Wilson loops correlators in defect SYM
We consider the correlator of two concentric circular Wilson loops with equal
radii for arbitrary spatial and internal separation at strong coupling within a
defect version of SYM. Compared to the standard Gross-Ooguri
phase transition between connected and disconnected minimal surfaces, a more
complicated pattern of saddle-points contributes to the two-circles correlator
due to the defect's presence. We analyze the transitions between different
kinds of minimal surfaces and their dependence on the setting's numerous
parameters.Comment: 33 pages, 18 figures, published versio
Hyperbolicity and exponential convergence of the Lax–Oleinik semigroup
AbstractFor a convex superlinear Lagrangian L:TM→R on a compact manifold M it is known that there is a unique number c such that the Lax–Oleinik semigroup Lt+ct:C(M,R)→C(M,R) has a fixed point. Moreover for any u∈C(M,R) the uniform limit u˜=limt→∞Ltu+ct exists. In this paper we assume that the Aubry set consists in a finite number of periodic orbits or critical points and study the relation of the hyperbolicity of the Aubry set to the exponential rate of convergence of the Lax–Oleinik semigroup
Bosonic -deformed Background
We build the bosonic -deformed background
generated by an -matrix that satisfies the modified classical Yang-Baxter
equation. In a special limit we find that it is the gravity dual of the
noncommutative ABJM theory.Comment: 13 pages, added comments in sections 1, 4 and 5; added references

total.Determine the level of stress triggered in times of COVID-19 in
patients treated at the Antenor Orrego Private University Stomatological Center
in 2019.
Material and method: The study was Descriptive and Observational, consisting
of a total of 172 patients of legal age, who were treated at the Stomatological
Center of the Antenor Orrego Private University, who were evaluated through the
stress reactivity index (IRE), using the use of virtual questionnaires by the google
forms platform. The information was processed using frequency distribution
tables, contingency or double entry tables and statistical bar graphs.
Results: It was found that the stress level of most of the respondents was low,
being represented by 52%. According to gender, low stress level was also the
most common in both men and women. And according to the age group, the low
stress level was also the most common in the 3 age groups (from 18 to 25 years
old, from 26 to 55 years old and over 56 years old).
Conclusion: The stress level of the majority is low, representing 52% of the total.Tesi
The Pisque river basin in Ecuador has a high presence of the floricultural industry, hence the aim of the research is to estimate the losses of pesticides that enter the river water through sources such as surface runoff, contact with the ground, permeate of a previous runoff or by infiltration, and that can be measured in the final channel of the Pisque river before its mouth. In order to know the pesticides used, surveys have been carried out with flower producers. The measurements were made in the Granobles and Guachalá rivers, the two tributaries of the Pisque river; and at two separate points on the same river Pisque, one immediately after the conjunction between the two tributaries and a point before their mouth to the next river. The flow gauges were monthly from June 2018 to May 2019. As a sampling method, SPMD and POCIS passive devices were used during the three dry months, from June to August 2018. To obtain the retention rates of the passive devices, a calibration with the pesticides was carried out in the laboratory through a hydrodynamic channel. Twenty-four main active ingredients were identified from the surveys, mostly compounds with Type III and Type IV toxicities. According to the results of the model, the fluvial load of pesticides in surface waters was 2,982.24 Kg between the months of June 2018 to May 2019, with environmental degradation of various compounds along the stretch of the river.
In recent years, Latin America has not only experienced economic growth, but has also had to face a trend toward primarization of the economy, deindustrialization, and the increase in assembly plants and assembly plants. A classic geopolitical analysis would reveal that the problem lies in the inability of their rulers to manage the states, whatever their political position. Ethical reasoning like these is not enough to achieve a pragmatic change in reality; reason for which, the present work tries to realize the analysis from the method of the historical materialism and the ecological economy. For this, in the first place, the historical and epistemological character of capitalism is revealed, with which categories can be identified that go beyond the selfish tendency of “homo economicus”. Second, the conceptual similarities between dialectical materialism and ecological economics have been expressed, which incorporates new epistemes that recognize the value that nature has for life, something that neoclassical environmental economics has not achieved. For this, techniques of analysis of society-nature metabolism are used, which shows how Latin America's participation in the world economy has been as a supplier of raw materials since colonial times; and how, in turn, nature has dialectically determined the region materially at its economic and social levels; continuing and accentuating this trend even during times of economic growth.
