    Farmer Group Performance Bali Cattle in Luwu District East : the Economic Analysis

    This research was conducted in the District Mangko Tano East Luwu in South Sulawesi Province, in 2017. The area of research is supported by oil palm plantations, palm plantations, agricultural land, forestry land, vacant land that has not been explored by farmers and other vacant land. The study was conducted by the method of field survey, according to information from the local Animal Husbandry Department, the criteria in the data is the cattle population in farmer.The purpose of this study was to determine the economic analysis on a group of cattle ranchers. Primary data and secondary data were analyzed using descriptive tabulation, quantitatively and economically. The results of the research effort shows that beef cattle, ranchers group profit amounted Rp.3.637.500/year, Agung Sindo Village B/C ratio of 1.2, Kalaenaliri village of Rp.3.886.000/ year ratio B/C 1.2, and the Wanasari Village of Rp.3.788.000/year and ratio of B/C 1.2. Forage in locations very research support to the development of beef cattle Bali. But farmers are accustomed way of raising beef cattle between 2-4 head/breeder, so it needs additional maintenance business scale between 5-10 cattle/livestock farmers, so that the business more effectively and efficiently and economically will benefit farmers

Oleh sebab itu mendapatkannya secara tidak langsung merupakan alternatif untuk dikembang­kan. "Sisterhood method", pendekatan tidak langsung yang dikembangkan oleh Wendy Graham dkk, adalah salah satu alternatif untuk dipertimbangkan. Penerapan metode tersebut dalam survei rumah tangga di Mojokerto memberikan hasil yang konsisten dengan penerapan di negara lain (Gambia dan Peru). Mater­nal mortality ratio (MMR) dari metode tersebut di Mojokerto (397 per 100.000) juga dapat dibandingkan dengan hasil penelitian MMR cara langsung di Indonesia setelah dipertimbangkan kekurangan cara langsung

    Analytical and experiment study on vibratory tillage tools by adding an external energy to the tillage tools has been widely applied. This method would significantly reduce soil's resistance; unfortunately it uses a lot of energy. Self excited vibration phenomenon on vibrating subsoiler has also been shown experimentally reduce soil's resistance though not as much as the former. However no analytical study of the latter method can be found. This paper present mathematical derivation of shank-subsoiler's vibration due to natural excitation of varied cutting forces. Shank-subsoiler was modeled as a single degree of freedom; while the natural excitation of varied cutting force was modeled as a periodic function. This paper also discusses the effect of spring's elasticity to maximum displacement of the tillage-tools. Therefore, the possibility of decreasing the soil-cutting force for loosening soil's density due to self exited vibration significantly is visualized

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bojonglongok Kecamatan Parakansalak Kabupaten Sukabumi tahun 2018. Peneliian menggunakan model usaha ayam lokal unggul Balitbangtan yang diusahakan inti dan  kelompok peternak plasma. Sebelum penelitian dimuali terlebih dahulu dilakukan koordinasi dengan Dinas setempat. Data primer diperoleh dari peternak langsung dan data sekuder diperoleh dari Dinas setempat. Data primer dan data sekunder dianalaisis secara diskriptif, kuantitatf dan analisis ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efisiensi usaha pembibitan ayam lokal unggul balitbangtan skala peternakan rakyat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, produksi DOC rata-rata setiap periode penetasan/minggu pada periode awal sebanyak 408 ekor, meningkat menjadi 2 kali lipat, seiring dengan meningkatnya produksi telur. Periode ke-12 produksi DOC mencapai sebanyak 1.212 ekor. Rataan produksi DOC sampai 12/periode penetasan sebanyak 814 ekor/periode.Keuntungan peternak sebesar Rp.4.160.000 atau sebesar Rp.693.333/bulan. Persentasi tingkat keuntungan atas biaya sebesar 6,33%/periode atau sebesar 1,05%/bulan dengan tingkat efisiensi R/C sebesar 1,06. Secara ekonomi usaha pembibitan ayam lokal unggul di inti dan di kelompok peternak plasma dapat di pertahankan usahanya

    Program Sapi Induk Wajib Bunting (SIWAB) adalah perwujudan komitmen pemerintah dalam meningkatkan populasi sapi potong dan sebagai target untuk kecukupan daging tahun 2026. Program tersebut diyakini dapat mengantarkan Indonesia mencapai swasembada daging sapi pada 5-10 tahun ke depan. Sapi potong dapat dimaksimalkan potensinya agar dapat menghasilkan pedet, dan menjadi program pemerintah yang difokuskan untuk peningkatan produksi sapi potong melalui inseminasi buatan (IB). Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut di atas, harapan pemerintah dengan mengembangkan program tersebut tidak boleh gagal ke sekian kalinya dalam mencukupi kebutuhan daging di dalam negeri. Tujuan tulisan review ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan program SIWAB dan nilai ekonomi pada USAha sapi potong betina hasil IB yang menghasilkan pedet. Kajian ini merupakan studi pustaka melalui review berbagai referensi terkait pelaksanaan program SIWAB. Program SIWAB mencakup dua program utama yaitu peningkatan populasi sapi porong melalui inseminasi buatan IB dan kawin alam (Inka). Program IB memungkinkan mengatur kelahiran anak sapi dengan baik. Sapi induk bunting hasil IB dapat meningkatkan nilai jual lebih tinggi dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan peternak. Kebijakan pemerintah adalah untuk mengejar swasembada daging sapi yang ditargetkan sampai tahun 2026 bisa tercapai, namun program tersebut harus direspon dan dikerjakan dengan baik. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk menigkatkan populasi sapi potong dalam jangka pendek bisa membantu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi daging sapi dan dalam jangka panjang berdampak peningkatan ekonomi peternak

To control a working system, a programming language that easily to be understood is needed such as functional block diagram (FBD) which functional block diagram (FBD) is a method that can describe a function between input and output variable, in FBD there is a Sequential Function Chart method (SFC) which control the program sequential activity.     1,2-Propanediol is considerably less toxic than ethylene glycol, moreover it is used as a cryoprotectant. Purpose of the research was find correlation between duration timcs ol' c ryoprotectanl toward mice cmbryos development. Zygote embryos were vitrified rhrough plunging into the vitriflcation medium which it contained mixture propanediol 30% as cryoprotectant and phosphate buffer saline. Duration ofvitrification times werc 5, 10, and l5 minutes, respectively. Viabilitl oi post drau, errbr)os was assessrlent through inverted microscope everyday till die or damage. Analysis correlation betrveen duration time ofthree groups toward embryos development were compared of both descriptive statistics and test olwithin subiect contrast thlough cslilrated nrarginal nreans and estimated relative marginalmeans. Research shown correlation betweer du:ation times of cryoprotectant and mice embryos development has different form, it depend on facing the data.     Siwab or its extension Mandatory cattle breeding is a manifestation of government commitment in increasing beef cattle population, and as a target for meat sufficiency in 2026. The program is believed to lead Indonesia to achieve beef self-sufficiency in the next 5-10 years. Beef cattle can be maximized in order to produce calves, and become a government’s focused program on enhancing beef cattle production through artificial insemination (AI). Based on the above problems, the government hopes to develop the program, it should not fail the umpteenth time to fulfil meat needs of the country. The purpose of this review is to describe the SIWAB program and the economic value of female beef cattle produced by AI which produces calf. This study approach is done through literature reviews related to SIWAB program implementation. SIWAB program includes two main programs namely the increase of porong cattle population through artificial insemination of AI and natural mating (Inka). With the AI through prgram, the parent beef cattle can regulate the cow's birth well. The mother cow bunting AI results can increase the selling value higher and can improve the welfare of farmers. The government's policy to pursue targeted beef self-sufficiency by the year 2026 is achieved, but the program must be responded and done well.
