    The purpose of educational institutions is to maximize educational goals while enhancing the quality and potential of Indonesian society. Therefore, providing holistic guidance and direction through various indicators of disciplinary character formation in schools is crucial to support the growth and development of the country's next generation, particularly children in elementary school. The teacher is the first person responsible for giving instructions, giving direction, and influencing how students develop their disciplined character at school. As a result, the teacher's role in the classroom is to control learning and develop the disciplined nature of the students. This study aims to outline how effective classroom management (MKE) is used to create disciplined behavior in MI Mambaul Falah students. Observation and interviewing tools are utilized in the descriptive qualitative research method. The study's findings demonstrate that setting educational goals—especially learning objectives essential to MI Mambaul Falah's vision and mission—is the first step in developing a disciplined character. Both explicit and implicit implementation of these rules are used. The school introduces and implements the regulations through educational outreach activities, report receipt activities, and learning activities that are carried out in effective classroom management (MKE), which is carried out by constantly giving all students direction, guidance, training, and habituation to be able to cultivate and foster a disciplined character, both in the school environment and outside of school

    Pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila mempertimbangkan secara benar semua unsur pembelajaran, sehingga anak didik dapat meningkatkan cara berpikir kreatif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan guru adalam pemilihan model pembelalaran yaitu Project Based Learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Project Based Learning dalam meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa di MI Mambaul Falah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas II. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan tiga jenis tahapan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, diskusi dan simulasi dimana teknik analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis sesuai fakta dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada pembelajaran matematika dengan tema bangun ruang menggunakan benda konkret dapat meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa dan siswa lebih semangat untuk belajar, hasil ini diperoleh dengan adanya peningkatan kreatifitas siswa
