The article describes the methodological provisions for trading enterprise competitiveness estimation by key success factor determination, namely, they proposed the methodical approach for trading enterprise competitiveness estimation, based on the systematic approach to competitiveness evaluation, determination and evaluation of key success factors for trading enterprises. The feature of this approach is that the systematic approach includes the evaluation of product and commercial enterprise competitiveness. This approach allows us to give an objective and comprehensive assessment of trade enterprise competitiveness. The article also presents a comprehensive methodology for trading enterprise competitiveness evaluation, which makes it possible to quantify the competitiveness of trading enterprises. The evaluation of trading enterprise competitiveness is determined using the integral indicator of trading enterprise competitiveness, consisting of two parts: product competitiveness and trading enterprise competitiveness, which, in turn, include the key success factors that shape the competitiveness of trading enterprises. The developed model for trading enterprise competitiveness evaluation by key success factor determination, based on the use of qualitative and quantitative methods for enterprise competitiveness evaluation, allows a detailed assessment of the factors affecting the level of trading enterprise competitiveness.El artículo describe las disposiciones metodológicas para la estimación de la competitividad de la empresa comercial mediante la determinación del factor clave de éxito, es decir, propusieron el enfoque metódico para la estimación de la competitividad de la empresa comercial, basado en el enfoque sistemático de la evaluación de la competitividad, la determinación y la evaluación de los factores clave de éxito para las empresas comerciales. La característica de este enfoque es que el enfoque sistemático incluye la evaluación de la competitividad de los productos y las empresas comerciales. Este enfoque nos permite realizar una evaluación objetiva y completa de la competitividad de la empresa comercial. El artículo también presenta una metodología integral para la evaluación de la competitividad de las empresas comerciales, que permite cuantificar la competitividad de las empresas comerciales. El modelo desarrollado para la evaluación de la competitividad de la empresa comercial mediante la determinación del factor clave de éxito, basado en el uso de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos para la evaluación de la competitividad empresarial, permite una evaluación detallada de los factores que afectan el nivel de competitividad de la empresa comercial.В статье описаны методические положения оценки конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия по определению ключевых факторов успеха, а именно предложен методический подход к оценке конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия, основанный на системном подходе к оценке конкурентоспособности, определению и оценке ключевых факторов успеха для торговых предприятий. Особенностью этого подхода является то, что системный подход включает оценку конкурентоспособности продукта и коммерческого предприятия. Такой подход позволяет нам дать объективную и всестороннюю оценку конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия. В статье также представлена комплексная методология оценки конкурентоспособности торговых предприятий, которая позволяет количественно оценить конкурентоспособность торговых предприятий. Оценка конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия определяется с использованием интегрального показателя конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия, состоящего из двух частей: конкурентоспособности продукции и конкурентоспособности торгового предприятия, которые, в свою очередь, включают в себя ключевые факторы успеха, формирующие конкурентоспособность торговых предприятий. Situación moderna de pequeñas promociones e problemas del desarrollo empresarial en Rusia

The article describes the current state of small business development prospects and problems in Russia and, in particular, some aspects of small business development in Primorsky Krai and the city of Vladivostok. The article analyzes the main economic indicators of small enterprise activity in Russia. The analysis of small enterprise state allows us to conclude that, small businesses have incentives for their development despite significant changes in the external environment, which make an ambiguous impact on the activities of small businesses, and an unstable economic situation in the country. Despite the general reduction of small enterprise number in Russian Federation, the number of employees, the level of wages has increased insignificantly among the workers of small enterprises, and the turnover of small enterprises has also increased both in Russia as a whole and in small enterprises of Primorsky Krai. However, some of the problems that prevent the full-fledged development of small business continue to be unresolved. Understanding the prospects and the trends of small business development, as well as the solution of the problems limiting its development, is of great importance for the development of Russia and in particular for the development of the region strategic potential.El artículo describe el estado actual de las perspectivas y problemas de desarrollo de pequeñas empresas en Rusia y, en particular, algunos aspectos del desarrollo de pequeñas empresas en Primorsky Krai y la ciudad de Vladivostok. El artículo analiza los principales indicadores económicos de la actividad de la pequeña empresa en Rusia. El análisis del estado de la pequeña empresa nos permite concluir que las pequeñas empresas tienen incentivos para su desarrollo a pesar de los cambios significativos en el entorno externo, que tienen un impacto ambiguo en las actividades de las pequeñas empresas y una situación económica inestable en el país. A pesar de la reducción general del número de pequeñas empresas en la Federación de Rusia, el número de empleados, el nivel de los salarios ha aumentado insignificativamente entre los trabajadores de las pequeñas empresas, y el volumen de negocios de las pequeñas empresas también ha aumentado tanto en Rusia como en las pequeñas empresas de Primorsky Krai. Methodical Approach to the Supply Chain Strategy Development for Large Enterprises Based on a Balanced Indicator System

The article describes a methodological approach to the supply chain strategy development, consisting of seven stages and allowing taking into account the specific nature of the activities of large enterprises. This approach includes one of the most important stages in the supply chain strategy development, that is, its evaluation. Many authors exclude this stage during consideration. The use of a balanced indicator system (hereinafter - the BIS) in the supply chain strategy development for the enterprise allows taking into account a greater number of performance indicators for a detailed analysis of a large enterprise, which helps to identify problem areas in their activities in exchange. The article presents the developed methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the supply chain strategy for large enterprises based on the BIS: we improved the traditional performance indicators and developed additional indicators within each prospect of the modified BIS. The author’s methodology includes the development of integrated indicators of the effectiveness of the supply chain strategy based on expert assessment, with the help of which the supply chain strategy is evaluated from the perspective of all the prospects considered within the framework of the modified BIS

Temperature and Field Dependence of the Mobility in Liquid-Crystalline Conjugated Polymer Films

The transport properties of organic light-emitting diodes in which the emissive layer is composed of conjugated polymers in the liquid-crystalline phase have been investigated. We have performed simulations of the current transient response to an illumination pulse via the Monte Carlo approach, and from the transit times we have extracted the mobility of the charge carriers as a function of both the electric field and the temperature. The transport properties of such films are different from their disordered counterparts, with charge carrier mobilities exhibiting only a weak dependence on both the electric field and temperature. We show that for spatially ordered polymer films, this weak dependence arises for thermal energy being comparable to the energetic disorder, due to the combined effect of the electrostatic and thermal energies. The inclusion of spatial disorder, on the other hand, does not alter the qualitative behaviour of the mobility, but results in decreasing its absolute value.Comment: 9 pages, 8 figures, submitted to Phys. Discommensurational and Inhomogeneous States Induced by a Strong Magnetic Field in Low-Dimensional Antiferromagnets

Anisotropic antiferromagnetic systems of dimensionality greater than one in an external field are shown to exhibit a complicated array of ground states depending on the spin structure of the surface. The simplest structure that exhibits these effects is the spin ladder with the surface being the ladder end, which can be either compensated or non-compensated spins. The structure with the compensated end has a surface spin flop phase, the non-compensated end has a discommensurational phase, and the transition to these phases can be either first or second order with a tricritical point.Comment: 10 page

Nonlinearity and disorder: Classification and stability of nonlinear impurity modes

We study the effects produced by competition of two physical mechanisms of energy localization in inhomogeneous nonlinear systems. As an example, we analyze spatially localized modes supported by a nonlinear impurity in the generalized nonlinear Schr\"odinger equation and describe three types of nonlinear impurity modes --- one- and two-hump symmetric localized modes and asymmetric localized modes --- for both focusing and defocusing nonlinearity and two different (attractive or repulsive) types of impurity. We obtain an analytical stability criterion for the nonlinear localized modes and consider the case of a power-law nonlinearity in detail. We discuss several scenarios of the instability-induced dynamics of the nonlinear impurity modes, including the mode decay or switching to a new stable state, and collapse at the impurity site.Comment: 18 pages, 22 figure

Rate-equation calculations of the current flow through two-site molecular device and DNA-based junction

Here we present the calculations of incoherent current flowing through the two-site molecular device as well as the DNA-based junction within the rate-equation approach. Few interesting phenomena are discussed in detail. Structural asymmetry of two-site molecule results in rectification effect, which can be neutralized by asymmetric voltage drop at the molecule-metal contacts due to coupling asymmetry. The results received for poly(dG)-poly(dC) DNA molecule reveal the coupling- and temperature-independent saturation effect of the current at high voltages, where for short chains we establish the inverse square distance dependence. Besides, we document the shift of the conductance peak in the direction to higher voltages due to the temperature decrease.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figure

Dynamical simulations of polaron transport in conjugated polymers with the inclusion of electron-electron interactions

Dynamical simulations of polaron transport in conjugated polymers in the presence of an external time-dependent electric field have been performed within a combined extended Hubbard model (EHM) and Su-Schrieffer-Heeger (SSH) model. Nearly all relevant electron-phonon and electron-electron interactions are fully taken into account by solving the time-dependent Schr\"{o}dinger equation for the $\pi$-electrons and the Newton's equation of motion for the backbone monomer displacements by virtue of the combination of the adaptive time-dependent density matrix renormalization group (TDDMRG) and classical molecular dynamics (MD). We find that after a smooth turn-on of the external electric field the polaron is accelerated at first and then moves with a nearly constant velocity as one entity consisting of both the charge and the lattice deformation. An ohmic region (3 mV/$\text{\AA}$ $\leq E_0\leq$ 9 mV/$\text{\AA}$) where the stationary velocity increases linearly with the electric field strength is observed for the case of $U$=2.0 eV and $V$=1.0 eV. The maximal velocity is well above the speed of sound. Below 3 mV/$\text{\AA}$ the polaron velocity increases nonlinearly and in high electric fields with strength $E_0\geq$ 10.0 mV/$\text{\AA}$ the polaron will become unstable and dissociate. The relationship between electron-electron interaction strengths and polaron transport is also studied in detail. We find that the the on-site Coulomb interactions $U$ will suppress the polaron transport and small nearest-neighbor interactions $V$ values are also not beneficial to the polaronic motion while large $V$ values favor the polaron transport

Pavlov St. Petersburg State Medical University announced organization of a new department - of socially-important infections - such as Viral Human Infections, chronic viral hepatitis, infections transmitted by sexual contacts and tuberculosis. The new department has adopted the long-term traditions of the infection service and is oriented on complex training of the medical personal. The interdisciplinary approach to training of specialists in the sphere of socially important infections garantees the expediency of realization of all forms of training.Последние десятилетия характеризуются появлением новых вирусных эпидемий и изменением распространения ранее обнаруженных вирусных заболеваний, что послужило причиной расширения и интенсивного развития ВИЧ-медицины как отдельного направления, а также создания учебных программ в системе высшего и дополнительного медицинского образования. В августе 2013 г. Ученым Советом Первого Санкт-Петербургского государственного медицинского университета им. акад. И.П. Павлова принято решение об открытии кафедры социально-значимых инфекций, в число которых входят ВИЧ-инфекция, хронические вирусные гепатиты, инфекции, передаваемые половым путем, и туберкулез.
