    In this article we evaluated the effectiveness of pyeloplasty by method Heinz-Andersen-Kuchers in full-term newborn infants with diagnosis hydronephrosis born in the period from 2015 to 2018 under observation in clinic ODKB, Ekaterinburg. We analyzed the results of ultrasound, ultrasound dopplerography of kidney vessels, micturation cystography, dynamic scintigraphy, histology of the operating biopsy.В данной статье проведена оценка эффективности пиелопластики по методу Хайнц-Андерсена-Кучеры у доношенных новорожденных детей с диагнозом врожденный гидронефроз, рожденных в период с 2015 по 2018 годы, находившихся на лечении в ОДКБ г.Екатеринбург.     Presowing XeCl excilamp irradiation of crops: field research and prospects

    Here we present research data demonstrating how crop seeds response to ultraviolet produced by a barrier-discharge XeCl* excilamp with a wavelength of 290–320 nm (82–88 %). The data show that presowing ultraviolet treatment is stimulatory to seed germination and plant growth. Ultraviolet treatment increases the seed germinability by 20–30 % and the plant fresh weight by 54 %, compared to untreated control samples, and provides a developed root system with long twisted segments. The research results are encouraging for upgrading the UV technology to larger-scale seed irradiation

    Modern condition of the “moltaevo lake” peloids deposit and new medical technologies of their application in occupational pathology

    The carried out researches have allowed the estimation of modern state of quality and resource of peloids and to develop the technological scheme for exploitation of a deposit the «Moltaevo Lake». The comparative analysis with the previous researches has shown that for last 60 years of essential changes on the studied properties in cuts of a mud deposit is not revealed. Ground adjournment of «Moltaevo Lake» concern group of sapropelic dirt, a class fresh-water, to a without sulfide subclass the Moltaevsky version. Balneal value of dirt of «Moltaevo Lake» is caused by thermal and plastic properties, and also the big maintenance of organic substances. High medical efficiency of these sapropel classes is proved not only in clinical practice, but also in occupational pathology. The new parametrically and chronobiology optimised techniques peloids are used for therapy vibrating illness, fluorosis, occupational osteoarthrosis, radiculopathies and compressing ischemic neuropathy.Проведенные исследования позволили оценить современное состояние качества и ресурсов лечебных грязей, разработать технологическую схему эксплуатации месторождения «Озеро Молтаево». Сравнительный анализ с предыдущими исследованиями показал, что за последние 60 лет существенных изменений по изученным свойствам в разрезах грязевой залежи не выявлено. Донные отложения оз. Молтаево относятся к группе сапропелевых грязей, классу пресноводных, подклассу бессульфидных. Молтаевской разновидности. Бальнеологическая ценность грязи оз. Молтаево обусловлена тепловыми и пластичными свойствами, а также большим содержанием органических веществ. Доказана высокая лечебная эффективность данного класса сапропеля не только в общеклиничекой практике, но и в профпатологии. Разработаны новые параметрически и хронобиологически оптимизированные методики пелоидотерапии вибрационной болезни, флюороза, профессионального остеоартроза, радикулопатий и компрессионных ишемических нейропатий

    Surface modification of Ti6Al4V alloy scaffolds manufactured by electron beam melting

    In this paper, the results of the surface functionalization of the Ti6Al4V alloy scaffolds with different structures for use as a material for medical implants are presented. Radio frequency magnetron sputtering was used to modify the surface of the porous structures by deposition of the biocompatible hydroxyapatite (HA) coating with the thickness of 86050 nm. The surface morphology, elemental and phase composition of the HA-coated scaffolds were studied. According to energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, the stoichiometric ratio of Ca/P for flat, orthorhombic and cubic scaffolds is 1.65, 1.60, 1.53, respectively, which is close to that of stoichiometric ratio for HA (Ca/P = 1.67). It was revealed that this method of deposition makes it possible to obtain the homogeneous crystalline coating both on the dense sample and in the case of scaffolds of complex geometry with different lattice cell structure.

    Thickness Effects on the Martensite Transformations and Mechanical Properties of Nanocrystalline NiTi Wires

    This paper studied the features of the martensitic transformations and mechanical properties of 40, 60, and 90 µm thick NiTi wires with nanocrystalline B2 structures. It was established that the wires were composites and consisted of a TiNi matrix and a TiO2 + TiNi3 surface layer. Structural methods showed that the wire matrix was formed by grains of up to 20 nm in size. The method of measuring the electrical resistivity during cooling and heating revealed a two-stage nature of the martensitic transformation. Cyclic loading–unloading demonstrated that all the samples exhibited superelasticity effects and completely restored their shape when unloaded from a 4–8% relative strain at room temperature. An increase in mechanical characteristics with respect to the wire thickness was experimentally established. This was due to the change in the composition of the TiNi matrix during drawing

    Fungal diversity in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) leaves and fruits in Russia

    Sequencing of cloned PCR-amplified species-specific rDNA fragments and isolation of axenic cultures from tomato fruits was carried out to study the mycobiota of tomato leaves and fruits in European part of Russia. DNA was extracted from the leaves, and library of ITS region fragments was constructed in E. coli by cloning of PCR products. This survey revealed fourteen species associated with disease-affected leaves: Septoria lycopersici, Fulvia fulva (=Cladosporium fulvum), Didymella glomerata (=Phoma glomerata), Cladosporium herbarum, Podosphaera fusca, Neocamarosporium goegapense (=Phoma betae), Rhizoctonia solani, Candida albicans, Dioszegia hungarica, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Didymella lycopersici, Alternaria infectoria, Alternaria alternata, Cryptococcus tephrensis. In the leaves from healthy plants without any visible symptoms DNA of three species was found: Aspergillus versicolor, Alternaria alternata, Aureobasidium pullulans. Analysis of axenic cultures isolated from green diseased tomato fruits revealed fungal species: Alternaria alternata, Alternaria solani, Phomopsis phaseoli, Fusarium equiseti, Chaetomium cochliodes, Clonostachys sp., Irpex lacteus, Colletotrichum coccodes. This research provides new information on the mycobiota of tomato in Southern Russia, the main tomato producing region of the country. © 2020, University of Zagreb - Faculty of Agriculture.
