Due to the increasing competition of globalization and fast technological improvements and world markets, demands of companies to have professional human resources are increasing too. It is an important problem of an organization to select the most appropriate personnel among the candidates. Quality control manager is important personnel in organizations and it’s so important to select the best candidate for this work. In this paper we proposed a personnel selection system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Complex proportional assessment of alternatives with grey relations (COPRAS-G) method. At first seven criteria is identified including: knowledge of product and raw material properties, Experience and educational background, Administrative orientation, Behavioral flexibility, Risk evaluation ability, Payment and Team work and after that AHP applied for calculating weight of each criteria and finally using COPRAS- G method for selecting the best candidate for this job. This study can be used as a pattern for personnel selection and future researches.S obzirom na rastuću konkurentnost u globalizaciji te brzim tehnološkim napredovanjem na svjetskom tržištu, zahtjevi kompanija za profesionalnim kadrom se također povećavaju.

The selection of a location among alternative locations is a multi criteria decision-making problem including both quantitative and qualitative criteria. In this paper, we describe the research and development of hybrid MCDM methods for greenhouse locating. Selection of the most appropriate location for investor is an important problem which requires assessment and analysis of several factors. The paper clarifies the structure of important criteria in greenhouse locating. The six factors identified were: labor, government, environment, physical condition, regional economy and raw materials. In this research, analysis network process (ANP) is applied to find the relative weights among the criteria and to emphasize the interdependent relationships, thus increasing the accuracy of our results COPRAS-G method is applied to rank for five regions in Amol city, in Iran. This article can be a guideline for investors to select the best location for greenhouses

The growing popularity of social media platforms has sparked new marketing opportunities for companies. Marketers have turned to social media campaigns as a means to build brand loyalty, exposure, and engagement. While social media has evolved into a powerful marketing tool, marketers must carefully choose the most suitable social media platform. Improper selection of the social media platform can be costly and can be detrimental to the brand. Despite all of the supposed benefits, selecting the right social media platform has been a daunting task for corporate marketers. The social media platform selection problems are inherently complex problems with multiple and often conflicting criteria. We propose a novel analytical framework for social media platform selection. The proposed hybrid framework integrates the Analytic Network Process (ANP) with fuzzy set theory and the COmplex PRoportional ASsessment of alternatives with Grey relations (COPRAS-G) method. The ANP and fuzzy set theory are used to determine the importance weight of the social media platform selection criteria in a fuzzy environment. The COPRAS-G method is used to rank and select the most suitable social media platform. A case study is presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed framework and exhibit the efficacy of the procedures and algorithms

One of important thing that causes a band be famous is multirole artists. A person with several abilities more than singing that help band to compose better songs. These artists are very famous but awards don’t consider any special award for them. Life of rock genre is to short in Iran but during these years many bands work in Iran while there isn’t music industry in this country. However this genre developed and found many fans in Iran and the aim of this research in selecting best multi-role artist of rock bands of Iran in 2000s. In this study four famous artists selected that they are: Shahram Sharbaf, Kaveh Afagh, Kaveh Yaghmaei and Erwin Khachikian. ANP and TOPSIS Grey applied for evaluating these artists that at first ANP used for identifying importance of criteria and TOPSIS Grey applied for final evaluating among alternatives. Final result is Kaveh Yaghmaei is the best multi-role artist of rock bands in last decade of Iran and Kaveh Afagh, Shahram Sharbaf and Erwin Khachikian are after him. This study can be considered in international awards as a framework and a special award for these artists

Forest roads have an important role in the forest management and economic of countries. The Caspian forest is the most important forests region in Iran. It’s so important to construction of forest roads in the best place that can be useful. Haraz region is located in Mazandaran province that is near to Alborz Mountain. Selection the best place for construction of a road in forest is an important problem. For this research three place are considered for evaluating in Haraz region that including: Kelerd, Pelet Cheshme and Mangel. In this paper we applied hybrid MCDM me- thods for evaluating the regions. AHP applied for calculating the weight of each criterion and sub criterion and then COPRAS-G method applied for evaluating the places for selecting the best place for constructing the forest road. Result showed that Kelerd region in the best place for this work

In recent decades, Marketing management and Advertising have been major concepts in business field. The main reason that attracts attention to them is growth of competition among companies. There are different ways to increase the competition in organizations such as improving productivity by acquiring information technology. In this paper hybrid MCDM methods applied for selecting Advertising strategy by considering product life cycle of products. Growth stage is one of the critical situations for companies and advertising has an important role in this step. Hence Growth stage selected as a case study for this research and the proposed model is implemented for most famous Iranian’s factory in food industry, Kalleh. Five criteria are selected as important criteria by studying in literature and experts decision include: Audience fit, Content, Impression rate, Monthly cost and Look and feel. In this article Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) applied for calculating weight of each criterion and finally TOPSIS grey applied for selecting the best Advertising strategy among Television, Radio, Newspaper, Internet & SMS and Environmental advertising. The results of this research illustrated that monthly cost, content and educational level, are three important criteria in advertising strategy and also newspaper is the best way for advertising and after that television is next and radio, environmental advertising and internet & SMS are after those in this case in Growth step of Product Life Cycle. This research can be useful as a valuable framework for companies and different industries. Each company in different industry can apply this methodology and develop that due to their needs and priority

This paper is aimed at utilizing a hybrid multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) model for selecting a supplier. First, eight evaluation criteria, including cost, quality, distance, delivery reliability, reputation, technology level, compatibility and development ability are identified. The A nalytic H ierarchical P rocess (AHP) is initially used for calculating the weight of each criterion. The CO mplex PR oportional AS sessment of alternatives to G rey relations (COPRAS-G method) is adopted for ranking and selecting suppliers. In order to illustrate the functional ability of the developed model, Kalleh Company is chosen as a case study and can be used as a pattern for supplier selection and future researches
