A Comparative Multimodal Discourse Analysis of the Consumer Touch Points Image of Chinese and US Tea Enterprises Based on Corpus on the Amazon Platform

    Get PDF
On Amazon’s cross-border e-commerce platform, tea products are iconic commodities that account for a relatively large amount of exports between China and the US, and play an important role in the foreign trade market, while the e-commerce development of tea enterprises is also of great significance to the construction of the national agricultural economy. This paper mainly takes the product promotion information of 20 Chinese and US tea enterprises on the Amazon platform as an example, and uses multimodal discourse analysis theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the three promotion forms of text, pictures and videos. With the support of the above two theories, the paper aims to interpret the characteristics of the consumer touch points image expressed in the product promotion messages of Chinese and US tea enterprises, so as to provide reference for cross-border tea enterprises in the field of e-commerce marketing and international competition

A program for the Bayesian Neural Network in the ROOT framework

We present a Bayesian Neural Network algorithm implemented in the TMVA package, within the ROOT framework. Comparing to the conventional utilization of Neural Network as discriminator, this new implementation has more advantages as a non-parametric regression tool, particularly for fitting probabilities. It provides functionalities including cost function selection, complexity control and uncertainty estimation. An example of such application in High Energy Physics is shown. The algorithm is available with ROOT release later than 5.29.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figure

Kinetics of the decomposition reaction of phosphorite concentrate

    Get PDF
Apatite is the raw material, which is mainly used in phosphate fertilizer, and part are used in yellow phosphorus, red phosphorus, and phosphoric acid in the industry. With the decrease of the high grade phosphorite lump, the agglomeration process is necessary for the phosphorite concentrate after beneficiation process. The decomposition behavior and the phase transformation are of vital importance for the agglomeration process of phosphorite. In this study, the thermal kinetic analysis method was used to study the kinetics of the decomposition of phosphorite concentrate. The phosphorite concentrate was heated under various heating rate, and the phases in the sample heated were examined by the X-ray diffraction method. It was found that the main phases in the phosphorite are fluorapatiteCa5(PO4)3F, quartz SiO2,and dolomite CaMg(CO3)2.The endothermic DSC peak corresponding to the mass loss caused by the decomposition of dolomite covers from 600°C to 850°C. The activation energy of the decomposition of dolomite, which increases with the increase in the extent of conversion, is about 71.6~123.6kJ/mol. The mechanism equation for the decomposition of dolomite agrees with the Valensi equation and G-B equation

Research on isolation property of prestressed thick rubber bearings

    Get PDF
To overcome the shortages of current laminated rubber bearings (RB), a new kind of isolator called Prestressed Rubber Bearing (PRB) is presented in this paper, which is invented by appropriately amplifying the thickness of rubber layers in conventional RB and employing prestress tendons. Based on the experimental study, a modified formula for vertical stiffness of PRB is established. Then the nonlinear analytical model for PRB’s horizontal stiffness is developed and the corresponding formulas are derived. Through the response history analysis of structures, the isolation capacities of PRBs are investigated. The results show that the horizontal stiffness of PRB is variable with the displacment. PRB not only has effective isolation capacity as conventional RBs but also has the favorable capacity of horizontal displacement limitation and vertical up resistance

Bayesian Inference of Supernova Neutrino Spectra with Multiple Detectors

We implement the Bayesian inference to retrieve energy spectra of all neutrinos from a galactic core-collapse supernova (CCSN). To achieve high statistics and full sensitivity to all flavours of neutrinos, we adopt a combination of several reaction channels from different large-scale neutrino observatories, namely inverse beta decay on proton and elastic scattering on electron from Hyper-Kamiokande (Hyper-K), charged current absorption on Argon from Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) and coherent elastic scattering on Lead from RES-NOVA. Assuming no neutrino oscillation or specific oscillation models, we obtain mock data for each channel through Poisson processes with the predictions, for a typical source distance of 10 kpc in our Galaxy, and then evaluate the probability distributions for all spectral parameters of theoretical neutrino spectrum model with Bayes' theorem. Although the results for either the electron-neutrinos or electron-antineutrinos reserve relatively large uncertainties (according to the neutrino mass hierarchy), a precision of a few percent (i.e., ±1%∼±4%\pm 1 \% \sim \pm 4 \% at a credible interval of 2σ2 \sigma) is achieved for primary spectral parameters (e.g., mean energy and total emitted energy) of other neutrino species. Moreover, the correlation coefficients between different parameters are computed as well and interesting patterns are found. Especially, the mixing-induced correlations are sensitive to the neutrino mass hierarchy, which potentially makes it a brand new probe to determine the neutrino mass hierarchy in the detection of galactic supernova neutrinos. Finally, we discuss the origin of such correlation patterns and perspectives for further improvement on our results.Comment: 24 pages, 7 figures, 4 table

    N′-Benzoyl-N-tert-butyl-2-chloro-N′-{[3-(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)-2-nitriminoimidazolidin-1-yl]sulfanyl}benzohydrazide

In the title compound, C27H27Cl2N7O4S, the amide groups bearing the N—S group and the tert-butyl group have s–trans conformations. The steric size of the tert-butyl and [(6-chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]imidazolidin-2-ylidene groups cause the 2-chlorobenzoyl group and the benzyol group to be directed away from one another, forming a dihedral angle of 60.62 (17)°. The central N—N bond adopts a gauche conformation with a C—N—N—C torsion angle of −79.1 (2)°

AbstractThe effects of substrate temperature, source temperature and separation distance between the source and substrate on the growth rate of CdZnTe (CZT) films by Closed Space Sublimation (CSS) were systematically investigated. A maximum deposition rate of above 5μm/min was achieved with a source temperature of 650°C. The CZT films were heat treated by CdCl2 vapour in CSS system. The CdCl2 treatment on the structural and optical properties of CZT films was studied
