Effects of fungal treatment on the in vitro degradation of cassava
The objective of this experiment was to increase the nutrient value of cassava by the solid state fermentation technique (SSF). Peeled cassava root was fermented for 10 days under solid state fermentation culture with two different fungi (Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus oryzae). A follow-up in-vitro gas production experiment was conducted in order to determine the kinetics of fermentation (degradation rate) using cassava from the two SSF. There was an increase in crude protein concentration due to treatment of cassava with A. niger but not with R. oryzae compared to the unfermented treatment (fresh cassava). Acid detergent fibre (ADF) and neutral detergent fibre (NDF) were greater for both fermented treatments compared to the unfermented treatment. The rate of fermentation, in vitro organic matter digestibility (IVOMD) and metabolizable energy (ME) were greater, and gas production was higher, from the cassava fermented with R. oryzae after 10 days SSF compared to cassava fermented for 10 days with A. niger or the unfermented cassava. It was concluded that A. niger is an effective fungus to increase the crude protein of cassava
Hand dominance on grip strength and muscle activity among physical education pre-service teacher
Hand dominance refers to the consistency of favouring to manipulate one hand over the other for the daify skiffed activity. This study was design to evaluate the grip strength and muscle activity for the right- and left-hand dominant among preservice physical education teacher.Fifteen (8 right-handed and 7 left-handed) subjects aged between 24-26 years old were involved in the study. The measurement of the hand grip strength and muscle activity had been measured using the EMG If (Hand Dynamometer) - BIOPAC Student LaM>. The results revealed that the right-hand grip dominant subjects exhibited stronger isometric strength and higher muscle activity than the left-hand grip dominant counterparts. However, no significance differences were shown on the grip strength between right-handed with left-handed subjects. On the other hand, significant differences had shown on the muscle activity on dominant hand preferences (t=2.45, p=0.03) and nolHiominant hand preferences (1=3.10, p=0.008) between right-handed and left-handed SUbjects. The differences of muscle activity amplitude indicate that the non-dominant hand grip requires more electrical impulse generated by muscle cens to after the motor control in undergoing the grip strength test
Primary culture of freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) in an integrated hydrophonics nutrient film technique system (NFT): nutrient deficiency and toxicity
The aim of this study was to evaluate the tolerance of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, and plant to different levels of inorganic fertilizer in an artificial integrated production system. The growth comparison of lettuce and Chinese cabbage in different culture media illustrated that Chinese cabbage is more sensitive to nutrient deficiency and lettuce performed better growth (quality and quantity) compared to the Chinese cabbage in lower concentration of nutrients. In this study, 0.1 EC culture media showed better performance in M. rosenbergii production followed by 0.5 EC treatment. The overall results illustrated that potassium (P), ammonia (NH3) and copper (Cu) toxicities inhibited growth of freshwater prawn (M. rosenbergii) in high level supplemental chemical fertilizer (>0.5 EC mS/cm). Meanwhile, the sufficient quantities of some essential nutrients for lettuce and Chinese cabbage can not be obtained from wastewater of prawn culture system

Evaluation of boruta algorithm in DDoS detection
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) is a type of attack that leverages many compromised systems or computers, as well as multiple Internet connections, to flood targeted resources simultaneously. A DDoS attack's main purpose is to disrupt website traffic and cause it to crash. As traffic grows over time, detecting a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) assault is a challenging task. Furthermore, a dataset containing a large number of features may degrade machine learning's detection performance. Therefore, in machine learning, it is necessary to prepare a relevant list of features for the training phase in order to obtain good accuracy performance. With far too many possibilities, choosing the relevant feature is complicated. This study proposes the Boruta algorithm as a suitable approach to achieve accuracy in identifying the relevant features. To evaluate the Boruta algorithm, multiple classifiers (J48, random forest, naïve bayes, and multilayer perceptron) were used so as to determine the effectiveness of the features selected by the the Boruta algorithm. The outcomes obtained showed that the random forest classifier had a higher value, with a 100% true positive rate, and 99.993% in the performance measure of accuracy, when compared to other classifiers
Islamic psychospiritual theory according to the perspective of Maqasid al-Sharia
Islamic psychospirituality is a discipline that combines psychological and spiritual elements based on Islamic
principles. The Islamic psychospiritual approach that emphasises on the purificaiton process of the soul (tazkiyyah alnafs) becomes a necessity for man in order to ensure the well-being of his life and achieve happiness in this world and the Hereafter. This need is linked rather closely to the objective of legislating sharia law or the more popularly used term maqasid al-sharia in order to accomplish the good for all human beings. However, there are still gaps in the literature that discusses thoroughly the relationship between Islamic psychospirituality and maqasid al-sharia. Therefore, this article was conducted to discuss Islamic psychospirituality according to maqasid al-sharia. This study was conducted using full library research method for data collection and qualitative approach for data analysis. Based on the anylisis it was found that the relationship between Islamic psychospirituality and maqasid al-sharia can be seen from two views namely from the debates of al-kulliyat al-khams and al-wasilah wa al-ghayat towards the achievement of al-sa’adah (happiness) which is maqasid al -sharia al-’ammah (general maqasid sharia). Ultimately, Islamic psychospirituality plays a very important role in the development of insaniah which eventually leads to the guaranteed preservation of alkulliyat al-khams which is the main core of maqasid al-sharia
Deep learning based hybrid analysis of malware detection and classification: A recent review
Globally extensive digital revolutions involved with every process related to human progress can easily create the critical issues in security aspects. This is promoted due to the important factors like financial crises and geographical connectivity in worse condition of the nations. By this fact, the authors are well motivated to present a precise literature on malware detection with deep learning approach. In this literature, the basic overview includes the nature of nature of malware detection i.e., static, dynamic, and hybrid approach. Another major component of this articles is the investigation of the backgrounds from recently published and highly cited state-of-the-arts on malware detection, prevention and prediction with deep learning frameworks. The technologies engaged in providing solutions are utilized from AI based frameworks like machine learning, deep learning, and hybrid frameworks. The main motivations to produce this article is to portrait clear pictures of the option challenging issues and corresponding solution for developing robust malware-free devices. In the lack of a robust malware-free devices, highly growing geographical and financial disputes at wide globes can be extensively provoked by malicious groups. Therefore, exceptionally high demand of the malware detection devices requires a very strong recommendation to ensure the security of a nation. In terms preventing and recovery, Zero-day threats can be handled by recent methodology used in deep learning. In the conclusion, we also explored and investigated the future patterns of malware and how deals with in upcoming years. Such review may extend towards the development of IoT based applications used many fields such as medical devices, home appliances, academic systems
