Modelo estratégico integral para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en la empresa Transportes Ejecutivos de Colombia (TEDECOL)

El sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) consiste en el desarrollo de un proceso lógico y por etapas, basado en la mejora continua y que incluye la política, la organización, la planificación, la aplicación, la evaluación, la auditoria y las acciones de mejora con el objetivo de anticipar, reconocer, evaluar y controlar los riesgos que puedan afectar la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo. Al realizar análisis cualitativo del estado de aplicabilidad del SG-SST y de acuerdo a la normatividad de este sistema en el siguiente trabajo realizaremos una investigación del SG-SST implementado en la empresa TEDECOL mediante un procedimiento lógico y por etapas conocido como el ciclo PHVA el cual permite el mejoramiento continuo a través de los pasos Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar y a través de sus resultados poder diseñar planes de mejora para su sistema. Fundamentados en estos pasos y sabiendo que las empresas cambian por las influencias externas como el mercado, la competencia, la cultura y la política entre otros lo que buscamos mediante el desarrollo de este proyecto es realizar un cambio constante para enfrentar dichos factores para que la empresa se mantenga en competitividad. Por lo que es responsabilidad de todos cuidar y mantener el capital humano, para que todos los integrantes de la organización obtengan un buen beneficio y por parte de la organización poder mantener sus servicios activos evitando multas, sanciones, cierres, enfermedades, accidentes y/o muertes laborales.The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) consists of the development of a logical and step-by-step process, based on continuous improvement and which includes policy, organization, planning, application, evaluation, audit and improvement actions with the aim of anticipating, recognizing, evaluating and controlling risks that may affect health and safety at work. When performing a qualitative analysis of the status of the applicability of SG-SST and of an agreement to the regulations of this system in the following work we will conduct an investigation of SG-SST implemented in the company TEDECOL through a logical procedure and by what is known as the PHVA cycle The continuous improvement through the steps Plan, Do, Verify and Act and through its results To be able to design improvement plans for your system

The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors.
