    PT. Tapioka pada saat ini belum berhasil mendapatkan angka penjualan terhadap produknya seperti yang diharapkan. Pangsa pasar yang dituju oleh PT. Tapioka pada umumnya sangat mudah ditemui di dunia maya. Mereka umumnya memiliki akses internet sendiri dan sering menggunakan jasa internet dalam aktivitasnya. Tidak jarang juga mereka melakukan transaksi secara online. Hal ini memungkinkan penambahan angka penjualan dan menurunkan biaya pemasaran dengan cara memasuki dunia bisnis di dunia internet. PT. Tapioka harus bisa menjangkau pasar yang ada di dunia maya untuk pelanggan baru dan berkomunikasi secara online dengan pelanggan yang telah ada. Dan untuk melakukan hal tersebut harus membuat perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan Structured Analysis and Design Technique (SADT) untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi e-commerce berbasis online Invision Power Board (IPB). Bisnis e-commerce sangat menghemat biaya hingga sampai berkisar 90916. Perancangan dan perawatan bisnis ini hanya memerlukan biaya sekitar Rp. 9.100.000,- untuk satu tahun, sedangkan untuk merancang sebuah USAha baru akan memerlukan biaya minimal Rp. 100.000.000,- dalam setahun. Dengan membangun suatu bisnis di internet, maka Perusahaan akan mendapatkan umpan Balik dari pelanggan. dimanfaatkan oleh pihak Perusahaan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal karena pelanggan akan merasa dihargai. dani PT. Tapioka dapat lebih mengenali para pelanggannya, karena Perusahaan akan mendapatkan basis data yang sudah terkomputerisasi.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ,SADT dan E-commerce PT. Tapioca should be able to reach markets that exist in cyberspace for new customers and communicate online with customers that already exist. And to do that should make the decision support system design by using the Structured Analysis and Design Technique (SADT) to build an application-based online e-commerce Invision Power Board (IPB). E-commerce business is to save costs by up to around 90,916. Design and maintenance of this business only costs around Rp. 9.1 million, - for one year, while drawing up a new business will cost at least Rp. 100,000,000, - in a year.     Kesehatan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat berharga bagi setiap orang, sehingga mutlak harus dijaga oleh setiap orang dengan sangat baik. Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu sarana kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam mempercepat peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan dan dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Kondisi ini mengharuskan Rumah Sakit XYZ Medan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi setiap masyarakat yang membutuhkannya. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan dengan dimensi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk menentukan variabel kebutuhan pelanggan yang tidak terpenuhi dengan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) yaitu dengan pembentukan matriks House of Quality (HOQ) yang memiliki Tingkat Kepentingan Relatif tertinggi. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) digunakan untuk merancang usulan perbaikan pelayanan rumah sakit sesuai voice of costumer. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner pendahuluan menggunakan 16 variabel pelayanan yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien rawat inap. Pembentukan matriks House of Quality (HOQ) diketahui bahwa karakteristik pelayanan “daya tanggap staf rumah sakit”, memiliki nilai Tingkat Kepentingan Relatif (TKR) sebesar 16,435% sehingga kemampuan staf rumah sakit dalam merespon pasien dengan cepat menjadi prioritas untuk perbaikan pelayanan

    Validation of the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation (CISS)

    Introduction: There is an appealing need to have a validated Bahasa Malaysia (BM) questionnaire that is able to gauge stress coping styles among Malaysian population. A culturally accepted questionnaire will generate further research in the aspect of stress coping patterns in the Malaysia population. Objective: To translate the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS) questionnaire into BM and to determine the construct validity, reliability and other psychometric properties of the translated BM version of the English CISS 48-item. Method: Two parallel forward and backward translations were done in BM in accordance to guideline and its validation was determined by using confirmatory factor analysis among 200 Malaysian subjects. Results: The BM CISS had very good Cronbach’s alpha values, 0.91, 0.89 and 0.85 respectively for Task-, Emotional- and Avoidance-oriented. The overall Cronbach’s alpha was 0.91. It also had good factor loading for most of its items where 44 items out of 48 had Confirmatory Factor Analysis values of more than 4.0. Conclusions: BM CISS had been adequately and correctly translated into Bahasa Malaysia with high psychometric properties. Minimal readjustment may be required in a few of its items to obtain excellent results

    Research on the applying of SEM-EDX techniques for identification of minerals types of Jades (Giok) Takengon Aceh has been done within this study. Based on data of SEM-EDX, it showed that Jades (Giok) Takengon is belonging to a mineral of silicate. The types of minerals of Jades (Giok) Takengon are Grossular (Ca3Al2(SiO4)3 from the Garnet group, which is a mineral of nesosilicate and the other type is lizardite, (Mg3Si2O5(OH)4, from the group Serpentine , which is a mineral of phyllosilicate.     Usage of sugar ester in the preparation of avocado oil nanoemulsion

    Objectives: Due to the high dynamics of pharmaceutical products markets, developments of new products using latest innovative technology are becoming a norm of many pharmaceutical companies. Nanoscale materials such as nanoemulsion (NE) offer advantages such as the controllable droplet size, long-term stability, and power solubilization ability. It is beneficial in various delivery systems either for transdermal, ocular, nasal, vaginal, and parenteral drug delivery. The objective of the study was to prepare avocado oil NE using different surfactants to find the most suitable nanosized droplets, as avocado oil offers a variety of purported nutritional and medicinal benefits. Methods: Sucrose esters, glycerol, and avocado oil with different ratio were used to produce pre-NE by phase inversion technique then pre-NE were self-emulsified with water to produce NE. The influence of the sucrose esters surfactants on the NE formulations were determined using three different types of sucrose esters surfactant (laureate, oleate, and palmitate). Stability study was conducted for NE at different temperatures (4°C, 25°C, and 40°C) for 6 months. Results: The NE contained sucrose laureate produced best nanosized formulations compared to other oleate and palmitate, with optimum droplet size 106 ± 1.70 nm, size distribution 0.156 ± 0.01, and zeta potential -30.4 ± 0.70. The NE formulations were very stable at 4°C compared to 25°C and 40°C while at 25°C NE showed moderate stability, but it was unstable at 40°C. Conclusion: Sucrose laureate was able to produce NE with phase inversion and self-emulsification techniques and the ideal storage condition for NE is 4°C
