Business und Macht in den russlaendischen Regionen

'Der vorliegende Bericht untersucht die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Macht und Geschaeftswelt auf foederaler und regionaler Ebene. Er analysiert die verschiedenen Modelle dieser Zusammenarbeit und untersucht die Allianzen, die sich zwischen den politischen und wirtschaftlichen Akteuren herausbilden. Das Studium wissenschaftlicher Literatur, die Analyse von unabhaengigen Experteninformationen, die Content-Analyse der Presse, die Verfolgung wichtiger Ereignisse des politischen und wirtschaftlichen Lebens der Gesellschaft ermoeglichen der Autorin, die politischen Strategien der grossen Korporationen und die Formen ihrer Zusammenarbeit mit der Macht zu rekonstruieren. Ferner wendet die Autorin die von ihr mitentwickelte Methode der 'multidimensionalen Analyse' an, die es ihr erlaubt, das Problem der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Business und Macht gleichzeitig in zwei Ebenen zu sehen - von aussen und von innen. Zu diesem Zweck fuehrte sie eine Serie von Interviews mit Vertretern des kleinen und mittleren Business in den drei Regionen Moskau, Twer und Nowgorod.' (Textauszug)'The present report studies the co-operation between political power and the business world at the federal and regional levels. It analyses the various models of this co-operation and examines the alliances emerging between the political and the business players. Having studied the learned literature, analysed information from independent experts, performed contents analyses on the press, and followed up major events in society's political and economic life has enabled the author to re-construct the political strategies of the large corporations and the forms of their co-operation with the powers. Using the method of 'multi-dimensional analysis', in whose development she was herself materially involved, the author is able to view the problem of co-operation between business and power in two directions at the same time - from the outside and from the inside. For this purpose she conducted a series of interviews with representatives of small and medium-sized business in the three regions of Moscow, Tver and Novgorod.'
