Pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Pengawasan terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi pada PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat
The purpose of this study to analyzed the extent of the effect of compensation, work environment and supervision of morale on PT.Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.While the techniques of data analysis in this study the authors used quantitative descriptive method with the help of SPSS (statistical package of social science). Based on the results of data analysis known that compensation, work environment and supervision significant effect on employeed morale in the production of PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat. The third independent variable is the dominant influencedeither partially nor simultaneously on employee morale at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.Based on these results the authors suggest for the company to pay attention to the success of compensation as wages / salaries, incentives, benefits, social security, leave, and give rewards to employees who are competent, and able to create a comfortable working atmosphere. The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about the influence of professional competence of teachers on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effects of self-efficacy on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, interpersonal communication influence on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effect of teachers professional competence, self-efficacy and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. The study population was all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak totaling 34 people. In this study used census method, the entire population sampled that all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak.The results showed that there are significant professional competence of teachers on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by self-efficacy, there is an influence on the performance of teachers self-efficacy SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak. self-efficacy has the greatest effect when compared with self-efficacy and to determine changes in performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, there is the influence of interpersonal communication teacher on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by motivation , there is the influence of teachers professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. teacher professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together contribute in determining the changes that occurred in the performance of teachers SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak.Keywords: Teacher Professional Competence, Self Efficacy, Interpersonal Communication, Teachers Performance
Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Semangat Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Bagian Pengolahan PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang
This study aims to determine how the effects of financial compensation variable, Spirit of Worked and working environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction processing section PT. Industry and Trade Bangkinang. In this study, the study population were employees of the processing Pt. Industry and Trade Bangkinang totaling 104 people. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, which means sampling was done by members of the population were met by chance and were willing to become respondents. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 18.00. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regersi test (Test-F) shows that financial compensation, spirit of work and working environment simultas effect on job satisfaction. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that financial compensation variable, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence job satisfaction.Keywords : Compensation, Spirit of Work and Work Environment On The Processing of Employee Satisfactio
Pengaruh Penghargaan, Budaya Organisasi dan Struktur Organisasi terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi pada PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara Area Pekanbaru
This research held in PLN Pekanbaru Area. This research held in order to analyze the effect of reward, organizational culture and organizational structure to organizational effectiveness. Population are all employees, consist of 62 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents.Variables used are reward, organizational culture and organizational structure as independent and organizational effectiveness as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows.Result of this study shows that reward, organizational culture and organizational structure significantly effect on organizational effectiveness. Partially, reward and organizational structure shows positive and significant effect on organizational effectiveness, while organizational culture gives no significant effect.It is recommended to company to adjust the normative incentives with the inflation growth and provide additional tools for each division. The culture of effective and efficient process and enhance the public service motivation and accountability need to be overcome. It is also recommended to place the right man in the position and expand the human resource division

This study aims to know how the influence of monitoring, health and safety to motivation and performance at PT. Sawit Inti Raya Kecamatan Batang Gansal Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were all employees who work in the company of 102 employees. While the sampling was done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done shows that supervision and motivation Work directly significant effect on employee performance. Health and safety at work does not affect the performance. There is no direct influence Surveillance and Health and safety at work the Employee Performance through employee motivation. Expected to companies in order to increase the sense of love / happy employees to work undertaken for example by delivering good work, facilities and infrastructure that support and nurture employees to ensure their basic needs such as providing with the compensation, allowances, incentives and other things that can trigger motivation employees in the work.
