Do kategorie VLP patří mimo jiné léčivé přípravky obsahující paracetamol a ibuprofen. V roce 2017 se v České republice prodejem VLP zabývalo 2368 prodejců VLP. Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je analýza časové, místní a finanční dostupnosti VLP a analýza bezpečnosti prodeje VLP mimo lékárny. Metodika: Výzkum probíhal v období 12.-16. března 2018 v regionech Hradec Králové, Chrudim, Pardubice a Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Na základě proporčního rozdělení trhu v České republice bylo vybráno 50 prodejců VLP z databáze lékáren Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv. Subjektem výzkumu byl 24letý muž požadující VLP na akutní bolest zubů. Získané údaje byly zaneseny do připraveného formuláře. Výsledky byly zpracovány pomocí deskriptivní statistiky. Výsledky: Časová dostupnost VLP je zvýšena, především na čerpacích stanicích. Rozšířenou otevírací dobu o víkendu mělo 97,6 % prodejců. Medicinal products containing paracetamol and ibuprofen belong to this category among others. There were 2368 vendors of SMP in 2017 in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis was to analyse time and local availability, financial affordability of SMP and to analyse safety of selling SMP outside pharmacies. Methods: The research was performed between 12th March 2018 and 16th March 2018 in regions: Chrudim, Hradec Kralove, Pardubice and Rychnov nad Kneznou. 50 vendors of SMP were selected from the database of State Institute for Drug Control regarding proportional representation on the market in the Czech Republic. Subject of research was a 24-year-old male demanding SMP to treat acute toothache. Obtained data were filled in a prepared form. Results were processed by means of descriptive statistics. Human T-follicular helper and T-follicular regulatory cell maintenance is independent of germinal centers.

The monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody rituximab (RTX) depletes B cells in the treatment of lymphoma and autoimmune disease, and contributes to alloantibody reduction in transplantation across immunologic barriers. The effects of RTX on T cells are less well described. T-follicular helper (Tfh) cells provide growth and differentiation signals to germinal center (GC) B cells to support antibody production, and suppressive T-follicular regulatory (Tfr) cells regulate this response. In mice, both Tfh and Tfr are absolutely dependent on B cells for their formation and on the GC for their maintenance. In this study, we demonstrate that RTX treatment results in a lack of GC B cells in human lymph nodes without affecting the Tfh or Tfr cell populations. These data demonstrate that human Tfh and Tfr do not require an ongoing GC response for their maintenance. The persistence of Tfh and Tfr following RTX treatment may permit rapid reconstitution of the pathological GC response once the B-cell pool begins to recover. Práce zkoumá vliv řezných podmínek na opotřebení frézovacího nástroje.Zabívá se snižováním nákladů na frézování dílce výhybky na CNC obráběcím centru a uplatnění této metodiky optimalizace pro podobné obrobky

Possibilities affection the texture of meat common carp (Cyprinus carpio)

Texture was measured on texture analyzer TA.XT plus the manufacturer's Stable Micro System, using the methods of texture profile analysis (TPA) in the general carp fillets (Cyprinus carpio). Were measured basic textural properties such as hardness, chewiness, springiness and cohesiveness. Injection System with Pressure Accumulator for Commercial Powertrain Units

The present work deals with a common-rail fuel injection system for powertrain applications. As part of the solution of the thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the injection system has been carried out with an indication of the principle and function of the necessary components, including demonstrations on specific vehicles and an outline of future developments. The injection system can be divided into 3 parts: low pressure, high pressure and control. The low-pressure section describes the fuel filter and feed pump. Within the high-pressure part, the components which are the injector, the high-pressure pump and the fuel rail are given in context. The control section then presents the control unit, sensors and actuators necessary to control the pressure and quantity of fuel. In order to give a comprehensive overview of the common-rail fuel injection system, the common-rail system parameters were measured and evaluated on a specific power unit using diagnostic equipment. The measurements verified the maximum pressure declared by the vehicle manufacturer, while showing the fuel pressure waveform in the fuel rail in different engine operating modes. style
