Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to its improvement

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Agrospol Velká Bystřice s.r.o. during the years 2014 to 2018. The first part focuses on the particular financial concepts and financial analysis indicators. These theoretical knowledge is applied in the analytic part with the analysis of the current state itself. Based on the achieved results, the last part consists of suggested solutions that could lead to the improvement of the weaknesses in the financial area that the company has

Micropolutans in the water and possibilities of their removal

Ve vodách se nachází celé spektrum látek (tzv. mikropolutantů), které neumíkonvenční technologie v čistírnách odpadních vod odstranit, a tak je třeba hledatalternativní způsoby jejich odstraňování. Mikropolutanty se do vod dostávajíz bodových a plošných zdrojů. Protože jsou tyto látky často ve vodách zastoupenypouze v malých množstvích, je jejich analýza náročná. Nicméně analytické laboratornímetody se rychle rozvíjejí a umožňují detekci velmi nízkých koncentrací látek vevodním prostředí. Legislativa v tuto chvíli stanovuje seznam látek (tzv. endokrinníchdisruptorů), které jsou považovány za rizikové a je třeba je sledovat. Dosud není uvšech endokrinních disruptorů známa koncentrace, při které mají tyto látky negativníúčinky na lidský organismus. V této práci se zabývám výskytem endokrinníchdisruptorů ve vodě. Popisuji metody stanovení endokrinních disruptorů ve vodnímprostředí a možnosti jejich odstranění. Analyzuji situaci výskytu endokrinníchdisruptorů (zvláště pesticidů a farmak) ve vodách České republiky a diskutuji možnostieliminace těchto látek z životního prostředí.There is a wide range of substances (so-called micro-pollutants) that cannot beremoved by conventional technologies in sewage treatment plants, so alternative waysto remove them must be found. Micropollutants get into the water from spot andsurface sources. Because these substances are often only in small quantities in water,their analysis is demanding. However, analytical laboratory methods are rapidlyevolving to detect very low concentrations of substances in the aquatic environment.Legislation now sets out a list of substances (so-called endocrine disruptors) that areconsidered to be risky and should be monitored. Until now, it is not certain whichconcentrations of endocrine disruptors can have negative effects on the human body.In this paper I deal with the occurrence of endocrine disruptors in water. I describemethods of determination of endocrine disruptors in the aquatic environment andpossibilities of their elimination. I analyse the situation of endocrine disruptors(especially pesticides and pharmacies) in the waters of the Czech Republic and discussthe possibilities of eliminating these substances from the environment

Udržitelné podnikání představuje nový způsob řízení, při kterém se zohledňují nejen ekonomické, ale také environmentální, sociální a etické faktory, jehož cílem je jak dosažení dlouhodobého zisku, tak i přínosu pro společnost jako takovou a pro ochranu životního prostředí. V první části bude provedena rešerše literatury věnované problematice udržitelného podnikání, která by měla mimo jiné vymezit tento pojem a přinést odpověď na otázku, zda ''ekologie a podnikání'' jsou skutečně neslučitelné oblasti. V druhé části bude provedena analýza systému řízení ve společnosti Chateau Mcely s.r.o. se zaměřením na uplatňování principů udržitelného podnikání, a to především v oblasti environmentální a sociální, a následně vyhodnocení analýzy s návrhem doporučení pro další aktivity v oblasti udržitelného a odpovědného rozvoje podniku Chateau Mcely

Assessment of Selected Company Indicators Using Statistical Methods

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of selected financial indicators of the company STAVOČ spol. s r.o. using statistical methods in the years 2013–2020. In the theoretical part, financial indicators, time series analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis are defined. In the analytical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the analysis of selected financial indicators. Some financial indicators are then subjected to statistical analysis on which the prediction of values of indicators for the following two years is carried out or the dependency between the selected indicators is determined. In the last part of the thesis, measures leading to the improvement of the current economic situation of the company are suggested
