    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Dosen Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak

    The central theme of this research is that the job satisfaction and the lecturers performance are increasing because of the roles of transactional and the transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of these two leadership styles in University of Tanjungpura with main focus on the study of Human Resources Management. This research employs survey design in the form of verification research. The sampling design used in this research is stratified random. From 987 lecturers in University of Tanjungpura, 60 respondents (lecturers) are drawn as samples from nine faculties and participate in this research. The data are obtained from the collected questionnaires and they are analyzed by using path analysis. The results have shown that (1) the transactional leadership has a insignificantly positive influence on the lecturers job satisfaction, (2) the transactional leadership has a insignificantly positive influence on the lecturers work performance, (3) the transformational leadership has a significantly positive influence on the lecturers job satisfaction, (4) the transformational leadership has a significantly influence on the lecturers work performance, and (5) the job satisfaction has a significantly positive influence on the lecturers work performance.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja inovasi pegawai yang dimediasi oleh kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Sanggau. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan populasi pegawai dan tenaga kontrak pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Sanggau berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai dan tenaga kontrak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi pegawai, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi pegawai yang dimediasi oleh kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan, dan kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi pegawai

    A Study on Teacher's Absenteeism and Performance in Underdeveloped Areas of West Kalimantan Province

    This research aims at examining whether critical psychological states have an effect on teacher's absenteeism and performance in underdeveloped areas of West Kalimantan Province. The research employed a survey approach involving 200 participants which were selected from 3058 total population. The participants were selected using a two-stage sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed as the primary instrument of the research. The data then were analyzed by SEM (WarpPLS) analysis. The results indicated that (1) critical psychological states had a significant effect on absenteeism, (2) critical psychological states had a significant effect on performance, (3) critical psychological states did not have a significant effect on performance when mediated by absenteeism, and (4) critical psychological states did not significantly affect teacher's performance in underdeveloped areas of West Kalimantan Province.     DETERMINANTS AND CONSEQUENCES OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE

    The work-life balance has become an important issue in the fast-paced and demanding work environment today. This study aims to analyze the determinants and consequences of work-life balance by examining the influence of working hours and job burnout on employee well-being, with the work-life balance as a mediating variable. It involved 100 active employees from the Local Government-Owned Water Utility of Pontianak City, chosen through a purposive sampling method. The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS). The results reveal that the job burnout has a significant effect on both the work-life balance and employee well-being. However, the working hours does not have a significant effect on both the work-life balance and employee well-being. Additionally, the work-life balance has a significant effect on the employee well-being. Furthermore, this study confirms that the work-life balance is able to mediate the effect of job burnout on the employee well-being, but it is not able to mediate the effect of working hours on the employee well-being. These results provide managers and HR practitioners with insights into how to improve the employee well-being through effective working hours plans, job burnout reduction, and work-life balance programs.JEL:  I31, I39

    Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yaitu komitmen afektif, kepuasan kerja, dan kepemimpinan spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja melalui Komitmen Afektif dan Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai perbankan syariah yang merupakan anak perusahaan perbankan Badan Usaha Milik Negara di Pontianak yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah dan Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah. Kuesioner pada penelitian menggunakan google form dan dibagikan kepada 120 responden dengan proporsi masing-masing 40 sampel perbankan syariah melalui link aplikasi whatsApp dan email. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual, komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Sobel, variabel komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi secara parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sehingga terdapat keterbatasan pada saat pengisian kuesioner dimana peneliti tidak dapat melihat secara langsung pengisian kuesioner dan kejujuran pada saat pengisian kuesioner tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan

    The quantitative approach, survey technique, analysis of statistical test data Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) Wrappls version 7, questionnaire data collection tool and documentation, the population of 3,999 and sample of 254 teachers, 29 public and private SMKs, research locations (3) hinterland districts: Sanggau, Sekadau, Landak districts; (3) coastal districts: Sambas, Mempawah and Kuburaya districts; (2) the city of Pontianak and the city of Singkawang. From the results of the study it was found that entrepreneurial behavior towards affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can enhance each other; Entrepreneurship on achievement is positive and significant, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can increase each other; Affective commitment to achievement is positive and significant, has a one-way relationship and can improve; Entrepreneurial behavior on achievement through affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and can enhance each other. This investigation has been able to foster a new model of affective commitment and the development of the concept of achievement in SMKs throughout West Kalimantan

    Humans attempt to become knowledgeable and perceptive to be in society. If there is a strong work ethic, teacher achievement will be successful. The value of work, how people behave at work, their sphere, and their work ethic are just a few variables that influence commitment. The study used a quantitative explanatory research technique that uses hypothesis testing to explain the haphazard relationship between variables. Madrasah teachers in the Sambas District were the research subject, and 218 participants were the study's sample size. The findings of this research are: Islamic work ethics have a profoundly beneficial direct impact on creative work practices, workplace culture, and teacher work commitment. Islamic Work Ethic Through Innovative Work Conduct, Islamic Work Ethic ly Positive Impact on Work Culture. Through work culture, the Islamic work ethic significantly enhances teacher work commitment. Through creative work practices and a positive work environment, the Islamic Work Ethic greatly impacts work commitment. Work Meaningfulness significantly improves Innovative Work Behavior and Teaching Work Commitment immediately
