CRM auf der Basis von Internettechnologien – ein Beispiel

Die Beziehung von Kunden zu Leistungsanbietern unterliegt durch die technologischen Veränderungen der letzten Jahre einem massiven Wandel. Dem Kunden stehen bessere und mehr Auswahl- und Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Damit haben sich der Informationsstand und die Loyalität der Kunden massiv verändert. Andererseits stehen auch den Lieferanten weitaus mehr Informationen in kürzerer Zeit für einen Kundenkontakt zur Verfügung, dem Kunden können neue Services angeboten werden. Am Beispiel eines konkreten CRM-Projektes aus der Versicherungswirtschaft sollen die Aspekte dieser Veränderungen diskutiert werden: "Versicherungen werden verkauft und nicht gekauft." - die alte Branchenweisheit behält trotz aller Veränderung ihre Berechtigung, erfordert aber im Zeitalter von CRM neue Strategien. Die Beziehungen zum Kunden, die Einbindung des Vertriebes, die Organisation der Arbeit im eigenen Haus unterliegen Veränderungen auch und insbesondere durch den Wandel der Informationstechnologien, durch neue Medien und den daraus resultierenden Möglichkeiten. In Zeiten eines wachsenden Kostendrucks und des verschärften Wettbewerbs in der Versicherungsbranche kommt einer zielgerichteten CRM-Strategie eine zentrale Bedeutung zu

Altered sensorimotor processing in irritable bowel syndrome: Evidence for a transdiagnostic pathomechanism in functional somatic disorders

OBJECTIVE A recent hypothesis suggests that functional somatic symptoms are due to altered information processing in the brain, with rigid expectations biasing sensorimotor signal processing. First experimental results confirmed such altered processing within the affected symptom modality, e.g., deficient eye-head coordination in patients with functional dizziness. Studies in patients with functional somatic symptoms looking at general, trans-symptomatic processing deficits are sparse. Here, we investigate sensorimotor processing during eye-head gaze shifts in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to test whether processing deficits exist across symptom modalities. METHODS Study participants were seven patients suffering from IBS and seven age- and gender-matched healthy controls who performed large gaze shifts toward visual targets. Participants performed combined eye-head gaze shifts in the natural condition and with experimentally increased head moment of inertia. Head oscillations as a marker for sensorimotor processing deficits were assessed. Bayes statistics was used to assess evidence for the presence or absence of processing differences between IBS patients and healthy controls. RESULTS With the head moment of inertia increased, IBS patients displayed more pronounced head oscillations than healthy controls (Bayes Factor $_{10}$ = 56.4, corresponding to strong evidence). CONCLUSION Patients with IBS show sensorimotor processing deficits, reflected by increased head oscillations during large gaze shifts to visual targets. In particular, patients with IBS have difficulties to adapt to the context of altered head moment of inertia. Improved calibration of vertical scanning optical profilometers for spherical profiles measurements

A new method for calibrating optical scanning profilometers is presented. Especially adapted to spherical and aspherical profile measurements, it shows an increase of accuracy bigger than one order of magnitude for radius of curvature measurements. Объектом исследования являются алгоритмы маршрутизации, проектирование алгоритмов маршрутизации для сети с использованием технологии Wi-Fi Direct, программная реализация спроектированных алгоритмов маршрутизации. Цель работы – спроектировать алгоритмы маршрутизации для сетей построенных с помощью технологии Wi-Fi Direct и реализовать спроектированные алгоритмы. В результате проектирования были получены следующие алгоритмы: алгоритм поиска маршрута, алгоритм передачи данных, алгоритм фрагментации данных. В результате реализации было разработано мобильное приложение, которое передает данные, используя технологию Wi-Fi Direct. Были реализованы алгоритм поиска маршрута и алгоритм передачи данных.The object of the study are routing algorithms, design of routing algorithms for the network using Wi-Fi Direct technology, software implementation of the designed routing algorithms. Real-Time Monitoring of Cable Break in a Live Fiber Network using a Coherent Transceiver Prototype

We monitor a 524km live network link using an FPGA-based sensing-capable coherent transceiver prototype during a human-caused cable break. On the conundrum of deriving exact solutions from approximate master equations

We derive the exact time-evolution for a general quantum system under the influence of pure phase-noise and demonstrate that for a Gaussian initial state of the bath, the exact result can be obtained also within a perturbative time-local master equation approach already in second order of the system-bath coupling strength. We reveal that this equivalence holds if the initial state of the bath can be mapped to a Gaussian phase-space distribution function. 'Rußland hat erhebliche Probleme, den Erwartungen seiner Partner als berechenbarer Akteur in den internationalen Beziehungen zu entsprechen. Die Transformation ist auf halbem Wege steckengeblieben, die finanzielle Basis für eine strukturelle Erneuerung ist drastisch geschrumpft. Der inzwischen eingetretene Kontrollverlust der Verantwortlichen ist besorgniserregend. Nationalistische Kräfte in Rußland denunzieren den Verfall der russischen Wirtschaft als Ergebnis einer Diskriminierungs-, ja Zersetzungspolitik des Westens. Auf der anderen Seite haben Geldgeber und Öffentlichkeit im Westen kein Verständnis mehr für Forderungen der Regierung in Moskau, ihr immer aufs neue durch finanzielle Stützungsaktionen entgegenzukommen. Die russische Politik hat sich in eine prekäre wirtschaftliche Abhängigkeit von westlicher Kooperation manövriert, die auch dem Westen wenig politischen Spielraum läßt. Die Erfahrung der letzten Jahre zeigt indes, daß Appelle von außen zur Behebung dieser Probleme solange ins Leere gehen, wie es den in demokratischen Wahlen legitimierten Eliten an Verantwortungsbewußtsein und Konsensfähigkeit fehlt.'
