For many decades, the world communityβs efforts have been aimed at reducing the neonatal and infant mortality from intrauterine infections. In 1990, the United Nations and the World Health Organization set out the priority of decreasing children mortality by 2015 Π³ΠΎΠ΄Ρ. In spite of impressive success in newborn treatment, mortality due to sepsis decreases slowly; when survive, postnatal children develop central nervous system impairments of different level of severity. In the recent decade, new data have emerged concerning the methods of intrauterine infections prophylaxis, diagnosis, and treatment. Aim of the study: to develop an additional professional competence Β«Emergency care in cardiac arrestΒ» and to evaluate a set of tools for its development among the graduating students majoring in general medicine (code 31.05.01).Material and methods. The study was done in two stages. During the first stage, within the framework of PC (professional competence)-11 Β«Readiness to participate in providing first medical aid in conditions requiring urgent medical interventionΒ» an additional professional competence Β«Emergency care in cardiac arrestΒ» was developed with the definition of performance assessment. During the second one, the scientific research was conducted at the medical institute of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University during the study of Anesthesiology, resuscitation, and intensive care, which has been included in the block 1 discipline (module) list, being a basic part of the General Medicine curriculum (code 31.05.01). The study involved 140 six-year students majoring in general medicine (code 31.05.01). The students were divided into two groups. The main group included 80 students who studied in 2021 (average age 25Β±1.5 years), while the control group comprised 60 participants who studied in 2019 (average age 25.9Β±1.6 years, retrospective analysis).Results. An additional professional competence Β«Emergency care in cardiac arrestΒ» and its stratified structure have been developed. Specific elements were elaborated for each component stratum. Based on the developed elements, which were mastered by the student in the process of training, the necessary competence was developed. The novel pedagogical technologies in the curriculum contributed to more effective learning and development of the competence. The levels of development of additional professional competence Β«Emergency care in cardiac arrestΒ» differed between the groups. Most students in the control group had a threshold level of competence. The basic and advanced levels of competence were significantly higher among the students in the main group compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion. We have shown the necessity of developing an additional professional competence Β«Emergency treatment in case of cardiac arrestΒ» within the Β«Readiness to participate in providing first medical aid in conditions requiring urgent medical interventionΒ» PC-11. Research of Stability of Vector Problem of spanning Tree with topological Criteria
A multicriterial statement of the above mentioned problem is presented. It differes from the classical statement of Spanning Tree problem. The quality of solution is estimated by vector objective function which contains weight criteria as well as topological criteria (degree and diameter of tree). Many real processes are not determined yet. And that is why the investigation of the stability is very important. Many errors are connected with calculations. The stability analysis of vector combinatorial problems allows to discover the value of changes in the initial data for which the optimal solution is not changed. Furthermore, the investigation of the stability allows to construct the class of the problems on base of the one problem by means of the parameter variations. Analysis of the problems with belong to this class allows to obtaine axact and adecuate discription of mode
