    The quality and the temperature of pond water is an important parameter that need to get attention in fish cultivation. Every type of fish has their own characteristic towards water condition and pond temperature.  The monitoring of water quality in cultivation pond is done manually and it takes a lot of time. The purpose of this research is to design web-based control system device and monitoring the quality of the water of fish cultivation pond including salinity, temperature and the hardness in real time using special application. This device design consists of salinity sensor, hardness sensor, and temperature sensor. Temperature can be controlled and monitored automatically on the application via computer/laptop. The result of this research is temperature drop by 0,1 oC on a 10 liters pond that takes 18 seconds, and to decrease the temperature of 1 oC takes 180 seconds (3 minutes). To raise the temperature of 0,1 oC takes 264 seconds or 4,4 minutes, and to raise the temperature of  1 oC takes 2640 seconds or 44 minutes. The percentage of error for sensor reading is ranged 2,4% - 3,9%

    Pada proses pembuburan kertas merupakan suatu proses penghancuran lembaran menjadi buburan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengetahui proses sensor dalam pembuburan kertas di Paper Machine (PM) dibagian rewinder. 2) Mengetahui hasil kekentalan pada pembuburan kertas dengan sensor yang disetting nilai Set-pointnya. 3) Menganalisa hasil penggunaan sensor yang digunakan pada proses pembuburan kertas di Paper Machine (PM) dibagian rewinder.  Adapun intruksi-intruksi yang diberikan pada mesin agar bekerja dalam proses pembuburan kertas yang disebut sebagai system logic control pada DCS untuk memberikan perintah dan mengeksekusi mesin dan actuator bekerja.  Metode pembahasan digunakan yaitu research and development . Hasil yang diperoleh me-nyesuaikan kekentalan pada proses pembuburan kertas dengan set point 4% sehingga kertas yang dibentuk akan sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan dan menghasilkan kertas yang baik, melalui alat  berupa consistency transmitter yang dipasang di tangki tempat buburan kertas. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan  jika nilai set point kurang dari 4% maka hasil akan kurang baik sedangkan dengan set point yaitu 4% maka hasil akan baik. &nbsp

    Observation cameras have been widely applied in various sectors of human life. Cameras are widely used for offices, schools, hospitals, and other public services. They are functioned as security, vehicle traffic monitor, and observation of a certain area. The use of the cameras as an observation is not only used on land but can also be used at sea and air. Areas which are dominated by oceans need to apply the right and effective surveillance cameras. Through this study, the cameras are designed for underwater observation. The cameras used are IP cameras which enable to be operated for surveillance systems up to dozens of meters below sea level. Underwater observation cameras also use an independent power supply through solar panels. Data delivery from cameras which are on the bottom of sea to users who are on land using a Wireless system in the form of a router located on sea surface. With addition of other supporting devices i.e. camera housing, and a computer/ a laptop, this research produces effective and efficient observation cameras. The absence of a device that can provide real time weather information for port systems and the departure of inter-island vessel ships that make the voyage less secure. The purpose of this study is to provide information related to weather conditions such as current direction, current velocity, wind direction, wind speed and wave height to the ship's captain and passenger ship. The toolkit consists of current velocity meter, wind speed gauge, current direction detection, wind direction detection and wave height meter. This inter-island information system device uses hall effect sensor and ultrasonic sensor. The sensor readings will be processed using Arduino Uno which is integrated with GSM Shield and then sent to the internet. Data residing on the internet will be monitored using Raspberry PI

The camera has been used monitoring device that helps human works easier, more effective and more efficient. The camera has been used for security, to monitoring a place, traffic monitoring and other similar function in various sectors of human activity. Even now, the camera has been integrated with computer system and other systems to create a sophisticated automation control and monitoring technology. The purpose of this research is to design an underwater monitoring camera system that can display good quality video of underwater objek which can be displayed and accessed via internet using Youtube application. The main component of this design consists high resolution waterproof camera, microtic device, and computer. The communiction media used to access the internet network of this device uses 3G/LTE cellular signal. This devise produces good quality underwater video. The farther the camera is placed in the sea, the less the lighting and it results blurred image and limited range of vision. Intisari Kamera saat ini merupakan perangkat yang sangat popular dan mudah dijumpai dalam berbagai aktifitas manusia. This resulted in a the delay in the delivery of information because it is manual. In this study, will be designed based automated electronic information system Raspberry Pi. Information will be sent using the telecommunications network are displayed alternately in the form of a slideshow. The results show that the system created the device can display information using the Raspberry Pi. The information is displayed in the form of pictures and a slideshow format on the monitor remotely

    This study aims to develop an information system for industry practices and web-based final project in the electrical engineering education department. This study has the following objectives: 1) knowing the development of industrial practice information systems and web-based final projects in the electrical engineering education department, 2) knowing the feasibility of industrial practice information systems and the web-based final project in the electrical engineering education department. The research method used is the method of research and development of the 4D model. There are 4 stages: 4: define, design, development, desseminate. Each stage in 4D development has sub stages, 1) define at this stage there are 5 stages namely initial analysis, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and goal specification. 2) design at this stage there are 4 stages, namely, making storyboards and flowcharts, determining content, compiling content, and creating layers. 3) development at this stage there are 2 stages, namely lecturer lecturer validation and media expert validation. 4) desseminate at this stage there are 2 stages, namely small-scale trials and large-scale trials. The results of this study are information systems for industry practices and web-based final projects. 85.3% of the large-scale trial results are included in the very feasible category. &nbsp

    Water content is the water content contained in the material and expressed in units of percent. Water content can affect the texture of fish and cause the development of bacteria in fish. In general, people only know the process of drying fish by looking at the texture of the fish while the water content found in fish is in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), which is 40%. The purpose of drying fish is by controlling the water content so that the fish can be dried in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The control system contained in this device uses a DS18B20 temperature sensor, loadcell sensor, relay, heating element, and cooling fan. The working principle of this device uses a heating element to reduce the water content or load on the fish and the cooling fan to remove the hot temperature from the cabinet which is controlled by a relay to regulate the temperature. The heater will be active when the temperature is less than 60°C and the cooling fan is not active, when the temperature is more than 60°C. The device will automatically stop the heater when the load value is smaller or equal to the value of the set point. Reduction of water content up to 40% according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) with a 250g fish load takes 1 hour 43 minutes, a 500g fish load for 3 hours 17 minutes, and a 1000kg fish load for 6 hours 25 minutes.     Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol PH Air pada Palka Ikan Muatan Hidup Menggunakan Mikrokontroler dan LabVIEW

    The live fish storege currently is not able to control the pH parameters of the water according to the fish's living environment. pH needs to be considered so that fish can survive. The purpose of this research is to design a system that can control the pH of water in fish hatch using a microcontroller and LabVIEW. The test is carried out on the hatch with dimensions of 90 cm x 65 cm x 50 cm. Monitoring changes in pH values in real time is done through LCD and LabVIEW. This device is equipped with an LED indicator that can indicate the condition of the relay outside of the LaBVIEW software. The difference in sensor readings designed with a standard measuring instrument is only around 0.05. The appearance process of the sensor reading value on the LCD and LabVIEW runs well with a response time reading of about 0.5 seconds and with a response time in controlling the relay about 0.3 seconds. Fish can survive using a control system designed during the testing process within 2x24 hours. The reading value from the sensor will be stored in real time as long as the LabVIEW software runs
