    Unrestricted Charging Controllar Design Magnitude

This paper presents to be routine in DC/DC phase of Bi-directional battery charger. The neutral is to analyst the filter latitude that will additional shrink the system cost and capacity. Key area is to moderate current ripple of the charging current which produce will approximately ripple unrestricted charging for batteries. Ripple unrestricted charging will shrink the further warmth triggered by the current ripple and surge the battery life. The filter-centered controller is project to transaction with the latent variability problem carried by a high order filter. The filter-centered technique has the compensations of effortlessly operation and no essential of additional current or voltage sensors. This dc/dc phase communicate converter to ease the charging purpose. Together low pass filter centered controller and nick filter based controller are evaluated and nick filter based controller has improved routine

Background:Studies on fatal firearm injuries have been published in various countries. However, their pattern and incidence in various regions of India has largely gone unreported. Methods: Present study was conducted to evaluate fatal firearm injuries, their pattern, associated factors, cause of deathand postmortem findings among their victims referred to the mortuary of Kanpur medical college and comparing it with the pattern seen in other countries. Results:Sixty six firearm fatalities autopsied during the August 2008 to July 2010 were studied. 92% were victims of homicidal attacks, 2% suicidal and 2% accidental. In 4% deaths motive could not be ascertained. Conclusion:This is in sharp contrast to the pattern seen in other countries where suicides were the predominant group. In maximum cases, illegal country made firearms was involved with the norm of single firing. Abdomen (39%) and head (30.30%) were the two most common entry sites for the bullets, a pattern somewhat similar to that of other countries. Survival time, cause of death and motives of incidence were also studied.

Formulation and Evaluation of Polyherbal Anthelmintic Preparation

The present study was done with the aim to formulate an anthelmintic preparation and to evaluate anthelmintic activity of formulation containing traditionally user herbs viz., Plumbago zeylanica (leaves), Hyoscyamus niger (roots) and Abultion indicum (leaves) using adult earthworm Pheritima posthuma. The aqueous and ethanolic extract of the crude drug of different concentration were tested which involve determination of paralysis time and time to kill the worms. Piperazine citrate was used as standard and it was found that the PHFEE activity is higher than PHFAE

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) poses risk for severe manifestation of TB. These may be in the form of pulmonary or extra pulmonary. According to the level of immunosupression there is risk of developing tuberculous meningitis (TBM). HIV alters pathogenesis, clinical features and prognosis throwing diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.

The work investigated the design and evaluation of microspheres of Nitazoxanide by Ionotropic gelation technique met. 32 Factorial designs were used and concentration of polymer carbopol-934 (X1) and Ethyl cellulose (X2) were selected as the independent variables. The surface morphology study by SEM indicated that microspheres were spherical with smooth surface. There was no interaction between the drug and polymers, as studied by FTIR study. The prepared microspheres were characterized by entrapment efficiency, particle size micromeritic properties. It was observed that on increasing polymer concentration of formulations, % yield, the entrapment efficiency and particle size were increased whereas % drug release decreased. The In Vitro release study was done using U.S.P. dissolution rate basket type apparatus in phosphate buffer pH 7.4 for 10 hr. It shows that on increasing polymer concentration the drug release of all formulations was gradually decreased. In Vitro mucoadhesion study depicts that as the polymer concentration increased, mucoadhesive nature of the formulation was also increased. The microspheres of NTZ (formulation F9) showed best results due to highest drug entrapment efficiency (85.50%), and percentage drug release after 10.0 hr. was 50.25%. The rate of release followed First order kinetics. The microspheres exhibits good mucoadhesive properties in  in- vitro wash-off test at pH 7.4 (Intestinal pH) than pH 1.2 (gastric pH),because the drug was completely absorbed in Gastrointestinal tract, Therefore, it can be concluded that Nitazoxanide Loaded algino-carbopol-934 microspheres can be formulated for sustained drug delivery of Nitazoxanide used in Chronic Hipatitis-C. Keywords: Mucoadhesive microspheres, Nitazoxanide, Carbopol-934, Ethyl cellulose, Sodium Alginate, Factorial design

Essential organizational variables for the Implementation of Quality 4.0: Empirical evidence from the Indian furniture industry

    Get PDF
Purpose-Quality 4.0 represents the integration of quality management principles with digital technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in organizations. The purpose of this paper is to explore the essential Organizational Variables (OVs) for the successful implementation of Quality 4.0 in the Indian furniture industry. Design/methodology/approach-Through a broad literature review, data from the Indian furniture industry, and experts’ judgments a list of nineteen OVs have been recognized and classified into four major categories of Digitalization, Design, Continuous Improvement, and Employee training and up-skilling. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used to give comparative importance and prioritize the identified nineteen OVs of Quality 4.0 in the context of the Indian furniture industry. Findings-The results of this study reveal that the identified variables are very important for successful Quality 4.0 implementation and have been supported by empirical evidence from the Indian furniture industry. The variable ‘Automation’ under the digitalization-related category is a significant variable having a maximum weightage of 26.8% followed by Cloud computing (DI4) having a global weight of 12.8%. Research limitations/implications-In addition to offering valuable insights and practical recommendations, the study recognizes a few limitations, such as industry-specific, and the limited sample size. To diminish these limitations, future research should believe in conducting similar studies in different industries and extend the scope of the study. Originality/value-Quality 4.0 is a term that refers to the integration of advanced digital technologies and smart data analytics into quality management systems to implement it considering organizational variables
