    REFLECTION OF LABOR MARKET INTERESTS AND EXPECTATIONS IN EDUCATIONAL ORDER FOR CONTEMPORARY SCHOOL

    Purpose of the study: The main objective of the study was the analysis of key labor market request content for the secondary education system, the level of employers' expectations compliance and actual learning outcomes, the research of resources and partnership interaction limitations of all interesting subjects in the process of an educational order development. Methodology: The main method was the questionnaire survey of experts (individual entrepreneurs, the heads of industrial and structural divisions) of Moscow (N = 316). The results of the expert survey showed the interest of employers in close cooperation with school in order to reflect the interests of the labor market in the educational order adequately. Results: The most motivated group is a small business, the leaders of the lowest level in the sphere of trade and service, who directly interact with the school graduates in the process of their early start of labor activity. The experts noted the problems in the development of the social competencies among schoolchildren: excessive self-esteem, an excessive level of claims, low level of willingness to work in a team, the lack of such qualities as responsiveness and responsibility. The cooperation between school and employers is limited to traditional sponsorship practices. The interaction of employers and educational institutions is quite fragmentary, it depends on a variety of random factors (personal and situational motives), which does not ensure the stability and the effectiveness of social partnership. Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students.     The Stellar Population and Orbit of the Galactic Globular Cluster Palomar 3

Deep stellar photometry of one of the most distant Galactic globular clusters, Palomar 3, based on frames taken with the VLT in Johnson–Cousins broadband V and I filters is presented, together with medium-resolution stellar spectroscopy in the central region of the cluster obtained with the CARELEC spectrograph of the Observatoire de Haute Provence and measurements of the Lick spectral indices for the integrated spectrum. Computations of the orbital parameters of Palomar 3 and nine Galactic globular clusters with similar metallicities and ages are also presented. The orbital parameters, age, metallicity, and distance of Palomar 3 are estimated. The interstellar absorption is consistent with and supplements values fromthe literature. The need to obtainmore accurate data on the propermotions, ages, and chemical compositions of the cluster stars to elucidate the origin of this globular cluster is emphasized

    Short ORF-Dependent Ribosome Shunting Operates in an RNA Picorna-Like Virus and a DNA Pararetrovirus that Cause Rice Tungro Disease

    Rice tungro disease is caused by synergistic interaction of an RNA picorna-like virus Rice tungro spherical virus (RTSV) and a DNA pararetrovirus Rice tungro bacilliform virus (RTBV). It is spread by insects owing to an RTSV-encoded transmission factor. RTBV has evolved a ribosome shunt mechanism to initiate translation of its pregenomic RNA having a long and highly structured leader. We found that a long leader of RTSV genomic RNA remarkably resembles the RTBV leader: both contain several short ORFs (sORFs) and potentially fold into a large stem-loop structure with the first sORF terminating in front of the stem basal helix. Using translation assays in rice protoplasts and wheat germ extracts, we show that, like in RTBV, both initiation and proper termination of the first sORF translation in front of the stem are required for shunt-mediated translation of a reporter ORF placed downstream of the RTSV leader. The base pairing that forms the basal helix is required for shunting, but its sequence can be varied. Shunt efficiency in RTSV is lower than in RTBV. But in addition to shunting the RTSV leader sequence allows relatively efficient linear ribosome migration, which also contributes to translation initiation downstream of the leader. We conclude that RTSV and RTBV have developed a similar, sORF-dependent shunt mechanism possibly to adapt to the host translation system and/or coordinate their life cycles. Given that sORF-dependent shunting also operates in a pararetrovirus Cauliflower mosaic virus and likely in other pararetroviruses that possess a conserved shunt configuration in their leaders it is tempting to propose that RTSV may have acquired shunt cis-elements from RTBV during their co-existence

    Twenty-year changes in the clinical and echocardiographic characteristics of patients with early postinfarction remodeling after primary ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

    Aim. To compare structural and functional left ventricular (LV) changes in the early period of myocardial infarction (MI) within 20 years on the basis of the Emergency Cardiology Department of the Cardiology Research Institute (Tomsk).Material and methods. The study included two groups of patients who were treated at different periods of time with an interval of 20 years. Group 1 included 83 patients who had ST-segment elevation MI (STEMI) in 1997-1999, while group 2 — 83 patients with STEMI from 2019-2020. Echocardiography was performed during the first 72 hours from hospitalization and on the 7-10th day. Depending on the increase in LV end-diastolic volume (EDV) by >15% by the 7-10th day, the patients were divided into 2 subgroups: with remodeling (LVR+) and without remodeling (LVR-).Results. Patients of the 2nd group were older, with a larger proportion of females and with a high incidence of risk factors for coronary artery disease compared with patients of the 1st group. In the early postinfarction period among patients of the 2nd group, acute LV aneurysm, early postinfarction angina and Dressler syndrome developed less frequently. The proportion of adverse LV remodeling in patients of the 1st group was higher (32,8% vs 17%), and while the percentage of reverse remodeling was lower (10% vs 24%), p<0,05. Comparison of the absolute values of LV EDV, end-systolic volume (ESV) and ejection fraction (EF) at baseline and after 7 days, as well as their increase showed higher intensity of post-infarction remodeling in group 1 patients. In patients of the 1st group, there was a progression of LV remodeling (Me ΔEDV — 12,2%) with a deterioration in LV contractility by the 7th day (Me ΔESV — 14%), while in patients of the 2nd group during the first 7 days of MI, there were more stable LV EDV and ESV (p>0,05) and an increase in LVEF (p=0,03) before discharge.Conclusion. In the present era of primary percutaneous coronary intervention and pharmacological treatment of MI, early adverse LV remodeling develops less frequently and is characterized by less pronounced left heart dilatation

    Obesity and overweight tend to increase in prevalence in the whole world. Obese people have a higher incidence of cardiovascular diseases, stroke, osteoarthritis, diabetes mellitus and reproductive system diseases. This is especially evident in women. Hormonal imbalances is developed among obese women in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, typically there are menstruation disorders, anovulation and female infertility. Adipose tissue is an endocrine organ, with an intricate role in bioactive molecules secrete, in particularly adipokines, which interact differently with a variety of molecular pathways, contribute to the development of insulin resistance, inflammation, hypertension, increased risk of cardiovascular events, disorders of blood clotting, differentiation and maturation of oocytes. In addition, women with obesity and metabolic syndrome have problems with conception at the endometrial level often, a significantly higher risk of having a miscarriage, and worse assisted reproductive technology outcomes. Obesity has negative effects on the endometrium in non-pregnant women, it is increasing the risk of abnormal uterine bleeding. Hormones derived from adipose tissue could be affected on the  function of  the uterus/endometrium and, consequently, affect the amount of menstrual blood loss. Contradictory results are observed in patients with endometriosis. The correlation of body mass index to the risk of endometriosis has not been proven in clinical studies, but there was a direct relationship between the severity of endometriosis and a high body mass index. The review presents possible relationships of diseases of the reproductive system with obesity and overweight, determining their development and pathogenesis of disorders of the formation of the functions of reproductive organs

    Импульсный режим воздействия полупроводникового лазера с длиной волны 445 нм в фонохирургии: экспериментальное исследование

    The study presents the results of an experimental study devoted to the choice of the most optimal mode of pulsed contact laser exposure of semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 445 nm in phonosurgery, which implies maximum preservation of anatomically and functionally significant structures of the larynx combined with a radical approach to the pathological process. From the standpoint of the mucoundular theory of voice formation, wave-like oscillations of the vocal folds are possible due to the mobility of the cover layer of the vocal fold (epithelium, superficial layer of the lamina propria) relative to its body (deep layer of the lamina propria, vocal muscle). Thus, any injury at the level of the integumentary layer is associated with the risk of excessive scarring and loss of the ability to wave-like sliding. Pig vocal folds, according to a number of authors, have a structure similar to human ones in terms of both histological structure and acoustic parameters, which justifies the rationality of their use as an experimental model. In a series of experiments using a 445 nm laser, contact pulsed impacts on a biological model were carried out with pulse durations of 10, 20, 50, and 100 ms, followed by evaluation of the following parameters based on the data of histological sections: the depth and width of the ablation crater, the width of the zone of lateral thermal damage. Thus, the most optimal for phonosurgical interventions modes of pulsed laser exposures with a wavelength of 445 nm are described.В работе представлены результаты экспериментального исследования, посвященного выбору наиболее оптимального режима импульсного контактного лазерного воздействия полупроводникового лазера с длиной волны 445 нм в хирургии голосовых складок (фонохирургии). Эндоларингеальная фонохирургия подразумевает собой максимальную сохранность анатомически и функционально значимых структур гортани в сочетании с радикальностью в отношении патологического процесса. С позиции мукоундулярной теории голосообразования волнообразные колебания голосовых складок возможны за счет подвижности покровного слоя голосовой складки (эпителий, поверхностный слой собственной пластинки) относительно ее тела (глубокий слой собственной пластинки, голосовая мышца). Таким образом, любая травматизация на уровне покровного слоя сопряжена с риском его избыточного рубцевания и потерей способности к волнообразному скольжению. Голосовые складки свиньи, по данным ряда авторов, имеют схожее строение с человеческими как по гистологическому строению (толщина слоев, соотношение коллагеновых и эластических волокон), так и по акустическим параметрам, что обосновывает рациональность их использования в качестве экспериментальной модели. В серии экспериментов с использованием лазера 445 нм проведены контактные импульсные воздействия на биологическую модель с длительностью импульсов 10, 20, 50 и 100 мс с последующей оценкой по данным гистологических срезов следующих параметров: глубина и ширина кратера абляции, ширина зоны бокового термического повреждения. Таким образом, описаны наиболее оптимальные для фонохирургических вмешательств режимы импульсных воздействий лазера с длиной волны 445 нм
