    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB-I dan OCB-O, dengan dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel moderating. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model dari OCBs, sehingga bermanfaat bagi akademisi dan praktisi. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap di Universitas Palangka Raya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 161 dosen tetap di Universitas Palangka Raya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Struktural Equation Model dengan Amos ver 18. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dukungan organisasi mampu memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhada OCB-O dan OCB-I. Kepuasan kerja berperngaruh signifikan terhadap OCB-

    The porpuse of the study was to examine the effect of direct and indirect personality, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study used the unit of analysis throughout the administration Civil Servants at the University of Palangka Raya, using stratified random sampling obtained 169 administrative employees in the sample. The approach used in this study is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS. The results of this study showed that a significant direct effect on the personality of organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment was not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

    Isolasi Senyawa Steroid dari Tanaman Gynura Pseudochina (Lour) Dc dan Uji Aktivitas Analgetika terhadap Mencit Jantan (Mus Musculus)

    Telah dilakukan isolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari fraksi nonpolar ekstrak metanol tanaman Gynura pseudochina (Lour) DC. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi. Pemisahan dan pemurnian senyawa hasil isolasi dilakukan dengan  kromatografi kolom. Senyawa isolasi berupa padatan bewarna putih dengan titik leleh 123oC-125oC. Struktur dari senyawa hasil isolasi  ditentukan berdasarkan data spektroskopi meliputi IR, 13C-NMR,1H-NMR, HSQC, HMBC dan COSY. Berdasarkan analisa data spektrum, senyawa hasil isolasi merupakan campuran dua senyawa steroid, dimana senyawa stigmast-5-en-3-ol atau dikenal dengan nama lain β-sitosterol merupakan senyawa mayor. Senyawa hasil isolasi selanjutnya diuji aktivitas analgetikanya pada mencit jantan dengan metode geliat dengan asam asetat 1% sebagai pemberi rasa nyeri. Hasilnya, senyawa memiliki aktivitas menekan rasa nyeri untuk dosis 2 mg/20g BB sebesar 56,2 % dan dosis 4 mg/20 g BB sebesar  67 %.     Residential waste contributes up to 55% of the total volume of urban waste such as in Jakarta. It makes the transport process of residential waste to temprorary landfill site (TPS) that has been existed, less efficient. Transporting waste process with garbage cart is depended on the manpower, while with the garbage truck, the vehicle's width and the use of fossil fuels are the weaknesses. Thus, the design concept of a waste transport vehicle using electric motor as driving source is made which has the same payload capacity as a garbage cart in general. Garbage payload along with the main components must be strongly supported by the vehicle frame, which incidentally serves as the support vehicle. In this study, discussed the optimization of electric waste transport vehicle with the help of 3-dimensional CAD modelling, then simulated with static loading to obtain the results of the stress, displacement with the maximum value and location, and can assign the payload distribution position. With variable of the beam profile shape and its thickness, then obtained the optimal order forms, which frame weighs as light as possible but still robust in supporting given loads, which is frame with a cylindrical hollow profile with diameter of 60.3 mm and thickness of 4 mm

    Angkutan merupakan elemen penting dalam perekonomian karena berkaitandengan distribusi barang, jasa dan tenaga kerja serta merupakan inti daripergerakan ekonomi kota. Hal ini yang kemudian memerlukan peranpemerintah untuk mewujudkan jaminan ketersediaan jenis transportasi iniuntuk kebutuhan masyarakat. Kewajiban tersebut seperti yang telah tertuangdalam Pasal 15 ayat (3) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 74 Tahun 2014 tentangAngkutan Jalan tentang kewajiban pemerintah daerah menjamin ketersediaanangkutan umum. Kabupaten Rembang merupakan salah satu kabupaten diprovinsi Jawa Tengah dengan luas wilayah yang cukup luas dibandingbeberapa kabupaten di Jawa Tengah yang lain. Hal ini yang mendasari pentingnya alat transportasi guna menunjang mobilitas warga KabupatenRembang yang cukup luas ini. Ketersediaan jumlah angkutan umum terutamaangkutan angkutan perdesaan di Kabupaten Rembang dapat dikatakan cukup.Namun, dalam kondisi dan keadaan tertentu memang tidak seimbang denganjumlah penumpang atau peminat angkutan tersebut. Tidak meratanyapersebaran angkutan perdesaan yang ada di Kabupaten Rembang juga menjadimasalah bagi mobilitas masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah yang tidak dilewatiangkutan umum.     Triumph after Trauma: A Phenomenological Exploration into Women Survivor’s Perceptions of the Influence of Trauma on their Leadership

    Most research around trauma is focused on negative life consequences. Although limited, there is research that explores the influence of resilience and how some survivors may experience growth after trauma (Kirschman, 2004). Furthermore, research is limited on how trauma influences the leadership style and career trajectories of women who have overcome trauma. A qualitative phenomenological approach was used as the methodological framework to explore the perspectives of women leaders who identify as survivors or overcomers of trauma. The study participants are women leaders in middle management positions to senior-level executives in educational organizations serving middle and high school students. In-depth interviews were used to explore their lived experiences and uncover themes within the domains of childhood trauma, resilience, and post-traumatic growth. Major themes emerged from the data within each of the domains demonstrating triumph after trauma. The participants revealed an alternative narrative to adverse life outcomes associated with trauma and utilized their lived experiences as motivation to benefit themselves and others. Moreover, they demonstrated resilience and post-traumatic growth in their pursuit to support youth in need by mentoring and advocating for opportunities through education, empathy, and leadership. Additionally, participants demonstrated effective leadership practices within the Bolman and Deal Leadership Typology, with all participants utilizing multiple leadership frames. Participants also reported hyper-independence and workaholism due to their trauma, indicating a need to promote work cultures with additional resources that support leaders and staff who have experienced trauma. Implications for practice in educational organizations and institutions include trauma-informed leadership training, inclusive work cultures and hiring practices, and promotion of wellness, self-care, and support networks to reduce burnout and enhance the quality of life in the workplace. Implications for practice for at-risk girls and young women include natural mentorship, positive coping mechanisms, and leadership opportunities. The results of this study suggest a need to move from conceptual ideas around this phenomenon to a transformational theory grounded in data from lived experiences informing future prevention, intervention, and leadership initiatives for women and girls
