in terms of environmental aspects of physical chemical water parameter in the coastal waters of Aceh Jaya region. This study used survey approach and geographic information system technology as methodelogy. The catching areas of broodstock in Aceh Jaya region commonly found on the ordinate point: (1) H 950 34\u27 east longitude and 040 38\u27 north, (2) H 950 33\u27 east and 040 39\u27 north, (3) H 950 34\u27 east and 040 40\u27 north, (4) H 950 34\u27 east and 040 33\u27 north. Determinasi KPR Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum (Studi Empiris pada Bank Umum di Indonesia Tahun 2013 – 2016)

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect Return On Assets (ROA) with mortgages as a variable mediation at commercial banks in Indonesia year 2013-2016. Independent variables used in research are Third Party Fund (DPK), mortgage interest rate, Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Cash Adequecy Ratio (CAR). The population used in this study are all conventional commercial banks registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2013-2016 with a total sample of 53 banks. The method used in this research is purposive sampling. SPSS Statistic 21 software is an analytical tool used in this study. The data test used in this study includes the classical assumption test, path analysis which is the development of multiple linear regression analysis and using the test of sobel to analyze the mediation effect of the independent variable to the dependent variable. Based on the results of this study showed that the TPF, Interest Rate KPR and CAR have a positive significant relationship to mortgages, NPLs have no significant relationship to mortgages. CAR and TPF have a significant positive relationship to ROA. Mortgage and mortgage rates have a significant negative relationship to ROA. And TPF have no significant relationship to ROA. vii The Sobel test shows that mortgages can not mediate the effects of TPF and CAR on ROA

Pengaruh Variasi Panjang Serat Serat Kayu Gelam (Melaleuce Leucandendra) Terhadap Kekuatan Tarik Komposit Bermatrik Polyester

Komposit merupakan bahan rekayasa yang dibuat dari dua atau lebih material pembentuknya yang menyatu menjadi satu bahan. Variasi volume serat dan perlakuan NaOH dilakukukan untuk mendapatkan sifat mekanis komposit berpenguat serat kulit kayu gelam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi fraksi volume serat kulit kayu gelam terhadap kekuatan tarik komposit polyester. Material yang digunakan sebagai filer adalah kulit kayu gelam dengan perbandingan variasi volumenya yaitu 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, alkalisasi menggunakan NaOH 5% dan lama perendaman 2 jam. Pengujian mekanik yang dilakukan adalah pengujian Tarik.Metode yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan alkalisasi serat kulit kayu gelam dngan larutan NaOH 5% selama 2 jam, Matrik yang digunakan untuk mengikat serat kulit kayu gelam menggunakan resin polyester type 157 BTQN dan katalis MEKPO dengan konsentrasi 1% sifat mekanis yang didapatkan adalah dari pengujian tarik.Perlakuan alkalisasi serat menggunakan NaOH 5% selama 2 jam dan variasi volume 10% , 30%, 50%, 70%. Hasil pengujian tarik didapatkan nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi ada pada serat yang persentasenya 70% sebesar 11.970 MPa. Pada persentase serat 10% sebesar 4.413 MPa, pada persentase serat 30% sebesar 5.155 MPa, pada persentase serat 50% sebesar 9.926 MPa, pada persentase serat 70% sebesar 11.970 MPa.Kata Kunci : Kooperatif OFDM, WARP, Decode and Forwar

Utilization of technology in education is very important, especially at the University of Technology in Yogyakarta, which is one of the private universities in Yogyakarta with several objectives, one which is utilizing the maximum potential of technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning and dissemination of science and technology. One factor that can improve academic services are scheduling a lecture. Making a schedule of lectures is not an activity that is easy to do, because in doing scheduling not only arrange the schedule between subjects, time, lecturers and rooms. College scheduling systems currently running is less effective, because it requires a long time, and often clashes at student schedules. In this research, system development, scheduling lectures at the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta, where the scheduling system, click and drag more easily and to minimize clashes class schedules
