Diclofenac sodium is included in the class II category based on the biopharmaceutics classification system (BCS), sodium diclofenac has low solubility and high permeability. Low solubility will affect the absorption of drugs in the body because the rate of dissolution will decrease. Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP) K30 is an inert carrier that dissolves easily in water and can affect the solubility of an active drug substance. To know solid dispersion system increasing dissolution rate of sodium diclofenac by adding variations concentration of PVP K30. Solid dispersion uses a solvent method with variations concentration of PVP K30 1:3, 1:5, 1:7, and 1:9. Test physical properties of solid dispersions using a moisture test and compressibility. Solid dispersion dissolution test using type 2 dissolutions test and determination of concentration using UV-VIS spectrophotometry. Test results were analyzed using One Way ANOVA and continued test. Solid dispersion has a good physical whit moisture percentage not >5% and compressibility not >20%. Solid dispersion of sodium diclofenac with the addition of PVP K30 can increase dissolution rate compared to pure sodium diclofenac (p<0,05) with the highest ratio 1:7. Peranan Partai Demokrat Kota Banjarmasin Dalam Mewujudkan Pendidikan Politik Di Era Millenial

Generasi millenial pada era globalisasi ini kurang akan politik dan bahkan tidak ingin berkontribusi dalam hal politik sehingga banyak yang tidak mengetahui peranan partai politik khususnya partai Demokrat dalam mewujudkan pendidikan politik di kalangan millenial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peranan partai demokrat Kota Banjarmasin dalam mewujudkan pendidikan politik di era millenial. Riset ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 2 informan yaitu Ketua Harian Partai Demokrat Kalimantan Selatan dan anggota DPR Partai Demokrat Kota Banjarmasin. Data yang dipakai merupakan data primer didapat dari wawancara penulis dengan pihak Partai Demokrat Kota Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan data sekunder yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan studi pustaka. Analisa data yang dipakai ialah analisa kualitatif dengan pencabutan kesimpulan dengan cara induktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa untuk mencapai kesadaran politik di masyarakat khususnya millenial akan tercipta jika adanya pendidikan politik. Bentuk pendidikan politik Demokrat adalah ikut berpartisipasi dalam konferensi pers, kampanye politik ke daerah-daerah, talk show di TV maupun di radio, dan pidato- pidato politik diamati sebagai alat guna kampanye mengenai pendidikan politik terutama untuk masyarakat di Banjarmasin. HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN DALAM MENGHADAPI OSCE PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN ANGKATAN 2019

Abstrak: Hubungan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Dalam Menghadapi OSCE Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Angkatan 2019. Motivasi adalah dorongan penggerak dalam diri kita untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar untuk mencapai sesuatu. Jika seseorang memiliki keinginan dan kemauan yang tinggi untuk belajar, maka seseorang tersebut dapat mengendalikan kecemasan yang ada di dalam diri orang tersebut. Kecemasan adalah kondisi psikologis seseorang yang penuh dengan rasa takut dan khawatir akan sesuatu hal yang  belum pasti terjadi. Salah satu penyebab dari kecemasan adalah ujian OSCE di mana mahasiswa merasa khawatir dan takut tidak bisa mengerjakan ujian tersebut dengan baik. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi OSCE pada mahasiswa kedokteran Universitas Malahayati angkatan 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis analitik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode cross sectional, alat ukur dengan kuesioner MSLQ dan DASS. Serta menggunakan teknik total sampling. Didapatkan responden penelitian berjumlah 103 mahasiswa dengan motivasi belajar terbanyak pada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 64 orang (62.14%). Tingkat kecemasan terbanyak pada kategori parah yaitu berjumlah 32 orang (31,07%). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai p-value adalah 0,705 (p>0,05) dan uji korelasi sebesar -0,038. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi OSCE pada mahasiswa kedokteran Universitas Malahayati angkatan 2019
