Pemanfaatan Bekatul Padi, Bekatul Jagung, dan Kulit Ari Biji Kedelai sebagai Media Pertumbuhan Miselium Cendawan Metarhizium anisopliae

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis media (bekatul padi, bekatul jagung ataukah kulit ari biji kedelai) yang paling efektif untuk pertumbuhan miselium cendawan M. anisopliae berdasarkan diameter permukaan media yang tertutupi miselium terbesar. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan satu faktor perlakuan yaitu berbagai macam media yang digunakan antara lain media PDA, bekatul padi, bekatul jagung dan kulit ari biji kedelai. Perlakuan diulang 6 kali sehingga diperoleh 24 unit eksperimen dan penempatannya dilakukan secara acak. Data berupa diameter miselium diuji secara statistik dengan uji anava satu arah, hasilnya signifikan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berbagai media memberikan perbedaan pertumbuhan diameter miselium cendawan M. anisopliae. Media perlakuan yang paling baik dalam menumbuhkan miselium cendawan M. anisopliae  yaitu pada media bekatul padi dengan rerata diameter permukaan media yang tertutupi miselium 6,8 cm.   Kata kunci: Metarhizium anisopliae; bekatul jagung; bekatul padi; kulit ari biji kedelai; diameter miseliu

Implementasi Mikrokontroler Sebagai Pengendali Lift Empat Lantai

In large multi-story buildings stairs to connect one floor with another floor. Itulization of stairs may not be efficient, as many technological advancement created lift for high rise buildings. An elevator being electronically controlled may be used to connects all floors within the building. in roder to be able to function as intended. The elevator control system prototype being produced uses a microcontroller as a controller. The microcontroller being used is the ATmega16 type. Actuator is used as a DC motor drive rotating at 300 rpm to produce a stable rotation and meet the quite large torque. This system uses a queue keystrokes. The system has functioned well and can work as expected. Lift can work in accordance with keystrokes outside and inside the elevator

Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Transaksi E Commerce Lovebird Berdasarkan Undang Undang No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk menganalisa perlindungan hukum transaksi E CommerceLovebird. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana  Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Transaksi E CommerceLovebird Berdasarkan Undang Undang No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Problematika Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Transaksi E CommerceLovebird Berdasarkan Undang Undang No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, perlindungan hukum sangatlah dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan wirausahawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Transaksi E CommerceLovebird mendapatkan perlindungan hukum berdasarkan pertama pasal 1243 KUH Perdata jika penjual melakukan  wanprestasi maka konsumen dapat melakukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri Kedua Undang Undang No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen yakni berdasarkan pasal 62 Undang –undang Perlindungan Konsumen yang memberikan ancaman pidana terhadap pelaku usaha yang beriktikad tidak baik. This research purpose to obtain empirical evidence about the understanding of the small and medium businesses to the accounting standards of financial accounting by entities without publik accountability. Types and sources of data used in this study is qualitative data. The data collection technique is direct interviews with participants, observation and documentation. The population in this study was small and the best medium duty commercial and industrial auxiliaries Surabaya in Surabaya area. Participants in this fieldwork six people. Based on the analysis of data, it can be concluded that in general that some of the owners or managers of SMEs assisted the Department of Trade and Industry Surabaya has a different level of understanding of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Some of the owners or managers of SMEs assisted the Department of Trade and Industry Surabaya able to understand the accounting for recognition and measurement of some name-account presented in the financial statements based on accounting standards appropriate entities without publik accountability is well. APLIKASI KURIKULUM TINGKAT SATUAN PENDIDIKAN (KTSP) DI MADRASAH ALIYAH KECAMATAN MEDAN SUNGGAL

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the knowledge and understanding of teachers on the CurriculumLevel of Education Unit, the implementation of Education Unit Level Curriculum in the learningprogram, the implementation of the learning evaluation of Education Unit Level Curriculum, the constraintsfaced by teachers in the implementation of Education Unit Level Curriculum, and efforts toovercome the obstacles of curriculum implementation Level of Education Unit on learning in MadrasahAliyah Medan Sunggal District.This research uses qualitative research methods in order to reveal indepth data and facts about the application. Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) in MadrasahAliyah Medan Sunggal District. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, documentationstudy. Data analysis technique used is to process and analyze research data using qualitative researchprocedure, that is by explaining or explaining result of this research as it is and draw conclusion byusing deductive method.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang KurikulumTingkat Satuan Pendidikan, pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan dalam program pembelajaran,pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, kendala yang dihadapioleh guru dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, dan upaya mengatasi kendalapelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan pada pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah KecamatanMedan Sunggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam rangka mengungkapkansecara mendalam data dan fakta tentang aplikasi.Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) diMadrasah Aliyah Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara,studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah mengolah dan menganalisa datapenelitian menggunakan prosedur penelitian kualitatif, yakni dengan menjelaskan atau memaparkanhasil penelitian ini apa adanya serta menarik kesimpulan dengan menggunakan metode deduktif.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidika

PENGELOLAAN DAN KEBIJAKAN PELESTARIAN KAWASAN HUTAN LINDUNG JOMPI DI KABUPATEN MUNA

This research aims to determine the realization of management and policies carried out in preserving the Jompi Protected Forest Area, Muna Regency. The research was carried out in June - July 2021, where the basic method of this research was descriptive analytical qualitative. Data was collected using observation and interview methods. The research results show that: (1) The realization of management of the Jompi Protected Forest Area by the Muna Regency Forestry Service does not comply with applicable regulations and legislation, including: Law No. 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, PP No. 44 of 2004 concerning Forestry Planning and Presidential Decree no. 32 of 1990 concerning Management of Protected Forest Areas, so it does not guarantee the implementation of sustainable management of the Jompi Protected Forest Area. Apart from that, there are still many violations committed by the community which further increase the escalation of forest destruction. (2) the policies that need to be implemented in the Jompi Protected Forest Area, Muna Regency are a) a more comprehensive planning and structuring design of the Forest Area involving various elements, including central, regional government, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the community, b) organizational structure good forest management unity supported by professional and adequate human resources, c) implementation of forest conservation, empowerment of communities around forest areas, so that they do not depend on protected forests for their livelihoods, d) intensive socialization of conservation of Jompi protected forest areas both through print and online media , as well as through study and discussion forums
