Electron-electron interaction in multiwall carbon nanotubes
Magnetic susceptibility of pristine and brominated arc-produced sample
of multiwall carbon nanotubes was measured from 4.2 to 400 K. An additional
contribution to diamagnetic susceptibility of carbon
nanotubes was found at T 50 K for both samples. It is shown that are dominated by quantum correction to for interaction
electrons (interaction effects-IE). The IE shows a crossover from
two-dimensional to three-dimensional at = 5.5 T. The effective interaction
between electrons for interior layers of nanotubes are repulsion and the
electron-electron interaction was estimated to be 0.26.Comment: 10 pages, 7 figure
Transition Metal Trichalcogenides as Novel Layered Nano Species
In search for new materials for nanoelectronics, many efforts have been put into development of chem-istry and physics of graphene, and, more recently, of other inorganic layered compounds having a bandgap (h-BN, MoS2 etc.). Here we introduce a new view on the family of transition metal trichalcogenides MQ3 (M=Ti, Zr, Nb, Ta; Q=S, Se), which were earlier considered as quasi-one-dimensional systems, and demon-strate that they also may be regarded as layered species suitable for exfoliation by a chemical method. Stable, concentrated colloidal dispersions of high-quality crystalline NbS3 and NbSe3 nanoribbons down to mono- and few-layer-thick are prepared by ultrasonic treatment of the bulk compound in several common organic solvents (DMF, NMP, CH3CN, iPrOH, H2O/EtOH). The dispersions and thin films prepared from them by vacuum filtration or spraying are characterized by a set of physical-chemical methods. Current-voltage characteristics of the NbS3 films show that charge carrier mobility is as high as 1200 – 2400 cm2V-1s-1, exceeding that of MoS2 and making NbQ3 promising potential candidates for field-effect transistors.

α,α-Difluoro-β-ketophosphonates on a tetraazamacrocyclic platform: Synthesis and inhibitory activity against protein tyrosine phosphatases
The present study offers a new approach for designing inhibitors of protein tyrosine phosphatases. We have synthesized the cyclam derivatives with α,α-difluoro-β-ketophosphonate fragments
covalently attached to tetraazamacrocyclic scaffold, which is known to be of medical interest.
The obtained functionalized macrocycles were evaluated as inhibitors of PTP1B, TC-PTP,
CD45, and other protein tyrosine phosphatases.Запроновано новий пiдхiд до розробки iнгiбiторiв протеїнтирозинфосфатаз. Синтезовано

First measurement of Ωc0 production in pp collisions at s=13 TeV
The inclusive production of the charm–strange baryon 0 c is measured for the first time via its hadronic √ decay into −π+ at midrapidity (|y| <0.5) in proton–proton (pp) collisions at the centre-of-mass energy s =13 TeV with the ALICE detector at the LHC. The transverse momentum (pT) differential cross section multiplied by the branching ratio is presented in the interval 2 < pT < 12 GeV/c. The pT dependence of the 0 c-baryon production relative to the prompt D0-meson and to the prompt 0 c-baryon production is compared to various models that take different hadronisation mechanisms into consideration. In the measured pT interval, the ratio of the pT-integrated cross sections of 0 c and prompt + c baryons multiplied by the −π+ branching ratio is found to be larger by a factor of about 20 with a significance of about 4σ when compared to e+e− collisions
FEATURES OF INTENSIVE NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT OF PREMATURE INFANTS IN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (PART 1)
The article presents the modern approaches to preterm infants feeding, principles of parenteral and enteral nutrition. The importance of adequate control of deficit status in preterm infants at different periods of developmental care is marked. Arguments for using the enriched milk or specialized formulas for prematurity during the in-clinic and out-clinic periods of care are provided.Key words: premature infants, enteral nutrition, formulas for premature infants, breast milk, breast milk enriches

FEATURES OF INTENSIVE NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT OF PREMATURE INFANTS IN THE POSTRESUSCITATION PERIOD AFTER DISCHARGE FROM HOSPITAL (PART 2)
This review considers specific problems of premature infants in the first year of life related to nutritional deficiencies and lack of basic food nutrients. The features of nutritional support of premature infants who underwent resuscitation phase in the first year of life, the usefulness of the new «mixes for premature infants, discharged from the hospital» in order to intensify the programming power of artificial feeding are discussed. Key words: preterm infants, very low body weight, extremely low body weight, intensive care and neonatal intensive care, enteral nutrition, special mixtures for premature, «the mixture for premature infants, discharged from the hospital». Management of air flows inside steel silo during grain storage
A study was conducted concerning effects of temperature and relative air humidity during long-term storage of wheat grain in a steel silo. The study was aimed at identifying the possibility of condensed moisture appearing under the silo roof. The probable periods of condensate in the space under the silo roof depending on the temperature difference inside and outside the silo have been determined. Some ways to prevent the condensate formation are proposed in the paper
