Vegetasi Dan Keadaan Tanah Hutan Lelofui Gunung Mutis, Soe-NTT
H. SIMBOLON & SUKENDAR. 1987. Vegetation and soil conditions of forest in Lelofui, Mount Mutis, Soe, East Nusa Tenggara. Suppl. Berita Biologi 3 : 6 - 10.Research on vegetation and soil conditions of forest in Lelofui, Mount Mutis, Soe East Nusa Tenggara has been done. The density of trees were 358 per nectar; height of canopies ranged between 25 m and 35 m with Eucalyptus urophylla as a dominance species. The relative basal area of E. urophylla was 72,82% which was greater than total basal area of remaining species. The others important species were Podocarpus imbricates, Ilex odorata and Acer niveum. The density of saplings were 708 per hectar. The dominant species of this sapling was Daphniphyllum laurinum with the relative basal area of 69,93% The height of sapling species were less then 10 m. The other important species of saplings were Scutellaria discolor and Acer niveum. The plot consisted of 17 species of trees and 9 species of saplings. This species composition was very small comparing to other tropical rain forests elsewhere. This small number of species composition is suggested not directly correlated with a soil fertility.Soil analisis form the plot showed that its properties was not so distinct from other tropical rain forest soil conditions

Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance: Study in Food Manufacturing Companies
This study builds an integrative equation model intended to provide an overall meaning about the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction and its implications for employees, and how the relationship between each variable is interrelated. This research was conducted at PT. Neo Pangan Harmony by using primary and secondary data. This study took a sample of 250 people from a population of 675 people, the results of this study showed a significant relationship between each variable on employee performance
Integer Programming for Scheduling Computation Alternative Machines Parallel Multi Operations
This paper deals with integer programming for computing alternative scheduling problems of multi-parallel machine operation. The purpose function used is weighted total tardiness. The model formulation comprises the formulation of the objective function and the formulation of the 16 limiting functions. The model was tested using a numerical example consisting of four multi-operation jobs and several machine alternatives in mathematical software Lingo 9. The programming results show that a feasible solution with a weighted total tardiness measure size of eight
International Journal of Information Technology and Business Management THE CONVERGENCY OF IFRS IN INDONESIA ACCOUNTING STANDARD: DO VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS NEED TO CHANGE THEIR CURRICULUM?
Abstract: Convergence of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to local Financial Accounting Standards is the headlines for each accounting. Vocational School (SMK) has a curriculum based on the Basic Competence that has been set by the Directorate of Vocational High School. However, the Competency Standards drawn protests from teachers through various statements because it has not been updated with current needs. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the needs of accounting curriculum changes in response to IFRS Convergence. The method being used in this research is descriptive qualitative. We conclude that the current accounting curriculum and books used in vocational schools is still not aligned with the changing on financial standards in Indonesia which is now mainly based on IFRS and SAK ETAP. Knowledge of vocational accounting teachers of the new standards is still not sufficient. Hence, training and tectbook improvementare necessaryfor teachers. We recommend providing training and socialization of new standard for teachers, especially accounting teachers in vocational schools
