La presente tesis consiste en la investigación y desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico de un nuevo “MERCADO DE ABASTOS CON GALERÍAS COMERCIALES Y ESPACIOS DE DIFUSIÓN PLAZA VILLA SUR - VILLA EL SALVADOR-LIMA”. Teniendo como propósito principal brindar toda la programación arquitectónica correspondiente a los acordes necesarios de la tecnología, la modernidad, el desarrollo en pro de los usuarios tanto directos como indirectos, y el correcto desarrollo de una propuesta arquitectónica que brinde el confort, la tecnología, los espacios y la organización correcta de todas las zonas. A su vez la propuesta buscar está a nivel con la modernidad, generando la innovación en sus espacios exteriores, con una volumetría que brinda al usuario percibir una edificación interesante y especulativa. En proyecto en su integridad se basa en análisis de casos, de necesidades, de actividades de los usuarios, que son finalmente ellos los que deben sentir el beneficio directo. Considerando claro está el impacto que genera una edificación de tal magnitud y sobre todo mostrar un proyecto que logre realzar el distrito de Villa El Salvador, lo que contribuye al desarrollo creciente continuo de la economía.This thesis consists of the research and development of the architectural project of a new ""SUPPLY MARKET WITH COMMERCIAL GALLERIES AND DISSEMINATION SPACES PLAZA VILLA SUR - VILLA EL SALVADOR-LIMA"". Resignificando las competencias docentes desde la integralidad tecnológica

The teacher in his actions, has to achieve a process of continuous reflection, prominent understanding of that assignment or social responsibility that concerns his role; For this reason, his teaching system must transcend the monism of doing or thinking from a single way of training and learning. Reality that demands to assume, an enriching medium from the humanist and instrumental conscience, to be able to attend to the cognitive divergence in the classroom, giving a reconstructive meaning to the pedagogical scenario. Expansion of Signal Transduction Pathways in Fungi by Extensive Genome Duplication

[EN] Plants and fungi use light and other signals to regulate development, growth, and metabolism. The fruiting bodies of the fungus Phycomyces blakesleeanus are single cells that react to environmental cues, including light, but the mechanisms are largely unknown [1]. The related fungus Mucor circinelloides is an opportunistic human pathogen that changes its mode of growth upon receipt of signals from the environment to facilitate pathogenesis [2]. Understanding how these organisms respond to environmental cues should provide insights into the mechanisms of sensory perception and signal transduction by a single eukaryotic cell, and their role in pathogenesis. We sequenced the genomes of P. blakesleeanus and M. circinelloides and show that they have been shaped by an extensive genome duplication or, most likely, a whole-genome duplication (WGD), which is rarely observed in fungi [3-6]. We show that the genome duplication has expanded gene families, including those involved in signal transduction, and that duplicated genes have specialized, as evidenced by differences in their regulation by light. The transcriptional response to light varies with the developmental stage and is still observed in a photoreceptor mutant of P. blakesleeanus. A phototropic mutant of P. blakesleeanus with a heterozygous mutation in the photoreceptor gene madA demonstrates that photosensor dosage is important for the magnitude of signal transduction. We conclude that the genome duplication provided the means to improve signal transduction for enhanced perception of environmental signals.
