    Developing and Using Multimedia Effectively for Cirebonese Language Learning

    Lab Learning on Electronics Industry is a must course. This is necessary for students so they have good skills. Lab Learning need practice equipment that enough to fit the quantities of students. But in fact the quantities of material and practice equipment are not being sufficient. In addition, there is no learning media that can support the courses. This study aims to develop lab learning media with technology based on game with android-base that can help the students to understand the lab course everywhere, all the time. This study using Research and Development Method (RnD) with Model of Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). This study is done through six stage that is: 1. Concept; 2) Design; 3) Collection of material; 4) Assembly; 5) Testing; and 6) Distribution. The evaluation process feasibility learning media done by granting the survey to Media Experts, Lecture experts, and respondents trial use. Based on the assessment field test by students for Industrial Electronics they can get 88.27% counted as very good. Android-Based Elin Game as Learning Media in Industrial Electronics is very reasonable and effective for teaching.     Keywords: Game, Android, Learning Media, Industrial Electronics, Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC)

    Soliton-like Solution on the Dynamics of Modified Peyrard-Bishop DNA Model in the Thermostat as a Bio-Fluid

    The Peyrard-Bishop (PB) DNA model is the most representative model to investigate DNA dynamics because the model is able to answer DNA denaturation processes even though the model has restricted review that DNA assumes without surrounding interaction. In this study, we investigate the dynamics of the modified PB DNA model by considering DNA in the Nosé-Hoover thermostat as a bio-fluid with various viscosities. Viscosity variations are reviewed through temperature variations, namely thermal viscosity. We attain the dynamical equation of DNA in the form of a nonlinear Schrödinger-like (NLS-like) equation by using the perturbation method and continuous approximation. We solve the NLS-like equations by the numerical split-step Fourier method. We obtain a soliton-like solution for the dynamics of this specific DNA model. The behavior of the soliton-like solution fluctuates as the temperature increases, representing the fluctuational openings of DNA, i.e., denaturation bubbles. In addition, that behavior also evolves with variations of the perturbation parameter. Moreover, we obtain soliton-like solutions by balancing the perturbation and the nonlinearity of the DNA system from the bio-fluid interaction. Tujuan penelitian: 1) mendeskripsikan masalah yang dihadapi guru SD dalam perencanaan?é?á Intim (inovasi, teknik, dan model)?é?á pembelajaran sastra.?é?á 2) mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru SD?é?á dalam perencanaan?é?á Intim (inovasi, teknik, dan model)?é?á pembelajaran sastra. Berdasasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai ketegori perencanaan guru yang mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan inovasi pembelajaran?é?á 62%,?é?á kadang-kadang melakukan inovasi 36%, tidak tahu mengenai perencanaan inovasi 1%, dan tidak menjawab 1%. Kategori perencanaan model pembelajaran, guru memahami dan menerapkan model pembelajaran?é?á 58%, kadang-kadang memahami dan menerapkan model pembelajaran?é?á 39%, tidak tahu model?é?á pembelajaran?é?á 2%, tidak menjawab pilihan 2%. Sedangkan kategori perencanaan teknik pembelajaran, guru memahami dan merencanakan teknik pembelajaran 65%, kadang-kadang memahami teknik pembelajaran 32%, tidak tahu teknik pembelaran 1%, dan tidak menjawab?é?á 2%. Kemampuan guru SD dalam perencanaan Intim (Inovasi, Teknik, dan Model) pembelajaran sastra masih perlu ditingkatkan karena masih ada banyak kendala dan masalah yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran sastra. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena sarana prasarana sekolah yang kurang menunjang dalam pembelajaran, peningkatan kompetensi guru yang kurang merata, dan kompleksitas masalah pembelajaran serta kompleksitas kondisi peseta didik yang multikultural. ?é?

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Tata Hubungan keija antar kelembagaan teknis, penelitian dan pengembangan, dan penyuluhan pertanian dalam mendukung program peningkatan beras nasional (P2BN) di Kabupaten Nunukan, mengidentifikasi,mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis aspek-aspek penghambat dan pendukung implementasi kebijakan Tata Hubungan ketja antar kelembagaan teknis, penelitian dan pengembangan, dan penyuluhan pertanian dalam mendukung program peningkatan beras nasional (P2BN) di Kabupaten Nunukan serta mengidentifikasi upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam optimalisasi Tata Hubungan kelja antar kelembagaan teknis, penelitian dan pengembangan, dan penyuluhan pertanian dalam mendukung program peningkatan beras nasional (P2BN) di Kabupaten Nunukan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif kualitatif,dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik analisis eksplanatif kualitatif, melalui tehnik ini, akan digambarkan seluruh data atau fakta yang diperoleh dengan mengembangkan kategori-kategori yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian dan penafsiran terhadap hasil analisis deskriptif dengan berpedoman pada teori yang sesuai. Subjek penelitian adalah lembaga-lembaga yang terlibat dalam program P2BN. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2016. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lmplementasi kebijakan Tata Hubungan kerja antar kelembagaan teknis, penelitian dan pengembangan, dan penyuluhan pertanian dalam mendukung program peningkatan beras nasional (P2BN) di Kabupaten Nunukan dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana di tingkat Kabupaten dan tingkat Kecamatan. Tim yang ada tidak efektif utamanya dalam hal koordinasi dan tidak efisien karena gemuknya struktur organisasi jika dibandingkan dengan peraturan menteri pertanian no.45/Permentan/ OT.140/8/tahun 2011 tentang Tata Hubungan Kerja Antar Kelembagaan Teknis, Penelitian dan Pengembangan, dan Penyuluhan Pertanian dalam Mendukung P2BN. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam optimalisasinya adalah Menyesuaikan standar pelaksanaan yang dipedomani di kabupaten (tim pelaksana kabupaten) dengan standar yang ditetapkan berdasarkan permentan no.45/Permentan/OT.l40/8/tahun 201, Meningkatkan koordinasi antar lembaga dengan menempatkan ketua atau lead agency yang menguasai teknis untuk efektifitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan kegiatan dan Meningkatkan komitmen dan kompetensi aktor dalam setiap lembaga yang terlibat dalam tata hubungan keija antar kelembagaan terutama aktor garda depan sebagai birokrat yang berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat

    Sex Education to Prevalence of Sexual Harassment in Children with Autism

    Children with autism, like children in general, also have experienced sexual development. The unique condition of children with autism (ASD) sometimes makes them engage in inappropriate sexual behavior and become vulnerable to sexual violence. Therefore, sexual education for children with autism is crucial and urgent. A team conducted this community service in January 2020 to provide social stories and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) as alternative teaching materials for sex education to children with autism at Rumah Autis Depok. The methods used were pre-observation, unstructured discussion and interview, implementation preparation, implementation, and monitoring. They quickly understood the message intended from PECS and social stories. The sex education materials showed differences in male and female bodies, sexes, and reproductive functions. This material is the starting material in sex education. Continuity using the same learning tools, namely social stories and PECS, is therefore required. Our monitoring process shows that Rumah Autis Depok continues to use social stories and PECS in their sex education lesson
