    Salah satu bentuk berkembangnya teknologi dan pengguna internet di Indonesia adalah dengan munculnya berbagai e-commerce situs jual beli C2C (Costumers to Costumers) marketplace. Bukalapak merupakan salah satu situs marketplace yang menyediakan layanan jual-beli dari konsumen ke konsumen. Penelitian ini hendak menyaji pengaruh antara reputation systems terhadap trust, pengaruh trust terhadap minat beli serta pengaruh antara reputation systems terhadap minat beli konsumen Bukalapak. Penelitian ini diambil dari 120 responden dan diuji menggunakan metode structural equation modelling dengan software Amos 20. Hasilnya menunjukan reputation systems secara signifikan mempengaruhi trust. Trust juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat beli serta reputation systems secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi variabel trust.One form of the development of technology and the internet users in Indonesia is the merge of various e-commerce selling site C2C (Costumers to Costumers) marketplace. Bukalapak is one website that provides services marketplace buying and selling of consumer to consumer. This research will present the impact between reputation systems towards trust, the impact of trust towards buying interest, also the impact between reputation systems toward Bukalapak's customers' buying interests. This research is taken from 120 respondents and tested using structural equation modeling with Amos 20 software. The result shows that reputation systems affect trust significantly.     The Effect Cytotoxic and Apoptotic Propagation Chloroform Fraction of Ocimum sanctum L. Towards Hela Cells Line Culture

    Materials used in the research are Ocimum sanctum L, a herbaceous shrub used in traditional medicine displaying as immunomodulator, anti-stress, hepatoprotective, kemopreventif, and anti-inflammatory. A research to identify its ethanol extract of Ocimum sanctum has been conducted, showing that it possesses cytotoxic activities to HeLa cells with IC50 value of 209µg/ml. The aim of this research is to find out activities cytotoxic and apoptotic propagation chloroform fraction of Ocimum sanctum towards HeLa cells line. The extraction was done using maceration using ethanol 96% solvent and fractionation was done using chloroform. Effects of chloroform fraction on HeLa cells were tested using MTT at various dosages (500, 250, 125, 62.5, and 31.25) µg/ml. Cisplatin (Kalbe) was applied as positive control. The effect apoptotic propagation chloroform fraction of Ocimum sanctum on HeLa cells was observed by DNA painting method using orange ethridium bromide-acridine. The test results showed that the chloroform fraction of Ocimum sanctum extract on HeLa cells had an IC50 value of 155.67 µg / ml ± 46.99 and Cisplatin had an IC50 value of 16.81 µg / ml ± 20.37. Double staining test shows the existence of cells undergoing apoptosis. Based on these results, the chloroform fraction Ocimum sanctum has been shown to be cytotoxic and has the possibility of stimulating apoptosis of cervical cancer cells (HeLa). This can be used as a basis for the development of these plants as anticancer agents with specific action targets

    Pain is an uncomfortable feeling caused by strong or destructive stimulation, if unchecked can affect daily routine. This study aims to determine the analgesic effect and dosage of the leaf extract ethanol, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the leaf extract ethanol as a narcotic analgesic by the Tail Flick method or as a non-narcotic analgesic by the Paw Pressure Test Randall Selitto method. Extraction was done by maceration of leaf powder with a solvent 96% ethanol. 25 male Wistar white rats were divided into 5 groups, positive group mefenamic acid 9 mg /200 g BW for the Paw Pressure Test Randall Selitto Method and tramadol 0.9 mg /200 g BW for the Tail Flick Method, negative control CMC Na 0,5%, ethanol extract leaves inggu leaves a dose of 10 mg /200 g BW, 20 mg /200 g BW and 40 mg /200 g BW. The data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA test, then LSD test was used to determine differences between groups. The results showed extract dosage of 10 mg /200 g BW, 20 mg /200 g BW, 40 mg /200 g BW had analgesic effect. Extract dosage of 20 mg /200 g BW and 40 mg /200 g BW in the Randall selitto Paw Pressure Test method is equivalent to mefenamic acid, extract dose 10 mg /200 g BW, 20 mg /200 g BW, and 40 mg /200 g BW the Tail Flick method is equivalent to Tramadol. Ethanol leaf extract is more effective as a narcotic analgesic by the Tail Flick method

    Milkfish is one of the most widely cultivated fish species in Indonesia. The development of milkfish cultivation technology in the community is inseparable from its comparative and strategic advantages because milkfish can be cultivated in brackish water, sea water and even freshwater and tolerant to environmental quality changes. Technology of cultivation and seeding has been done by the community. Milkfish is not susceptible to disease. The prospect of the development of milkfish breeding business in Ulujami District has good potential due to market demand. The purpose of this research is to know the technical aspect, financial aspect, and business feasibility of milkfish cultivation in Ulujami District. This research method is interview that is using questionnaire for data retrieval. The problems that arise in the breeding business of milkfish enlargement is how the efforts to obtain good and profitable results in fulfilling the market demand by spending as less as possible because it affects the profitability of the milkfish farmer income. Data analysis methods are obtained from Payback Period (PP), which is located in Limbangan Village 0.34, Mojo Village 0.98 and Pesantren Village 5.85. Net Present Value (NPV), the farmer's NPV value is positiv.  Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) of each village are 2.35 and 4.     Parkinson disease is a disease that occurs due to damage to dopaminergic nerve cells in the brain which resulted in decreased dopamine production. Gambir is a dry extract made from the leaves of Uncaria gambier Roxb plant. Gambir contains flavonoids in the form of catechins not less than 90%, alkaloids and terpenoids. This study aims to determine the activity of gambir extract that can reduce the symptoms of Parkinson's in the male rats Sprague dawley induced haloperidol.Test animals of 35 rats divided into 7 groups. Group I (healthy control) was given aquadest orally, group II (negative control) was given a 0.5% CMC-Na solution, group III (positive control I) was given levodopa 27 mg / kgbb po, group IV (positive control II ) Were given vitamin E 180 IU / kgbb po Groups V, VI, and VII were given a dose of 70 consecutive gambir extracts; 140; 280 mg / kgbb. The whole group induced haloperidol 2 mg / kgbb i.p at the 45th minute after treatment except in the healthy group. Then the group was tested with a catalepsy bar test, recorded time latency expressed in scores and rota test rods, recorded time of latency in seconds on days 0, 4, 7, 11, and 14.The result of the research using catalepsy bar test method showed a decrease of catalepsy in gambir extract dose 70; 140; 280 mg / kgbb has a successive activity of 22.53; 52.50; 57.12%. While the results with rota rod test method showed% increase in time latency extract gambir respectively of 27.69; 35.75; 39.61%.Parkinson merupakan penyakit yang terjadi akibat adanya kerusakan sel saraf dopaminergik pada bagian otak yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan produksi dopamin. Gambir adalah ekstrak kering yang dibuat dari daun tumbuhan Uncaria gambir Roxb. Gambir mengandung flavonoid berupa katekin tidak kurang dari 90%, alkaloid dan terpenoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak gambir yang dapat mengurangi gejala parkinson pada tikus putih jantan galur Sprague dawley yang diinduksi haloperidol.Hewan uji sebanyak 35 ekor tikus dibagi menjadi 7 kelompok. Kelompok I (kontrol sehat) diberi aquadest secara per oral, kelompok II (kontrol negatif) diberi larutan CMC-Na 0,5 % p.o, kelompok III (kontrol positif I) diberi levodopa 27 mg/kgbb p.o, kelompok IV (kontrol positif II) diberi vitamin E 180 IU/kgbb p.o. Kelompok V, VI, dan VII diberi ekstrak gambir dosis berturut-turut 70; 140; 280 mg/kgbb. Seluruh kelompok diinduksi haloperidol 2 mg/kgbb i.p pada menit ke-45 setelah perlakuan kecuali pada kelompok sehat. Kemudian kelompok diuji dengan catalepsy bar test, dicatat waktu latensi yang dinyatakan dalam skor dan rota rod test, dicatat waktu latensi dalam detik pada hari ke 0, 4, 7, 11, dan 14.Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode catalepsy bar test menunjukkan % penurunan katalepsi pada ekstrak gambir dosis 70; 140; 280 mg/kgbb mempunyai aktivitas yang berturut-turut sebesar 22,53; 52,50; 57,12 %. Sedangkan hasil dengan metode rota rod test menunjukkan % kenaikan waktu latensi ekstrak gambir berturut-turut sebesar 27,69; 35,75; 39,61 %

    Temulawak (Curcuma xathorriza Roxb.) Is a plant that contains curcumin. Curcumin in ethanol extracts of temulawak rhizome has been shown to penetrate the blood brain barrier and has a neuroprotective effect that can reduce the symptoms of parkinsonism caused by haloperidol. This study aims to determine the activity of ethanol extract of temulawak rhizome in reducing symptoms of Parkinson's and know the effective dose of temulawak rhizome extract in reducing symptoms of Parkinson's.This study used 35 rats divided into 7 groups, each group consisting of 5 rats. Group 1 was given aquadestilata. Group II was given a solution of 0.5% CMC-Na p.o. Group III was given levodopa dose 27 mg/kgbb. Group IV was given vitamin E dose of 180 IU/kgbb. Groups V, VI, VII were given the temulawak extracts of 120, 240 and 480 mg/kgbb. 45 minutes later all groups except group I were given haloperidol 2 mg/kgbb i.p. The catalepsy and rota rod tests were performed on days 0, 4, 7, 11 and 14.From catalepsy test of temulawak extract dose 120, 240, 480 mg/kgbb respectively showed activity of catalepsy decrease equal to 23,25; 52,28 and 58,56 %. While in rota rod test shows the activity increase time of latency consecutively equal to 26,87; 30,34 and 34,58 %. The effective dose of temulawak rhizome extract in reducing symptoms of Parkinson's is a dose of 240 mg / kgbbTemulawak (Curcuma xathorriza Roxb.) merupakan tanaman yang mengandung kurkumin. Kurkumin dalam ekstrak etanol rimpang temulawak telah terbukti dapat menembus sawar darah otak dan memiliki efek neuroprotektif sehingga dapat mengurangi gejala parkinson yang diakibatkan oleh haloperidol. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak etanol rimpang temulawak dalam mengurangi gejala parkinson dan mengetahui dosis efektif ekstrak rimpang temulawak dalam mengurangi gejala parkinson.Penelitian ini menggunakan 35 ekor tikus yang terbagi menjadi 7 kelompok, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor tikus. Kelompok 1 diberi aquadestilata (kontrol sehat). Kelompok II diberi larutan CMC-Na 0,5% p.o (kontrol negatif). Kelompok III diberi larutan levodopa dosis 27 mg/kgbb (kontrol positif). Kelompok IV diberi larutan vitamin E dosis 180 IU/kgbb (kontrol positif). Kelompok V, VI, VII diberi ekstrak temulawak berturut-turut 120, 240 dan 480 mg/kgbb. 45 menit kemudian semua kelompok kecuali kelompok I diberi haloperidol 2 mg/kgbb i.p. Uji catalepsy dan rota rod dilakukan pada hari ke 0, 4, 7,11 dan ke 14.Dari uji catalepsy ekstrak temulawak dosis 120, 240, 480 mg/kgbb berturut-turut menunjukkan aktivitas penurunan katalepsi sebesar 23,25; 52,28 dan 58,56 %. Sedangkan pada uji rota rod menunjukkan aktivitas peningkatan waktu latensi berturut-turut sebesar 26,87; 30,34 dan 34,58 %.     Parkinson's disease is a disease caused by decreased dopamine levels in pars compacta substantia nigra. Dopamine is closely related to antioxidants, because antioxidants can reduce free radicals that damage dopamine-producing cells. Rosella is one plant that has antioxidant content of flavonoids, saponins, and alkaloids. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of roselle extract on the decrease of symptoms of Parkinson's disease.This research uses Sprague dawley rodents as 35 rats, divided into 7 groups. Group I (healthy control) was given aquadestillata po, group II (negative control) was given CMC-Na 0.5% po, group III (positive control I) was given levodopa 27 mg / kgbw po, group IV (positive control II) E 180 IU / kgbw rat po Groups V, VI, and VII were given 150 consecutive doses of rosella; 300; 600 mg / kgbw p.o. The whole group was induced with haloperidol at the 45th minute after treatment except in group I (healthy control). Then tested with a catalepsy bar test, recorded the latency time expressed in the score and rota test rod, recorded time latency in seconds on days 0, 4, 7, 11, and 14.The results showed that roselle extract gave antiparkinson effect on white rat of the haloperidol-induced Sprague dawley rod. The effective dose of rosella in reducing Parkinson's symptoms is 300 mg / kgbwPenyakit parkinson merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan karena penurunan kadar dopamin pada pars compacta substantia nigra. Dopamin erat kaitannya dengan antioksidan, karena antioksidan dapat mengurangi radikal bebas yang merusak sel-sel penghasil dopamin. Rosella adalah salah satu tanaman yang mempunyai kandungan antioksidan yaitu flavonoid, saponin, dan alkaloid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak rosella terhadap penurunan gejala penyakit parkinson.Penelitian ini menggunakan hewan uji tikus putih galur Sprague dawley sebanyak 35 ekor, tikus dibagi menjadi 7 kelompok.     Indonesia merupakan negara yang  terletak di daerah tropis, yang menjadi tempat nyaman untuk berkembangbiaknya nyamuk. Nyamuk merupakan salah satu masalah karena dapat menimbulkan berbagai penyakit dan mengganggu kenyamanan. Salah  satu penyakit yang timbul akibat nyamuk adalah demam berdarah dengue (DBD) Tujuan dari program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengendalian DBD dan  manfaat berbagai tanaman  yang  akan digunakan sebagai bahan aktif  dalam  sediaan gel pengharum ruangan sebagai pengusir nyamuk  serta memberikan pelatihan bagi ibu-ibu warga RW 20, Nusukan dalam pembuatan gel pengharum ruangan anti nyamuk yang mudah dan murah, sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi perintisan usaha industry rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian adalah melakukan penyuluhan tentang DBD dan manfaat beberapa tanaman  dan pelatihan pembuatan  produk gel pengharum ruangan pengusir nyamuk. Manfaat dari program kegiatan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan warga RW 20 tentang manfaat beberapa tanaman sebagai pengusir nyamuk sebagai sarana pengendalian penularan penyakit DBD, dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan  warga dalam membuat produk gel pengharum ruangan pengusir nyamuk   yang mudah dan murah

    Uji Efektifitas Gel Ekstrak Sambung Nyawa (Gynura Procumbens (Lour.)Merr.) Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Pada Kelinci Hiperglikemia

    Hyperglycemia can inhibit the wounds healing process. Giving life-sustained leaf extract gel (Gynura procumbens (Lour.) Merr.) Is one of the options. The long-term goal of this study is to prove that the gel extract (Gynura procumbens (Lour.) Merr.) Leaf extract gel is able to heal wounds in hyperglycemic test animals. The specific target to be achieved is to obtain efficacious natural medicines to prevent the occurrence of diabetic wounds and to know the effective dosage of gel extract extract (Gynura procumbens (Lour.) Merr.) As a cure for diabetic wounds. This study used 5 white rabbits. Testing is done by making a wound on the back of DM alloxan-induced test animals. Wound healing activity is seen by dividing the backs of test animals into 5 parts which are treated according to their groups. The treatment group and the positive control group were applied with gel twice a day for 9 days and measured the length of the wound on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Diabetic wound healing activity was shown by calculating the wound length of each treatment and analyzed with the Anova test one way with a 95% confidence level. The results of the study showed that the formulation of life grafting gel extract based on CMC Na had good physical quality test results such as organoleptic color test according to the color of the extract, distinctive aroma of the life span leaf extract, viscous, homogeneous appearance, had a pH of 6. For the dispersion test , adhesion, and viscosity, each meets the desired requirements. The wound healing activity test showed that the grafted leaf extract with a concentration of 5% was able to heal the best, with a percentage of wound healing of 67.00%.Kondisi hiperglikemia bisa menghambat proses penyembuhan luka. Pemberian gel ekstrak daun sambung nyawa (Gynura procumbens (Lour.)Merr.) menjadi salah satu pilihannya. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah membuktikan gel ekstrak daun sambung nyawa (Gynura procumbens (Lour.)Merr.) mampu menyembuhkan luka pada hewan uji yang diinduksi aloksan. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah memperoleh obat alam berkhasiat mencegah terjadinya luka diabetik dan mengetahui dosis efektif gel ekstrak daun sambung nyawa (Gynura procumbens (Lour.)Merr.) sebagai penyembuh luka pada kondisi hiperglikemia. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelinci putih sebanyak 5 ekor. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membuat luka pada punggung hewan uji DM yang diinduksi aloksan. Aktivitas penyembuhan luka dilihat dengan membagi punggung hewan uji menjadi 5 bagian yang diberi perlakuan sesuai kelompoknya. Kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol positif dioles dengan gel 2 x sehari selama 9 hari dan dilakukan pengukuran panjang luka pada hari ke 1, 3, 5, 7, dan 9. Aktivitas penyembuh luka diabetik ditunjukkan dengan cara menghitung panjang luka masing-masing perlakuan dan dianalisa dengan uji Anova satu jalan dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi gel ekstrak daun sambung nyawa dengan basis CMC Na memiliki hasil uji kualitas fisik yang baik seperti uji organoleptis warna sesuai warna ekstrak, aroma khas ekstrak daun sambung nyawa, penampilan kental, homogen, memiliki pH 6. Untuk uji daya sebar, daya lekat, dan viskositas, masing-masing memenuhi persyaratan yang diinginkan. Uji aktivitas penyembuhan luka menunjukkan bahwa kelompok gel ekstrak daun sambung nyawa dengan konsentrasi 5% mampu menyembuhkan paling baik, dengan persentase penyembuhan luka sebesar 67,00%
