Weak localization in ferromagnetic (Ga,Mn)As nanostructures
We report on the observation of weak localization in arrays of (Ga,Mn)As
nanowires at millikelvin temperatures. The corresponding phase coherence length
is typically between 100 nm and 200 nm at 20 mK. Strong spin-orbit interaction
in the material is manifested by a weak anti-localization correction around
zero magnetic field.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figure
Observation of the spin-orbit gap in bilayer graphene by one-dimensional ballistic transport
We report on measurements of quantized conductance in gate-defined quantum
point contacts in bilayer graphene that allow the observation of subband
splittings due to spin-orbit coupling. The size of this splitting can be tuned
from 40 to 80 eV by the displacement field. We assign this gate-tunable
subband-splitting to a gap induced by spin-orbit coupling of Kane-Mele type,
enhanced by proximity effects due to the substrate. We show that this
spin-orbit coupling gives rise to a complex pattern in low perpendicular
magnetic fields, increasing the Zeeman splitting in one valley and suppressing
it in the other one. In addition, we observe the existence of a spin-polarized
channel of 6 e/h at high in-plane magnetic field and of signatures of
interaction effects at the crossings of spin-split subbands of opposite spins

The Weyl bundle as a differentiable manifold
Construction of an infinite dimensional differentiable manifold not modelled on any Banach space is proposed. Definition, metric
and differential structures of a Weyl algebra and a Weyl algebra bundle are
presented. Continuity of the -product in the Tichonov topology is
proved. Construction of the -product of the Fedosov type in terms of theory

Phase coherent transport in (Ga,Mn)As
Quantum interference effects and resulting quantum corrections of the
conductivity have been intensively studied in disordered conductors over the
last decades. The knowledge of phase coherence lengths and underlying dephasing
mechanisms are crucial to understand quantum corrections to the resistivity in
the different material systems. Due to the internal magnetic field and the
associated breaking of time-reversal symmetry quantum interference effects in
ferromagnetic materials have been scarcely explored. Below we describe the
investigation of phase coherent transport phenomena in the newly discovered
ferromagnetic semiconductor (Ga,Mn)As. We explore universal conductance
fluctuations in mesoscopic (Ga,Mn)As wires and rings, the Aharonov-Bohm effect
in nanoscale rings and weak localization in arrays of wires, made of the
ferromagnetic semiconductor material. The experiments allow to probe the phase
coherence length L_phi and the spin flip length L_SO as well as the temperature

A C*-Algebraic Model for Locally Noncommutative Spacetimes
Locally noncommutative spacetimes provide a refined notion of noncommutative
spacetimes where the noncommutativity is present only for small distances. Here
we discuss a non-perturbative approach based on Rieffel's strict deformation
quantization. To this end, we extend the usual C*-algebraic results to a

Classification of Invariant Star Products up to Equivariant Morita Equivalence on Symplectic Manifolds
In this paper we investigate equivariant Morita theory for algebras with
momentum maps and compute the equivariant Picard groupoid in terms of the
Picard groupoid explicitly. We consider three types of Morita theory:
ring-theoretic equivalence, *-equivalence and strong equivalence. Then we apply
these general considerations to star product algebras over symplectic manifolds
with a Lie algebra symmetry. We obtain the full classification up to

On Gammelgaard's formula for a star product with separation of variables
We show that Gammelgaard's formula expressing a star product with separation
of variables on a pseudo-Kaehler manifold in terms of directed graphs without
cycles is equivalent to an inversion formula for an operator on a formal Fock
space. We prove this inversion formula directly and thus offer an alternative
approach to Gammelgaard's formula which gives more insight into the question

Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена тем, что особое место на российском рынке верхней одежды приходится на меховое сырье и изделия из него. С одной стороны, в условиях суровых климатических условий делают меховую одежду в России незаменимой и обеспечивают высокий спрос на эти дорогостоящие изделия в зимний период. С другой стороны, меховые изделия являются самыми дорогостоящими по сравнению с другими товарами легкой промышленности и относятся к товарам класса "люкс", т. е. к предметам роскоши. Были исследованы законодательная база, а так же товарная номенклатура мехового сырья. Проанализированы проблемы и тенденции в данной области. Итогом работы являются рекомендации, разработанные для улучшения текущей обстановки в сфере мехового сырья.The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that the special place in the Russian market of outerwear is for fur raw materials and products from it. On the one hand, in conditions of severe climatic conditions, fur clothing in Russia is indispensable and provides a high demand for these expensive products in the winter. On the other hand, fur products are the most expensive compared to other products of light industry and belong to luxury goods, ie, to luxury goods. Legislative base, as well as commodity nomenclature of fur raw materials were investigated. The problems and trends in this area are analyzed. The result of the work are recommendations developed to improve the current situation in the field of fur raw materials
Quebra de planta de soja no Estado do Paraná.
O presente trabalho, de caráter exploratório, foi motivado pela ocorrência de quebra de plantas, verificado em várias áreas cultivadas com soja, nas últimas safras. A planta, ainda no estádio vegetativo, apresenta uma depressão, que pode evoluir para um anelamento na haste, logo acima do nó cotiledonar, causando, posteriormente, o tombamento ou a quebra da planta. Em avaliações realizadas no Estado do Paraná (2001 a 2006), constatou-se a ocorrência de quebra de planta em 48 municípios, sendo a maior incidência registrada na cultivar CD 206, em 98% das áreas afetadas com o problema, embora casos isolados tenham sido constatados também em outras cultivares (BRS 184, CD 202, CD 205, CD 214), em safras passadas. A análise de diferentes fatores, como sistema de cultivo, localização do sintoma na propriedade, ocorrência e controle de insetos-pragas, controle de plantas daninhas, tratamento de semente e condições climáticas, registrados em levantamentos realizados em 37 propriedades onde houve a quebra de planta de soja, na safra 2005/06, não foi esclarecedora quanto à causa responsável pelo problema. Neste documento, são descritos também os resultados obtidos de pesquisas realizadas com diferentes populações de percevejos, sob distintas metodologias de infestação, em ensaios com plantas de soja submetidas a diferentes situações de alternância de temperatura logo após a emergência, em análises comparativas quanto às condições climáticas, à fertilidade do solo, ao estado nutricional das plantas, à ocorrência de patógenos e os relativos à genealogia de cultivares. Esses resultados também não possibilitaram afirmação conclusiva, mas indicaram que a causa do sintoma de quebra de haste, possivelmente, não deve estar ligada a um único fator, mas, talvez, à combinação de fatores inter-relacionados que afetam a fisiologia da planta. Embora não se tenha ainda a explicação sobre o problema de quebra de planta, verificado em áreas de soja sob determinadas situações, esta publicação foi preparada em função da abrangência da área de ocorrência e dos questionamentos levantados, com o objetivo de registrar as ações até agora realizadas e contribuir em diagnósticos futuros de outras instituições de pesquisa e de extensão rural.bitstream/CNPSO-2009-09/27136/1/doc277_quebra_plantas.pd
