    Latar Belakang: Indoesia merupakan negara yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19 secara langsung. Dengan adanya kasus tersebut, maka kegiatan sosialisasi sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan agar masyarakat memiliki wawasan terkait pentingnya menjaga protokol kesehatan dan mau melakukan vaksinasi selama pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung. Metode: Metode penelitian ini yaitu pemaparan secara langsung kepada ibu-ibu senam dengan media poster. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan warga akan pencegahan dan gejaja terbaru COVID-19. Hal ini dibutktikan dengan hasil pretest dan posttest yang mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan yaitu ditunjukkan dengan hasil Uji Wilcoxon kurang dari 0,05 (0,001) dengan nilai rata- rata pretest (50,5) dan posttest (92,5). Kesimpulan: berdasarkan intervensi dengan jumlah peserta sosialisasi Covid-19 yaitu 30 peserta dan telah memenuhi target peserta

    Determinants of Job Performance among Nurses at Pku Muhammadiyah Hospital, Yogyakarta

    Background: Nurses are critical to the delivery of high-quality, efficient care. Evidences from previous studies show that hospital nurses and staff, supported by leadership, can be actively involved in improving both the quality and the efficiency of hospital care. This study aimed to examine determinants of job performance among nurses at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Yogyakarta. Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Yogyakarta, from April to June 2018. A sample of 203 nurses was selected for this study by simple random sampling. The dependent variable was job performance. The independence variables were motivation, skill, tenure, and motivation. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression. Results: Nurse job performance increased with skill (OR= 5.70; 95% CI= 0.93 to 3.72; p<0.001), tenure (OR= 2.04; 95% CI= 1.07 to 3.88; p= 0.030), and motivation (OR= 1.87; 95% CI= 0.93 to 3.72; p= 0.079). The study was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Yogyakarta, from April to June 2018. A sample of 203 nurses was selected for this study by simple random sampling. The dependent variable was work performance. The independent variables were motivation, skill, tenure, and motivation. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis.Results: Work performance was directly improved with better skill (b=1.74; 95%CI= 1.07 to 2.41; p<0.001), longer tenure (b=0.71; 95%CI= 0.07 to 1.35; p= 0.003), and stronger motivation (b=-0.62; 95%CI= -0.07 to 1.31; p= 0.079). Work performance was indirectly affected by satisfaction.     Factors Related to Employer Health Insurance Contribution During COVID-19 Epidemic in Indonesia

    The COVID-19 pandemic impacted all sectors of the world, including business. In fact, the employer faced a collapse, and many employees were determined. Another issue is health insurance, which might change before and during the pandemic. The objective of this study was to examine the factors associated with the employer’s contribution to health insurance during COVID-19. The secondary data, “Rapid Gender Assessment Survey 2021”, was used on 239 employees in Indonesia. The dependent variable in this study was employer contribution to health insurance during the pandemic (yes or no) and the main independent variable was employer contribution before the pandemic. Other sociodemographic variables were also included in the model as controls. This study used univariate, bivariate, and multivariate (binary logistic regression). The result of this study revealed that employers who contributed to health insurance before the pandemic tend to contribute again to health insurance during the pandemic. This study also reviews the legal law, including regulations about national health insurance and employment. The government’s intention is needed to ensure the rights of employees are well realized.

    The Relationship Of Patient Satisfaction With Loyalty Of Outpatients In PKUMuhammadiyah Hospital In DIY

    Background: Service is an effort made by the employee to fulfill his customers' wishes with the services to be provided. Satisfaction is one indicator of the quality of service that we provided and patient satisfaction is a capital to get more patients and to get loyal patients. Customer loyalty is determined by the quality of service that shapes the patient's satisfaction resulting in an impact on hospital image and patient confidence. This research aims to.Objective: find out the relationship between service decision and customer loyalty in Muhammadiyah PKU hospital in DIYMethodology: This research type included quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at three PKU hospitals in Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this research amounted to 300 respondents who are patients at the hospital PKU Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta. The data analysis is used uni-variate and bivariate analysis using chi-squaretest.Result: The results showed that out of 300 respondents studied, respondents who were less satisfied with the services of PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in Yogyakarta were 193 (64.3%) and respondents who were satisfied with the service of PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in Yogyakarta were 107 (35.7%), respondents who were not loyal to the service of PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in Yogyakarta were 98 (32.7%) and respondents who were loyal to the service of PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in Yogyakarta were 202 (67.3%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that p-value α (0.001 <0.05), so it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected which meant that there was a relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty in PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in DIY.Conclusion:The level of satisfaction of PKU hospital patients showed that more patients areless satisfied with the higher service compared to patients who are satisfied with the Service, the level of patients who are loyal to the higher service than patients who are not loyal. There is a relationship of patient satisfaction with patient loyalty

    In Indonesia, the prevalence of adolescence smokers is increasing a lot. The situation might be worse during the epidemiological transition. This study aims to estimate the sociodemographic factors related to tobacco use (light, moderate, and heavy) among adolescent in school age in Indonesia. This cross-sectional study used the raw data from the secondary data of Indonesia GYTS (Global Youth of Tobacco Survey) 2019. This study only included the 9,992 adolescent smokers in school age as the sample. School was selected based on the proportional probability based on the number of students. The class was selected by random sampling method and the student in that class were eligible to join the survey. This current study only selected those who smoked at the time of survey. The univariate, bivariate (Chi-square and t-test), and multivariate (ordinal logistic regression) has been tested in this study. The prevalence of current tobacco uses among adolescent in Indonesia in 2019 was 19.2%. The determinants of current tobacco use mostly related money pocket, having products with cigarettes logo, and can purchase near the school.
