    Get PDF
The aim of this work is the formalization of the model of coordination of interests of employers and owners of human capital in the labor market in high-tech industries of the national economy in the conditions of transformation of the national economy. Research conducted by the authors proved that the structure of costs of reproduction of human capital and the requirements for human potential have their own distinct features that should be considered in the specification of the economic model of value creation of human capital in these sectors. Authors propose an improved method of balancing interaction of economic interests of subjects of the labor market: employee and employer. The model reveals the mechanism of formation of the equilibrium value of human capital based on the cost approach and the income approach in modeling supply and demand in the labor market in high-tech industries. The model allows to estimate a quasi-equilibrium state of the labor market in high-tech industries with emerging trends in this market in the country as a whole. The study provides valuable analytical information required to implement science-based economic decisions in the management of human resources and their transformation into human capital, which in turn will improve the efficiency of realization of innovation potential of the company as the subject of the high-tech industry of national economy. At the level of state governance model allows to monitor the mismatches in the labor market that allows to develop actions to minimize their negative impacts on the national economy.peer-reviewe

Optical response of a cold-electron bolometer array

    Get PDF
A multielement bolometric receiver system has been developed to measure the power and polarization of radiation at a calculated frequency of 345 GHz. Arrays of ten series-parallel connected cold-electron bolometers have been pairwise integrated into orthogonal ports of a cross-slot antenna. Arrays are connected in parallel in the high-frequency input signal and in series in the output signal, which is measured at a low frequency, and in a dc bias. Such an array makes it possible to increase the output resistance by two orders of magnitude as compared to an individual bolometer under the same conditions of high-frequency matching and to optimize the matching with the JFET amplifier impedance up to dozens of megohms. Parallel connection ensures matching of the input signal to the cross-slot antenna with an impedance of 30 Omega on a massive silicon dielectric lens. At a temperature of 100 mK, a response to the thermal radiation of a thermal radiation source with an emissivity of 0.3, which covers the input aperture of the antenna and is heated to 3 K, is 25 mu V/K. Taking into account real noise, the optical fluctuation dc sensitivity is 5 mK, the estimated sensitivity corresponding to the noise of the amplifier is about 10(-4) K/Hz(1/2), and the noise-equivalent power is about (1-5) x 10(-17) W/Hz(1/2)

Relationship between Stylistic Characteristics of Humor and Types of Coping Behavior in Students

Background. Today, the development of adaptive coping behavior is extremely relevant. Some studies show that humor is an indicator of psychological adaptation. However, the relation between different styles of humor and different styles of coping behavior has not been studied. Objective. The study aims to identify the relationship between the stylistic characteristics of humor and the types of coping behavior among students. Methods. The study was conducted with the use of two diagnostic methods. The first is a questionnaire of humor styles by R. Martin (adapted in Russian by Ivanov et al., 2013). The second one is a coping test by R. Lazarus (adapted in Russian by Kryukov, Kuftyak, 2007). Sample. The study involved 120 students of Moscow universities aged from 17 to 30 years (78.3% are female). Results. Exploratory factor analysis revealed 3 groups of coping behavior strategies among students. These were strategies focused on the person (1), on interacting with society (2), on changing the situation (3) in stress. It was found that the strategy groups (1) and (2) correlated with the affiliation style of humor. Group (3) correlated with a self-supporting style of humor (Ro-Spearman, p < 0,05). Clustering by K-means method identified 3 groups of respondents. In each group, respondents used different coping strategies. We compare the groups (ANOVA) and got that the affiliation style of humor is less expressed among students who often use coping strategies focused on changing the situation (p < 0.001). Conclusion. Coping behavior among students is rather associated with supportive humor styles than with destructive humor styles. These results are of scientific significance, complementing the current knowledge about coping behavior. They can also be used in psychological trainings for students

The search for new drugs for the prevention and treatment of vascular cognitive disorders continues to be a relevant task of pharmacology. In this regard, the aim of this work is to study the antiamnestic effect of five new nicotinic acid derivatives in comparison with the well-known drug mexidol (ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate) in animal

On-chip coherent detection with quantum limited sensitivity

While single photon detectors provide superior intensity sensitivity, spectral resolution is usually lost after the detection event. Yet for applications in low signal infrared spectroscopy recovering information about the photon’s frequency contributions is essential. Here we use highly efficient waveguide integrated superconducting single-photon detectors for on-chip coherent detection. In a single nanophotonic device, we demonstrate both single-photon counting with up to 86% on-chip detection efficiency, as well as heterodyne coherent detection with spectral resolution f/∆f exceeding 1011. By mixing a local oscillator with the single photon signal field, we observe frequency modulation at the intermediate frequency with ultra-low local oscillator power in the femto-Watt range. By optimizing the nanowire geometry and the working parameters of the detection scheme, we reach quantum-limited sensitivity. Our approach enables to realize matrix integrated heterodyne nanophotonic devices in the C-band wavelength range, for classical and quantum optics applications where single-photon counting as well as high spectral resolution are required simultaneously

Technology for NbN HEB based multipixel matrix of THz range

—The influence of homogeneity disorder degree of the thin superconducting NbN film across of Si wafer on characteristics of the Hot Electron Bolometers (HEB) has been investigated. Our experiments have been carried out near the superconducting transition and far below it. The high homogeneity disorder degree of the NbN film has been achieved by preparing the Si substrate surface. The fabricated HEBs all have almost identical R (T) characteristics with a dispersion of Tc and the normal resistance R300 of not more than 0.15K and 2 Ω, respectively. The quality of the devises allows us to demonstrate clearly the influence of non-equilibrium processes in the S’SS’ system on the device performance. Our fabrication technology also allows creating multiplex heterodyne and direct detector matrices based the HEB devices

Kirschner Wire Migration into SpinaL Canal after Acromioclavicular Joint Fixation (Literature Review and Clinical Case)

    Get PDF
Fracture and migration of metal implants is a well-known issue which is especially relevant for actively loaded zones with a high amplitude of physiological movements. The authors analyzed 17 publications dedicated to Kirschner wire migration into the spinal canal after fixation of acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) injury. The present paper contains literature review and own clinical case of the authors. The authors generalize the conceptions of migration causes, surgical tactics and prevention recommendations. The key reason of fracture and migration of Kirschner wires during fixation of ACJ injury is the instability of implants, trans-articular wire insertion during fixation of reduced dislocation of acromial end of the clavicle, insufficient immobilization and untimely implants removal after removal of immobilization. Implants migration into the spinal canal is the indication for their surgical removal irrespective of clinical signs. In the majority of studied publications authors described posterior approach or lateral approach aligned with the migration direction. No grafting techniques for dura mater defects were present in the studied literature. The authors of the current paper justify a surgical procedure for removal of migrated implant using a combined posterior and lateral approach on the own clinical case. The choice of procedure algorithm results from the need for prophylaxis of secondary spinal cord lesion and liquorrhea during removal of migrated implants from spinal canal
