Інноваційна модернізація економіки як основа реалізації національних економічних інтересів
The need for this study can be explained by the fact that the solution of the problems in the development of the system of management that have emerged under critical conditions of permanent political and economic instability, institutional uncertainty requires the development of the system of measures aimed at engaging driving forces of economic transformation. The basis for such social transformation is the implementation of social–economic transformations of efficient models of the ratio of economic interests and innovative modernization of economy as the basis for their achievements. The aim of the research is revealing the role of the innovative modernization of the economy in the formation and implementation of the national economic interests. The methods of scientific research are abstract–logical, statistical, induction and deduction. Based on the evaluation of activation of the driving forces of economic transformation, we defined the need for implementing in the transformation practice of the efficient models of formation of economic interests. The necessity was substantiated of the formation and development of the innovative modernization of the economy as a basis for achieving the level of competitiveness of the national economic system, adequate to the goals and needs of the transformational period under conditions of growing global competition. We proposed the ways of reconciling the economic interests of representatives of business structures with the national economic interests of Ukraine. The article reveals the role of the state in creating the institutional environment, the most efficient forms and methods of economic management of innovative modernization of the national economy were determined. We proposed the measures to consolidate the efforts of all the participants of the innovative modernization of the economy, which imply a synthesis of the provisions of the neoclassical and Keynesian doctrine with the activities of the state, adapted to modern realities of Ukraine, the mechanisms of self––regulation of the market. In subsequent research it is suggested to implement the development of the institutional environment of competing economic interests of economic entities, to motivate them to engage into activities in the field of new technologies
Training Specialists in the Field of Innovative Financial Technologies in Russia
Formation of educational programs for new types of activity is a complex task that should be solved on the basis of interaction between educational institutions and the professional community, assessment of the current market demand for specialists with certain competencies. But the task becomes much more complicated if the need for specialists is growing rapidly, and the community of professionals is just being formed and cannot have the proper impact on the educational services market. In this case, the educational infrastructure, under certain conditions, can become a controlling component of market development, but it can also become a factor in false goal-setting and inhibition of development. The popularity of financial technologies among the population and applicants prompts higher educational institutions to form educational programs, which are often criticized, and graduates do not always gain employment in accordance with their diploma qualifications. There is a contradiction between the expectations of the labor market, which have not yet been formalized, and the supply from Russian educational institutions.Purpose. The article aims to formulate proposals for the standardization of requirements for specialists in innovative financial technologies (FinTech) based on the consolidation and analysis of the opinions of companies professionally involved in FinTech. Research methods. The authors applied generalization and empirical research methods such as selective market research, statistical observation. Results. The results of an empirical study on the existing educational programs in the sphere of financial technology (Fintech) are presented. Scientific novelty. It is shown that in the conditions of an underdeveloped market and the initial stage of a professional community development, educational infrastructure can become a tool for market development based on a common understanding and standardization of educational competencies and programming of its further development. Practical significance. Taking into account the results obtained, conclusions were formulated that make it possible to substantiate the need to introduce an independent assessment of the formed qualifications into the educational process
Effect of structure-forming additives on ion-exchange properrties of ferrocyanide-aluminosilicate sorbents
The removal of radioactive cesium from aqueous solutions using clinoptilolite modified by various modifiers (ferrocyanides Ni, Cu, Fe and H3BO3) was carried out. The influence of chemical composition of solution, concentration of components in solution and ratio of solution volume and amount of adsorbent on the sorption process was studied. We showed high selectivity towards 137Cs (Kd = 4.38×103 – 3.1×104 ml/g). The mechanism of increasing the selectivity with respect to 137Cs when using H3BO3 as a structure-forming additive was considered
Review of the some specific features of the detecting of heavy recoils
In this paper, we present the results of the first beam tests of the
detection system at the focal plane of the Dubna Gas-Filled Recoil Separator-2
(DGFRS-2), which receives beams from the DC-280 FLNR cyclotron. The high beam
intensity of Ca heavy ions from the cyclotron enables us to
obtain a number of superheavy recoils sufficient to compare both the measured
and calculated spectra of superheavy recoils implanted into a silicon detector.
A real-time algorithm to search for an Evaporation Residue (ER) --
correlated sequences is described in brief. It should be noted that the DGFRS-2
spectrometer operates in conjunction with the 48x128 strip DSSD (Double-sided
Silicon Strip Detector; 48x226 mm2) detector and a low-pressure pentane-filled
gaseous detector (1.2 Torr; 80x230 mm). A block-diagram of the spectrometer
and the event format are also presented. Special attention is paid to the
response of a low-pressure pentane-filled DeltaE multiwire proportional chamber
for recoils of Fl, synthesized in the Pu+Ca Fl +3n
complete fusion nuclear reaction. Some actual parameters of the detection
system have also been extracted from Yb + Ca, Th +
Ca, Am + Ca, U + Ca reactions. The effect
of neighbor strip charge sharing for the ohmic side of the DSSD detector is
also under consideration.Comment: 18 page
