KINERJA APARATUR PEMERINTAH DALAM PEMBUATAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK (KTP) PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN BANGGAI KEPULAUAN

The research aims to determine the competence of the individual, organizational support and management support in the improvement of performance and to determine enabling and inhibiting factors in the manufacture of identity cards (ID) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Regency. Theory of performance used from Simajuntak (201;11-17) consists of aspects - aspects that affect the performance of employees is the competence of individual, organizational support and management support. This type of research is descriptive qualitative informant is taking the government apparatus of Population and Civil Registration and communities determined by purposive. Retrieval techniques and data collection techniques include observation, interview techniques (interview), and documentation (ducumentation),While data analysis techniques used in this study using a model of Miles and Humberman. The results showed: 1) Performance of Administrative Office of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Regency is not optimal due to the support aspect organizational are still inadequate, despite this aspect of individual competencies and management support has been optimized; 2) factors inhibiting performance Apparatus Department of Population and Civil Registration  Banggai Regency in the manufacture of identity cards (ID) is the lack of organizational support in the form of the limited number of facilities and infrastructures such as the provision of facilities print machine and a camera that have only one (1) unit, causing a delay in the process of service so that the effect on the amount of the issuance of identity card; 3) Factors supporting performance Apparatus Department of Population and Civil Registration Banggai Regency in the manufacture of identity cards (ID) is the competence of individuals and management support. Individual competencies possessed by the apparatus is a skill, work ethic and motivation. In addition to individual competencies, enabling factors that support organizational performance management, among others, the ability of the leadership to accommodate the implementation of the activities of the organization as well as creating a conducive work environment

PENGARUH METODE BUILDING LEARNING COMMITMENT DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA PELATIHAN PRAJABATAN : Studi Terhadap Peserta Pelatihan pada Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Metode Building Learning Commitment dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III di Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto. Fokus utama kajian meliputi tiga hal yaitu : 1) Bagaimana pengaruh penerapan Metode Building Learning Commitment terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III ? 2) Bagaimana pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III ? 3) Bagaimana pengaruh penerapan metode Building Learning Commitment dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III ?. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai: 1) Pengaruh penerapan Metode Building Learning Commitment terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III. 2) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III. 3) Pengaruh penerapan metode Building Learning Commitment dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta Pelatihan Prajabatan Golongan III. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan prajabatan golongan III di Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Pengaruh Buidling Learning Commitmen terhadap Hasil Belajar memiliki hubungan yang signifikan pada kekuatan pengaruh yang rendah. Building Learning Commitment memberikan pengaruh sebesar 32,9% pada Hasil Belajar peserta pelatihan di Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto. 2) Motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kekuatan skala rendah terhadap Hasil Belajar. Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Hasil Belajar adalah sebesar 32,2%. 3) Secara simultan, Buidling Learning Commitmen dan Motivasi memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar pada skala kekuatan kuat. Kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar sebesar 62,8%. Saran yang diberikan oleh penulis 1) Saran bagi peserta pelatihan BBPK Ciloto disarankan agar menjaga motivasi belajar yang telah dimiliki, dan juga lebih bisa meningkatkan kesiapan belajarnya dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran pelatihan. 2) Secara keseluruhan pelatihan adalah baik, namun ada beberapa saran bagi pengelola pelatihan BBPK Ciloto, yaitu agar dapat meningkatkan atau mengembangkan lagi metode belajar sehingga dapat menggunakan metode-metode yang dapat mengeksplorasi kebutuhan dan potensi peserta pelatihan, dan agar dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang diinginkan oleh peserta pelatihan

PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN WAJIB PAJAK, KESADARAN WAJIB PAJAK, SANKSI PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DAN SISTEM SAMSAT DRIVE THRU TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR

This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, motor vehicle tax sanctions, and samsat drive thru system of tax compliance on motor vehicles in samsat south jakarta. The data that is this study are “primary data from the results of questionnaires. respondents in the system samsat drive thru”. The questionnaire was distributed to 125 respondents and data that can be processed are 100 questionnaires. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The data analysis techniques in this study used “multiple linear regression techniques”.The result of regression analysis shows that “the knowledge of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness and samsat drive thru system have a positive effect on motor vehicle tax compliance while motor vehicle tax sanction has no significant effect on vehicle tax compliance”

CULTURE CONTENT IN CREATIVE WRITING PRODUCT IN ENGLISH LEARNING

Abstrak  Muatan Budaya dalam Produk Menulis Kreatif dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas muatan budaya dalam produk menulis kreatif dalam pemahaman bagaimana budaya lokal dapat dipromosikan melalui menulis kreatif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi unsur-unsur yang berpengaruh dalam proses penulisan kreatif hingga menjadi sebuah karya sastra sebagai sebuah karya utama. Metode penelitian ini berupa desain kualitatif dalam menjelaskan wacana, penelitian kepustakaan dalam mengumpulkan data, dan pendekatan kasual dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana dan mengapa menulis kreatif dapat mempromosikan budaya lokal. Analisis unit meliputi faktor dalam unsur-unsur yang membangun karya sastra sebagai produk dari menulis kreatif yang dilakukan oleh penulis. Menulis adalah betuk kebebasan pribadi. Hal ini membebaskan penulis dari identitas massa yang dia lihat di sekitarnya. Pada akhirnya, ia akan menulis tidak untuk menjadi pahlawan penjahat bagi sebagian orang di suatu budaya tetapi terutama untuk menyelamatkan dirinya sendiri, untuk bertahan hidup sebagai individu. Rangkaian analisis dilakukan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan bagaimana budaya lokal dapat dipromosikan melalui menulis kreatif didasarkan pada dua subjek, yaitu penulis sebagai pencipta tulisan kreatif dan karya sastra sebagai produk dari menulis kreatif.Kata kunci: revelancy, culture, creative writing, literary work, author Abstract Culture Content in Creative Writing Product in English Learning. This study aims to discuss culture content in creative writing product as an understanding how local cultures can be promoted through creative writing. The study explores influencing elements in creative writing process up to be a literary work as a masterpiece. Methods of the study consist of qualitative design in explaining discourse, library research in collecting data, and casual approach in answering the problem statement that is how and why creative writing can promote local culture. Units of analysis cover the factors in the elements building the literary work as the product of creative writing conducted by author. Writing is a form of personal freedom. It frees the author from the mass identity he or she sees all around. In the end, he or she will write not to be outlaw hero of some under culture but mainly to save him or herself, to survive as individuals. The work is directly or indirectly related to the universe inclusive of man, material things, events and ideas. The reader somes as the final element. Analisis Efektivitas Pengendali Biaya Produksi Pada Pt. Daur Ulang Sejahtera (Dsa) Di Bandar Lampung (Study Kasus pada PT Daur Ulang Sejahtera (DSA) di Bandar Lampung)

PT DSA is a company engaged in the industry which produces plastic ore used as the main ingredient manufacture of household appliances. Problems faced by PT DSA are: the presentation of information in terms of ore production cost of plastic, in which top management as users can not report quickly and accurately obtain the required data in decision-making. And the problem is formulated: "How Implementation Effectiveness Production Cost Control at PT DSA?" In the discussion of the data analysis section, it can be concluded that the results of research at PT DSA responsibility accounting is used for cost control has not been implemented effectively. It can be seen from the budgeting process and who is responsible for reporting on the implementation of the work that has been accomplished. Manufacturing cost reporting systems can still be used to assess the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of each department for the report did not provide a comparison between the budget and expenses. And PT DSA in preparing budget reports do not separate the cost of production with a controllable costs uncontrollable. Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Means Ends Analysis Terhadap Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis Peserta Didik

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran Means Ends Analysis (MEA) terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis peserta didik kelas XI dalam materi statistika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMK Angkasa 1 Kalijati tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 156 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dan mengambil kelas XI B TKR sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI D TKR sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen memperoleh pembelajaran dengan strategi pembelajaran MEA, sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran biasa. kemampuan peserta didik dalam koneksi matematis setelah belajar dan melakukan penilaian sikap dengan menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui sikap peserta didik setelah selesai belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan koneksi matematis kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi MEA efektif terhadap koneksi matematis peserta didik kelas XI SMK Angkasa 1 Kalijati pada mata pelajaran statistika
