Pengaruh Struktur Modal terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pertanian yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia

This study discusses the effect of capital structure on the performance of agricultural companies listed in the Indonesian Islamic stock index. This study aims to determine how the influence of short-term debt and long-term debt (Short-term Debt and Longterm Debt) on company performance (Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin). The results showed that long-term debt and short-term debt affect the company's performance, but the percentage of short-term debt and long-term debt can not be used as a measure to assess the company's performance is good or bad, because there are companies that have short and long-term debt but it is able to produce a fairly good performance, and vice versa when the short-term debt and long-term debt of the company has a high percentage does not guarantee the company will perform well. One of the things that makes the percentage of the company's capital structure does not significantly affect company performance is market share. This happened because at that time the market segmentation did not support the sale of the company's products, so the company could suffer losses (Profit Loss)

Analisis Peningkatan Daya Saing Produk Melalui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (Studi pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Bone)

This study aims to find out (1) how is the position of BPJS Health Bone Branch product competitiveness from five Branch Offices in South Sulawesi over the past three years? (2) how is the role of Human Resources BPJS Branch Bone Management in an effort to improve the position of product competitiveness?. Based on the objectives of the above research, the type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting the required data. The collected data is then processed using the Descriptive Analysis analysis method. The results of the study show the position of Branch Bone BPJS Health product competitiveness from 2014-2016 has never occupied the first position of the five Branch Offices in South Sulawesi, but has increased in 2015 from third to second and in 2016 still in second place. And the role of Human Resource BPJS Kesehatan Bone management in an effort to support increased product competitiveness is divided into three roles: (1) Role of Administration, namely by implementing competency-based performance management system applications in every employee activity, (2) Operational Role, namely many are oriented towards training and development as well as employee competency systems which can be seen from a number of training activities that are always carried out by BPJS Health which leads to improving employee competencies, and (3) Strategic Roles, namely implementing talent management that aims to get employees with high employment

The Use of Language Elements in the Creation of Coherences in Discourse

Good discourse has a coherence that binds statements involved in it based on logical thinking. In a coherent discourse, the reader finds the order thoughts which is clearly the tip of the base as a form of the regular mode of thinking of the author. Coherence is the final character of writing that reflects the perfection of the author in controlling his or her way of thinking in order to realize a discourse. Coherence in discourse can be seen primarily as the sentences involved in it are intertwined each other and the ideas flow smoothly. One sentence relation to another sentence or the smooth movement of ideas in discourse is formed by the use of certain language elements as a grammatical form that embodies the cohesiveness of a discourse. The language elements, in this case, are transitional words/phrases, pronouns, and repetitions of keywords. The use of these elements is quite important in constructing sentences that mesh and flow logically in a discourse. It also happens between a paragraph one and another paragraph in a discourse, the elements of language is a bridge that is vital for the transition of thoughts or ideas in a writer's writings

Implementasi Etika Bisnis Islami Bagi Pengusaha Terhadap Pelanggan Di Toko Seragam Sekolah di Pusat Grosir Butung Makassar

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics values and the impact felt by school uniform entrepreneurs when implementing Islamic business ethics in their business. There are several principles in Islamic business ethics which consist of the principles of Tawheed, the Principles of Siddiq (Honesty), the principles of Amanah (Trust), the Principles of Tablig, and the principle of Fathanah (Intelligence). The result of this study is that Business Ethics in the Butung Wholesale Market Center environment is not fully in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Traders still give blank notes to customers who ask for harm to others, but out of that, the principles applied by businessmen at Butung Wholesale Center have fulfilled the nature that God and His Messenger implanted. As for what is included in Islamic Business Ethics include the Tauhid Principle which is channeled through zakat expenditure and trade sincerity, the Shiddiq Principle is reflected in the attitude of traders who do not multiply prices in buying and selling, and provide freedom for buyers to choose. The principle of Amanah, in the form of achieving optimal service as a form of gratitude to consumers. The Tabligh principle applied by traders includes communicating with friendliness, and establishing friendship with business partners and consumers. The Fathanah principle is reflected in its intelligence in acquiring and retaining customers

SOSIALISASI KETERAMPILAN SISWA SMP DALAM MEMPRODUKSI TEKS BERGENRE CERITA KEPADA GURU BAHASA INDONESIA Se-KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk menyosialisasikan sejumlah temuan pada penelitian tahun 2018 yang terkait dengan praktik mengajar guru bahasa Indonesia pada materi yang terkait dengan teks cerita. Beberapa  di antara temuan yang dianggap penting untuk disosialisasikan yaitu tidak semua bentuk hasil mengarang siswa dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam kelompok teks narasi. Sosialisasi atas hasil penelitian ini dianggap penting untuk menyadarkan guru-guru di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah agar lebih cermat dalam menilai produksi teks siswa yang dikumpulkan sebagai teks narasi. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi, guru diberi angket untuk menjajaki pengalaman mereka mengajar teks narasi, kemudian diberi paparan mengenai pengalaman pembelajaran teks di Kota Mataram, lalu guru diberi penjelasan mengenai model pembelajaran teks narasi yang lebih berhasil dengan menggunakan LKPD

Comparison of Expression of God in Poems Written by Amir Hamzah, Chairil Anwar and Sutardji Calzoum Bachri

God becomes the search for religious people. This search is expressed in the form of books, songs, movies, or even in the form of literary works. The individual poets express God in poetry. There is a difference between one poet and the other. In this study, therefore, we examine several issues: the expression of God in Amir Hamzah\u27s poem entitled Drop Back, the expression of God in Chairil Anwar\u27s poem entitled Prayer, the expression of God in the Sutardji Calzoum Bachri poem entitled Amuk, and the comparison of expression on God in the poems of the poets. This research is qualitative with descriptive nature. In this case, data collection is done by library method and documentation technique. Further data analysis is done with the application of Roland Barthes semiotics theory, namely the principle of signifier (sign), signified (signified), and meaning (signification). This analysis begins by splitting the data in the form of fragments that are arbitrarily defined. Thereafter, the first or denotative meanings are determined by looking at the lexical meaning, and the meaning of the second or connotative level is determined by the search for a relation between marker and second level marker. By looking at the significance of the second level, the expression of God in the poetry of the poets in can be determined. Thus, the results of data analysis show things as follows. (1) Amir Hamzah expresses God with the fragment of your servant tongue, different, develops, spreads me up the ladder of captivity, and descends again. (2) Chairil Anwar expresses God with the fragments of prayer and at your door I knock. (3) Sutarjdi Calzoum Bachri expresses God with the fragments of my cat and se There is mmmmMu! (4) Amir Hamzah expressing God as a supreme substance and he resisted such ideas as manunggaling kusula gusti, Chairil Anwar expressed God as the only place to get the feeling of "coming home or returning" to be a person who surrendered to the greatness of God\u27s grace, while Sutarjdi Calzoum Bachri expressed God as a substance that can only be found with submission to Him

PENDAMPINGAN PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS BAGI ANGGOTA MGMP BAHASA INDONESIA DI KOTA MATARAM

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk mendampingi guru bahasa Indonesia jenjang SMP di Kota Mataram menyusun laporan penelitian tindakan kelas. Sejumlah guru yang terkumpul dalam kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran menyampaikan kesulitan mereka dalam menyusun laporan PTK. Demi mengikuti kebijakan Rektor Universitas Mataram terkait pembelajaran di era pandemi Covid-19, kegiatan yang tadinya dirancang untuk dilaksanakan di sekolah mitra dengan melibatkan MGMP Kota Mataram, akhirnya dibatasai hanya untuk menyasar guru-guru di sekolah mitra melalui pola pendampingan secara daring. Pendampingan secara daring diatur sedemikian rupa agar tahapan penyampaian materi segera ditindaklanjuti dengan presentasi kemajuan PTK guru-guru sesuai dengan tahapan latihan yang diprogramkan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dua belas guru yang mengikuti program ini antusias mengikuti pendampingan, mulai dari tahap pengenalan konsep PTK, latihan mengidentifikasi masalah, menganalisis masalah, merumuskan masalah, menyusun latar belakang, menyusun teori, menyusun metode, hingga mempersiapkan instrumen untuk pelaksanaan PTK

SOSIALIASASI HASIL EVALUASI KONTEKS PENGEMBANGAN RPS DI PROGRAM STUDI S-1 PENDIDIKAN BAHASA DAN SASTRA INDONESIA FKIP UNRAM

Pengabdian ini difokuskan untuk menyosialisasikan hasil evaluasi konteks penyusunan RPS di Program Studi S-1 Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP UNRAM. Sasarannya dosen-dosen Pendidikan Bahasa dan Satra Indonesia. Materi sosialisasi disampaikan pada saat rapat penawaran matakuliah. Pilihan waktu sosialisasi tersebut didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa saat paling tepat untuk menginformasikan situasi yang dihadapi oleh program studi dalam upaya pengembangan RPS. Materi sosialisasi bersumber dari hasil penelitian terhadap kendala yang dihadapi oleh program studi dalam program pengembangan RPS. Ada lima materi yang disampaikan dalam sosialisasi yaitu (1) situasi yang sedang dihadapi oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Unram; (2) hasil pengumpulan informasi terkait tujuan pengembangan RPS yang wajar dan televan dengan lingkungan FKIP Unram; (3) status dokumen RPS yang sedang dikembangkan di Program Studi annyaà Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Unram; (4) kekurangan yang teridentifikasi dalam pelaksanaan program pengembangan RPS di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Unram; (5) kekuatan dan keunggulan Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Unram
