The basic principles of the younger generation upbringing were laid during the seminar period, which coincided in time with the pedagogical activity by M. Speransky. The success of Speransky’s pedagogical system is evidenced by the fact that he was invited as an educator to the royal family. Nature of S\bm{S}-wave NN\bm{NN} interaction and dibaryon production at nucleonic resonance thresholds

Phase shifts and inelasticity parameters for $NN$ scattering in the partial-wave channels ${}^3S_1$--${}^3D_1$ and ${}^1S_0$ at energies $T_{\rm lab}$ from zero to about 1 GeV are described within a unified $NN$ potential model assuming the formation of isoscalar and isovector dibaryon resonances near the $NN^*(1440)$ threshold. Evidence for these near-threshold resonances is actually found in the recent WASA experiments on single- and double-pion production in $NN$ collisions. There, the excitation of the Roper resonance $N^*(1440)$ exhibits a structure in the energy dependence of the total cross section, which corresponds to the formation of dibaryon states with $I(J^\pi)=0(1^+)$ and $1(0^+)$ at the $NN^*(1440)$ threshold. These two $S$-wave dibaryon resonances may provide a new insight into the nature of the strong $NN$ interaction at low and intermediate energies.Comment: 10 pages, 8 figure

Insurance Protection of Agricultural Producers of Ukraine: A Review of Insurance Companies and Products

The article is aimed at analyzing the work of insurance companies in the agricultural insurance market, evaluating their services for insurance protection of agricultural producers and studying the State’s efforts in supporting farmers in the sphere of agricultural insurance. In the course of the study, it is defined that the current system of agricultural insurance is unsatisfactory, and every year regressive processes are observed in the agricultural insurance market. The low demand for agricultural insurance in Ukraine is associated with the high cost of the service, limited choice of counter-parties, complexity of the insurance mechanism. The carried out analysis of the work of insurers in the agricultural insurance market indicates their partial participation in this type of insurance: for example, out of 64 insurers licensed for agricultural insurance, only less than a third provide services in this direction. As a result of the study of the line of insurance products for agricultural insurance, it is determined that complex and index insurance and insurance of animals and poultry are in great demand. It is found out that the extanrt system of agricultural insurance with the State support, even under the conditions of its functioning, would not have gained much popularity. The main reasons are a complex insurance mechanism, a one-time payment of 100% insurance premiums and the insecurity of the agricultural producer in obtaining the entire amount of subsidies belonging to him further on. In the future, in order to improve the situation in this industry, it is necessary to make certain amendments to the current legislation, which will revitalize the domestic sphere of agricultural insurance while providing confidence to agricultural producers in the continuity and reproduction of their output

Cellulases from Mycelial fungi <em>Penicillium verruculosum</em> as a Real Alternative to Trichoderma Enzymes in Industrial Hydrolysis of Cellulosic Biomass

Abstract The possibility of using the recipient strain Penicillium verruculosum B1-537 (ΔniaD) as a producer of laboratory and industrial enzymes was considered. The advantage of this strain is its ability to secrete a basic cellulase complex consisting of cellobiohydrolases, endoglucanases, and β-glucosidase, which exceeds in its hydrolytic ability the enzyme complex of Hypocrea (Trichoderma) strains. Using the expression system, the basic complex of cellulases of the recipient strain Piptochaetium verruculosum B1-537 (ΔniaD) was supplemented with new (booster) enzymes that are necessary to increase its hydrolytic activity. Enzyme preparations adapted to the processing of various types of renewable plant biomass were obtained
