La protección de los derechos de propiedad industrial en el ámbito empresarial. ¿Proteger o no proteger? (Revisión)

The Intellectual Property can be an important source of incomes in the enterprises, such us, inventions, utility models, trademarks, know – how and industrial designs. The protection systems of them have different advantages and disadvantages, which must be considered at the moment of their choice in relation to the economic possibilities of the organization. This study is about the protection ways and their signification to the enterprise.Los bienes intangibles pueden constituir activos de preciado valor en el ámbito empresarial, entre ellos se encuentran las invenciones, los modelos de utilidad, las marcas, los secretos empresariales, los dibujos y modelos industriales. Nuevas estrategias docentes en Histología. Más aprendizaje y menos enseñanza: Uso de microscopios virtuales e Historrelatos.

Current teaching at the University needs novel methodologies to increase students’ motivation. Here, we present two approaches to engage the student body to Human Histology subject at the University of Malaga. Virtual teaching was propelled by the COVID-19 crisis and confinement. The software for the study of histological/histopathological samples has become a valuable tool. Moreover, digital competences are in high demand within the biomedical field but students usually do not receive sufficient training. For these reasons, we have implemented the use of virtual microscopy (VM, Olympus), sharing 66 digitalized slides accessible under a username/password. VM provides real-time dynamic microscopy and offers an innovative experience at exceptionally high resolution. VM allows students to explore the samples online from anywhere, favoring autonomy and self-learning. Moreover, VM enables capturing specific tissue areas using these pictures to ask specific questions. On the other hand, transversal competences such as reading and writing skills, along with synthesis capability can be underdeveloped in our students. We initiated the activity of writing stories about histology contents (Histostories). Professional graphic designers from a webpage of scientific divulgation (masscience.com) illustrated the first story about erythrocytes. We conducted a survey among medical students to analyze the impact of this narration on their learning. Most of them welcome the initiative, considering it as an appropriate and enjoyable instrument for summarizing and revising the concepts. Immunity was among the topics more demanded between the students. Finally, we encouraged our students to write their own Histostories mentored by our teaching staff. These stories are shared through the virtual campus and on masscience website. So far, two medical students are collaborating with us in this experimental project that we expect it will bring more benefits to both readers and participants.Universidad de Málaga. El Mobbing y su Relación con la Rotación de Personal en las Organizaciones de la Capital de Tlaxcala

Esta investigación es un trabajo de tesis, el cual la temática fue seleccionada por los resultados obtenidos del estudio realizado por México evalúa, en las que se vio inmersa la capital de Tlaxcala ocupando el primer lugar en cuanto al acoso laboral en el año 2020, no obstante, en el área Puebla-Tlaxcala en el año 2018 registro la rotación de personal en el país, ambas fueron las bases para la concepción de la pregunta inicial que se debería de dar respuesta con la presente investigación. Por ende, el objetivo general de esta investigación es identificar si el mobbing se encuentra relacionado con la rotación de personal a través de un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo con un tipo de metodología correlacional. Aunado a esto se logró crear una propuesta para la detección de esa modalidad de la violencia

Remarks on SHD spaces and more divergence properties

The class of SHD spaces was recently introduced in [12]. The first part of this paper focuses on answering most of the questions presented in that article. For instance, we exhibit an example of a non-SHD Tychonoff space $X$ such that $\mathscr{F}[X]$, the Pixley-Roy hyperspace of $X$, $\beta X$, the Stone-\v{C}ech compactification of $X$, and $C_p(X)$, the ring of continuous functions over $X$ equipped with the topology of pointwise convergence, are SHD. In the second part of this work we will present some variations of the SHD notion, namely, the WSHD property and the OHD property. Furthermore, we will pay special attention to the relationships between $X$ and $\mathscr{F}[X]$ regarding these new concepts

Dynamic nonlinear feedback control applied to improve butanol production by Clostridium acetobutylicum

"The goal of this work is to present a closed-loop operational strategy in order to improve the butanol production in an anaerobic continuous bioreactor for the called Acetone-Butanol-Ethanol (ABE) process. The proposed control scheme considers a class of feedback signal which includes a nonlinear bounded function of the regulation error. The control scheme is applied to a phenomenological unstructured kinetic model obtained from an experimental and metabolic study of butanol production by Clostridium acetobutylicum, which allows the proposed structure to predict several operational conditions from batch and continuous regimes. Numerical experiments using the proposed model considering continuous operation were performed in order to find a feasible operating region for maximum butanol production at open-loop regime. The proposed methodology is applied to regulate the product concentration, manipulating the dilution rate to lead to a higher butanol productivity. The closed-loop behaviour of the bioreactor is analysed, finding that the proposed controller minimizes the response time of the system and allows it to achieve a productivity gain of 55 % over open-loop operation. Further numerical experiments show the satisfactory closed-loop performance of the proposed methodology in comparison with a PI controller.

PENSION FUNDS AND ITS PERFORMANCE DURING THE CRISIS 2007 - 2012

El presente artículo analiza el desempeño de los fondos de pensiones administrados por las AFPs que operan en el Perú para los años entre el 2007 y el 2012, años caracterizados por una crisis que generó preocupación en un tema importante para los peruanos en edad de jubilación o próximos a jubilarse: las pensiones. Tal preocupación se justifica cuando se tiene en cuenta que los ahorros depositados en fondos de pensiones están invertidos en mercados financieros afectados por la crisis generada en el mercado norteamericano. Este trabajo evalúa los riesgos generados por la crisis financiera para los fondos de pensiones. Las evidencias obtenidas muestran que los administradores de portafolio de las AFPs asumen riesgos incluso por encima de los riesgos asumidos en el Mercado Bursátil Peruano. Por otro lado, la evaluación de desempeño de gestión para las AFPs muestra la ausencia de un comportamiento competitivo.This article analyzes the performance of pension funds managed by the AFPs operating in Peru, in the years between 2007 and 2012, years characterized by a crisis that raised concern over an important issue for Peruvians in retirement age or close to retirement: the pensions. Such concern is justified when you consider that the savings deposited in pension funds are invested in financial markets affected by the crisis generated in the US market. This paper assesses the risks posed by the financial crisis for pension funds. Evidence obtained show that the portfolio managers of the AFPs take risks even over to those assumed in the Peruvian Stock Market. On the other hand, the performance evaluation management for AFPs shows the absence of a competitive behavior

Diseño de la red corporativa para la empresa Frigomacz Cia Ltda

En la actualidad las empresas que quieren ser competitivas en cualquier campo de negocio deben estar conectados a la Internet, las comunicaciones con clientes, así como las comunicaciones entre departamentos se han convertido en una parte fundamental de cualquier tipo de empresa, el presente proyecto presenta un estudio para la creación de una red corporativa diseñada para la empresa FRIGOMACZ CIA LTDA, la cual se dedica a la fabricación y venta de productos industriales para panaderías y negocios similares. Simulación de señales para un diagnóstico en los sensores y actuadores de flujo de aire y combustible de un motor diésel

Simular las señales de los sensores y actuadores del sistema de inyección Diésel mediante un equipo de prueba Bosch FSA 740, a tal punto de encontrar un óptimo diagnóstico preventivo.El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo realizar simulaciones de las señales de los sensores y actuadores del sistema de inyección diésel del banco motor BT-50 utilizando el equipo de diagnóstico Bosch FSA 740. Se realizó un estudio bibliográfico del funcionamiento y valores de referencia de los sensores MAF-IAT y de la bomba eléctrica de combustible, para posterior comparar con los datos obtenidos en las pruebas. Con ayuda del equipo FSA 740 se simulo las diferentes curvas características, dichas señales se las obtuvo en condiciones normales y con falla. Para las pruebas con un determinado fallo se obstruyo la entrada de aire en un 80% para verificar como varían los valores en el sensor de flujo total (MAF-IAT). De la misma forma se instaló un potenciómetro en el sensor IAT en el cual se bajó y se subió la temperatura. Para las pruebas en la bomba de combustible se acopló una bomba eléctrica de combustible y se trabajó solamente a ralentí. Se utilizó el equipo Analizador de Gases Portátil Kane Autoplus 54-2 para la medición de emisiones de gases de escape, estas pruebas se realizaron en condiciones normales y con fallo. Dentro de las condiciones con falla se limitó el aire de entrada en un 80% y se desconectó el sensor MAF, todas estas pruebas se realizaron con el motor trabajando en altas y bajas rpm. Como resultados se obtuvo que el sensor MAF en estado normal y trabajando a ralentí su tensión fue de 2.07V y masa de aire de 39 Kg/h. Mientras que con la limitación de aire su voltaje disminuye en un 57% y la masa de aire bajo un 77% con respecto a su estado normal. En la segunda prueba con el motor trabajando en altas rpm su tensión fue de 3.01 y una masa de aire de 138 Kg/h. Con la obstrucción del aire de un aproximado del 80% el voltaje bajo un 35.5% y la masa de aire disminuyo un 73.9% en comparación a los resultados obtenidos en estado normal del sensor.Ingenierí

ROP and crystallization behaviour of partially renewable triblock aromaticaliphatic copolymers derived from L-lactide

Two series of partially biobased ABA triblock copolyesters were successfully prepared by ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of L-lactide initiated by two telechelic polyester polyols using an organic catalyst. B blocks were made of telechelic poly(hexamethylene terephthalate) (PHT) and poly(hexamethylene 2,5- furandicarboxylate) (PHF), respectively, with average molar masses of around 3500 g mol-1 and A blocks were made of poly(lactic acid)s (PLA) of different block lengths. For each series, four copolymers with different PHT/PLA and PHF/PLA compositions were prepared by varying the feed molar ratios. The triblock structure of the obtained copolymers was ascertained by 13C NMR, which confirms that the organic catalyst employed does not promote transesterification reactions at the low temperatures used for the reaction. All copolyesters were thermally stable under inert atmosphere up to around 300 °C. For all synthesized copolyesters, the PLA blocks were unable to crystallize, mainly due to racemization reactions taking place during L-lactide ROP. Both, PHT and PHF blocks were able to crystallize and their thermal and structural properties (Tm, Tc, Xc and lamellar thickness) were independent on PLA content until its concentration was very high and topological restrictions difficulted crystallization. According to SAXS, most copolymers were found to be miscible in the melt. Both PLA-b-PHT-b-PLA or PLA-b-PHF-b-PLA triblock copolymers showed a single Tg indicating that the components are miscible in the amorphous state.The POLYMAT/UPV/EHU team would like to acknowledge funding from MINECO through project: MAT2017-83014-C2-1-P, and from ALBA synchrotron facility.
