    Role of Women Workers at Dairy Farms in Banyumas District

    Dairy farm is one of promising to increase the household income. Dairy farm generally involve all the household members. The research was aimed to: 1) know contribution of work duration of women woker to the total duration of work in dairy farm; 2) identify contribution of women income to the total income of dairy farm; 3) determine factors that influence contribution of income of women to the total income of dairy farm. Three sub districts were taken as area sample using purposive sampling method based on number of dairy farm that utilize women as worker in their farm activities. Sixty seven famers were taken as respondents is this research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine factors that influence contribution of income of women to the total income. The result showed that: 1) contribution of working duration of women was 25,24 percent; 2) contribution of income of women was Rp 2,762,755.96: and 3) partially, contribution of income of women was influenced by farm scale and dependency ratio. In conclusion, women wokers have contribution on the total duration of work and income; and dairy farm scale and Dependency Ratio influencing contribution of women income.     Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Dalam Mengurutkan Bilangan Melalui Metode Bermain Pada Siswa Kelas I Di SD Inpres 1 Slametharjo

    Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mengurutkan bilangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas satu SD Inpres I Slametharjo dalam mengurutkan bilangan melalui metode bermain. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai sumbangan sebuah pemikiran tentang metode pembelajaran yang efektif, kreatif dan diharapkan siswa lebih termotivasi dan tertarik dalam pembelajaran matematika, serta membantu meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart yang terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu: 1. perencanaan 2. pelaksanaan tindakan 3. Observasi 4. refleksi dan penelitian ini di laksanakan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklusnya diadakan satu kali tatap muka. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa dengan metode bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam mengurutkan bilangan pada siswa kelas satu di SD Inpres I Slametharjo Kabupaten Banggai. Hal ini terbukti dari meningkatnya ketuntasan siswa dimana pada siklus pertama hanya 56% siswa, pada siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan menjadi 72%, dan pada siklus ketiga meningkat lagi menjadi 84%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode bermain dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa dalam mengurutkan bilangan. Sehingga hal tersebut juga berdampak pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa di kelas I SD Inpres I Slametharjo

    This study aims to determine the motivation by the teacher in the learning process in the economy class X MA Islamiyah Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method of research is the form of case studies or case study. Sources of data in this study were teachers of class X MA Islamiyah Pontianak while students only asked for information only. The analysis showed that administration of motivation by the teacher to the student can be categorized run well. Based on observations and interviews given motivation shapes the form of teacher expectations, explain the purpose of learning, helping the difficulties that occurred, as well as gifts and praise. Constraints experienced by teachers in motivation can be addressed by the teacher and student responses to the motivation for the students to pay attention to the teacher explaining the lesson

    This study aims to inform the Implementation of Women's Savings and Loans PNPM Rural in District Siantan Pontianak regency. The research method used is a form of descriptive research method case study research. Data Sources manager in UPK PNPM Rural and PNPM Rural PJOK. Techniques of data collection, observation, interview and documentation. Data collection tool that observation sheets, interview guidelines and documents. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of the Savings and Loan Activity in District Siantan the revolving fund allocation is very effective achievement of the target of 116.56%. Achievement of women RTM quite effective for 82% of the target. Efekktif not coaching at 36.27%. Although coaching is not running optimally, but the implementation of SPP activity revolving fund in the District Siantan Pontianak District achieved on target

    This study was aimed to determine the differences in the effect of giving apperception on students readiness in social subject of class VII A MTs Darul Ulum students Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan. The method of research of this study was a quasi experimental research design with The Static Group Comparison. The population of this study were 32 students, in which 16 students were in the comparison group and 16 students were in the experimental group. The results of data analysis showed that there were differences in the effect of giving apperception on students readiness, with an average post test score in the comparison group was 64.06, while the average value of the post test experimental group was 78.44. Thus it can be concluded that giving apperception in teaching and learning process has a positive effect on students\u27 learning readiness and scores

    The Effect of Teaching Skills Teachers to Student Motivation of Class XI IPS Talino Catholic High School. This study aimed to determine the effect of teaching skills of teachers to motivate students of class XI IPS Talino Catholic High School. The research method used is descriptive shape is a causal association studies. Based on the calculation of the overall score obtained observations in providing skill reinforcement, explaining skills, and classroom management skills in the excellent category with an average value of 3.65. Further motivation to study is good enough based on the results of questionnaire processing using SPSS 16.0 and teacher interviews to economic subjects. Based on the hypothesis test t hitung (4,289) > t tabel (2,109816), thus Ha accepted. As for the influence of independent variables to (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is equal to 50.5%. This means teaching skills of teachers influence student motivation
