The article provides the results of a sociological research of university graduates and employers of the Stavropol territory. The systematic study of the key groups of university services consumers' views regarding the regional labour market is substantiated. University graduates perceive their chosen professions through the prism of the delayed in time life prospects and the successful employment which is a current issue for them; only 40% of them directly link their choice to the attractiveness of the profession. Employers in the region note a significant gap between the expected and the actual wages in different types of activities and the complexities of finding employment, which are not directly dependent on the level of the wage.peer-reviewe

The implementation of strategic priorities of domestic enterprises digital transformation actualizes the tasks of employee engagement in this process. It necessitates the development of methodological approaches to the study of employee engagement in strategic decision-making to improve the quality of processes and production activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to present the results of research on methodological approaches development that reveal the content and features of employee engagement management in the activities of the enterprise. The research methodology includes logical substantiation of essence of the processes under study, data from scientific and analytical publications on the problem under consideration. In the course of the research interrelation between the problems of ensuring employee engagement and leadership of enterprise management has been revealed, and criteria for evaluating the actions of different categories of personnel in ensuring and increasing employee engagement developed. Active and passive approaches to involvement management determining interests of managers and employees and their influence on business results and organizational changes have been identified. The model of employee engagement in enterprise’s activities has been created considering the content of digital transformation processes, application of which allows motivating personnel to manifest digital initiatives and participate in the activities of project teams. The conclusions obtained by the authors are of a theoretical and applied nature. They will contribute to development of scientifically based approaches to developing a strategy for managing employee engagement in digital transformation processes. The results of the research can be useful to scientists and practitioners dealing with the problems of human resource management in innovations and digital standards of industrial enterprises implementation

The article examines the problems of distance learning for students of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation in the discipline “Physical Education” in connection with quarantine during the COVID‑19 coronavirus pandemic. Electronic distance educational technology of education was applied. Under these conditions, the probability of developing an unfavorable functional state of the trainees arose. The features of the educational activity of students during independent physical training in conditions of self-isolation and the emotional reaction to the load were studied; biological rhythms of psychophysiological functions of students were assessed using the test “Well-being, activity, mood” (SAN).

The experience of the teachers of the Department of Physical Education of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation showed shortcomings in the organization of physical culture at the initial stage: the specifics of the adaptation of the body of students to the conditions of training are not fully taken into account. The purpose of the study: to determine the degree of adaptation of students to the impact of factors of the university education system according to the structural and dynamic characteristics of physical qualities. Groups were formed in which physical qualities were tested at the beginning and at the end of the semester. The level of significance of differences between two statistical series was determined. When comparing the results obtained at the end of the second semester of the 1st and 2nd courses, 2nd and 3rd courses, all indicators of the “senior” courses turned out to be higher. Conclusions. During the period of study at a university, in physical culture and sports classes, it is advisable to use health-saving technologies that contribute to the predominant development of students’ physical qualities of endurance, speed and strength

Oxygenic photosynthesis is a process of light energy conversion into the chemical energy using water and carbon dioxide. The efficiency of energy conversion in the primary processes of photosynthesis is close to 100%. Therefore, for many years, photosynthesis has attracted the attention of researchers as the most efficient and eco-friendly pathway of solar energy conversion for alternative energy systems. The recent advances in the design of optimal solar cells include the creation of converters, in which thylakoid membranes, photosystems and whole cells of cyanobacteria immobilized on nanostructured electrode are used. As the mechanism of solar energy conversion in photosynthesis is sustainable and environmentally safe, it has a great potential as an example of renewable energy device. Application of pigments such as Chl f and Chl d will extend the spectral diapason of light transforming systems allow to absorb the far-red and near infra-red photons of the spectrum (in the range 700-750 nm). This article presents the recent achievements and challenges in the area of solar cells based on photosynthetic systems
